This hotel was $200/night- yikes! Parking can be a problem too. When will Hilton update this hotel?? Bad lighting, old hallway carpet, strange bathroom doors that continually shut? Yes it’s convenient to Fastpark and the airport but is overpriced.

Enjoyed are stay. Beds, showers and workout room was awesome. Didn’t get to swim on this trip so not sure if water was warm or cold!! Down side, NO PARKING SPACE. The parking lot for this motel is way too small.

Upon arrival i had stated when i reserved the room that we will need a roll away. I was told by one receptionist that it's a fire hazard for that room it was handicap accessible then one other receptionist said the hotel doesn't even have them anymore. Long story short my son had to rent his own room. There were three of us myself, my dad my son. If we would have known about the amenities on your website were untrue we would have looked elsewhere only because my dad needs care. I had to call my son in the middle of the night to his room so he can help me with my dad. This was so inconvenient and costly we were not planning on having to pay for another room. Would be nice if my son was reimbursed for some of the room rental but i highly doubt it. Another thing you have to pay $9.99 a night to park even if you rent a room this is ridiculous. Anyway i wouldn't stay there again

It is hard to believe in this day and age that a motel doesn’t have adequate Internet. When I asked at the desk for help, I was told, “our cell phone service isn’t very good” I couldn’t access it from our room except for about five minutes and then it shut down for the rest of our stay.

This property is in a great location however the outdoor areas have not been cleaning in months, The pool area also has not been cleaned in months. Overall the entire hotel needs some renovation/maintanence.

Room was clean and comfortable, no issues. Front lobby is still very hot because of no AC since at least early May, per reviews. Clerk said new unit is on order and old unit will have to be craned off and new one installed on roof but didn't know when this would occur. Pool is closed and has been for a while, also per reviews on this website. Hard to believe Hilton can't do better than this. Their reputation is taking a hit. Not a good look for them. Also, they charge for breakfast (around 15-16 dollars) and their lobby is not air conditioned. Guess they think you can take it to your room. Is this the best they can do? Nice room but amenities leave a lot to be desired.

The first room we were we got was having a water leak with wet rug. The room smelled like fungus. After talking with maintenance we finally got another room. The room had food scraps on the floor. Water faucets were dirty.

The lady at the front desk upon check in was very friendly. That’s about where the good ends. The hotel needs a major renovation. I would expect more from a Hilton hotel. The parking garage was filthy and felt unsafe. The graffiti in the elevator was interesting. The hallways seemed dark. Upon entering our room, it seemed ok. Nothing special. As we entered the room further I instructed my children to not remove their shoes. The carpet was well worn and looked dirty. The beds were lumpy and much smaller than a queen (what we paid for) the pillows were flat as a pancake and there was no fluffing them. I did a quick sweep of the room surfaces that are most touched with a Clorox wipe. That was not a pretty sight. Entering the bathroom, there was a brown splatter on the wall, surfaces looked dirty or visibly worn. Curtains had nasty spots on them and the walls were thin. The floor is also uneven, the transition piece from the tile to the carpet, stuck up high enough to trip over it. I read reviews and thought this would be a decent place even though it is in Albuquerque, but I was wrong. Be forewarned, this is not a typical Hilton. It is much, much worse. I can’t wait to get home and take a shower.

There was someone else’s hair in my shower! The carpet was old. . They clean every 2 days and give you one coffee pod. With caffeine. A $10 bottle of wine was 40 & I asked a guy in the elevator if is room was clean and he said “sort of”

Nice area and great amenities but whoever was cleaning the rooms, did not change out the sheets to clean one's and found fake lashes in between the sheets with makeup marks on them as well.

Very disappointed … west sun resulted in my arriving in a very hot room obviously not anticipating my arrival. With curtains closed it was a very dark & hot room to spend my afternoon working in. Bed was uncomfortable. Walls thin and I could understand conversation, the couple next door. No steak that was on the menu. Heater/A/c antiquated and noisy. Hilton should do better. I won’t return.

check in great. Room AC broken or inadequate. Finally opened windows for sleeping. shuttle to airport great - shuttle shows up within 10 minutes of request and 5 minutes to airport. Shuttle from airport is supposed to be the same. — BUT arrive about 5 pm, and call to Hilton to request shuttle, Ring, ring ring for seemingly ever, then quick “ hello and please hold” and after 8 minutes still no ability to request shuttle. Retry from other cell phone, Hilton receptionist same deal, but Receptionist finally actually talks to us. Says shuttle will be requested. 1 of 2 shared Shuttles with sheraton shows up 22 minutes later but to pick up someone else. Sheraton shuttle driver call to Hilton shuttle driver reveals that neither Hilton or Sheraton driver got a call about us. Problem diagnosis: Hilton checkin probably got slammed with new guests and we ended up 45 minutes before we could get to hotel. Hilton, figure out how to fix service problems when busy.

Nice clean hotel and staff was good. Bathroom leaves a a little to be desired though. Shower Tub is really narrow and had chips out of the paint that was rusting. The bathroom appearance was nice but it doesn’t have an exhaust fan.

I like the place it’s close to the airport , the bed was very hard , bed wasn’t fixed.It was just thrown over and the only part of bed was nice was comforter , it smelled like guys Cologne very bad , tissue u can see the marks where house keeper wet tissue to keep it folded , front desk staff wasn’t very nice when we checked in . But thing can change just in a simple job but over all would stay there again and have stayed here a couple times before

The lobby had no air conditioning, the girl that checked me in basically just handed me my card and told me what room I was. No directions to elevator, no information, no thank you etc. After coming in with our things, she never looked up from her phone until I loudly asked where the elevators were for the second time. The room smelled like dog and there was some stain on the wall above the TV, the shower floor was caved in somewhat. The whole area where the hotel is, is just inconvenient. In the morning when leaving, the guy at the front desk, yet again never looked up from his phone.

We’ve stayed here twice within the past week. Both times everything was ready for us- including both late and early check in. The hotel shuttle was great as were the front desk team members. Friendly and efficient.

We were made to wait one hour for the shuttle in the sun from the Sunport car rental place to the hotel. There were masses of miscommunication between the shuttle drivers and hotel staff which complicated things. We are not young, we are not lizards, it was exhausting. We would have gotten a taxi but the staff kept saying…the shuttle was 5 minutes away. The hotel compensated us with paying for a dinner…that was not enough, but something. At least I would of expected the manager to come speak to us rather than dumping this on his staff. 😤

Reservations were for a king bed After driving eleven hours. I was given a room with two queen beds. So back downstairs I go to get bed issue fixed. They had to get a manager involved to get me the bed I reserved. Back upstairs again, and now neither of my keys work. So back downstairs again I go To only be met with attitude and the excuse I programmed them for you. Well if ya did they would have worked. Correct Also the toilet seat was extremely loose. Not good next to glass shower doors Just saying. Oh ya, coffee was room temperature, not hot. Almost forgot, you are in the customer service industry And I asked the employee at the desk if she could get me some creamer for my coffee since those little cups were all gone. And you know what that employee said to me while she was sitting down, Go ask that guy over there in the kitchen . Well I stood there for a couple minutes till I saw some skim milk for the cereal. Went to pour it in my coffee and saw the gentleman that I was supposed to ask. But I felt bad to bother him at this point. he was eating breakfast. Oh ya !! that is what I was gonna do Till lukewarm coffee and no creamer. All of this put together was just a rough rough stay You get a 2

Hotel was ok. Full continental Breakfast should have been included. In the morning there was a sign sorry no breakfast today??. The clerk on duty promised a 25$ refund, which was not paid till now, 5 days later. We might as well have gone to red roof inn instead

The rooms were roomy and comfortable and the property was very convenient to the airport which was my primary reason for choosing it. There were a few ok restaurants within walking distance including a brew pub with decent food and pleasantly funky vibe. The hotel staff were fine except they were short staffed. (eg.no bar tender, therefore no bar.) The breakfast was not free and was relatively expensive for what it was.
