It is a motel. It is cleanish but very old. Stains and some things are torn. Some rooms smell a lot (cigarettes and cannabis). EV charges do not work. We tried to install the app but it does not exist in the AppStore. Guy at the reception very nice but not much he could do to improve our stay.

Untrained staff took forever to check us in. Room smelled of air freshener covering up smoke smell even though facility claims to be 100% smoke free, shower curtain had mold/mildew on the bottom as if it wasn't washed/changed from previous guest, sink did not drain well, no bath matt, hair dryer was oily/gooey, something gooey on the floor, we had to call them 2 different times to get the tv to work (2 separate problems), and one of the night stands had no electricity anywhere near it so no place to plug in chargers. Plus the outdoor stairwell was dirty and cluttered with old shopping carts and laundry carts that looked like they were saved from the dumpster.

They resurfaced the motel, but the new white bedding was stained and the hotel was dirty. Bathrooms behind the door, the door were filthy. Parking lot was covered in trash. Some unsavory characters around. Staff were kind and helpful. Don’t believe the professional photos.

This place is a filthy dump. I checked back out within 10 minutes of being there. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, every linen in the room was stained (even the towels), and there were bugs everywhere. When I checked back out there were pitbulls in the lobby. The photos on the website are nothing like the condition of the place. The lady working the front was very apologetic. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The bedsheets were stained with brown splotches, and the entire room was dirty. The air conditioning unit looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. We spent at least 20 minutes cleaning the room ourself before actually getting comfortable.

The rooms offered had an odor (moldy smell and/or body odor). It wasn’t clean as evidenced by the fingerprints/dust on the headboard, light fixtures and the refrigerator. The bedding had stains on the bedspread and sheets. The bathroom tub/shower was stained as well. The windows were stained and unclean. Totally unacceptable.

I do NOT recommend this place what so ever. The room was absolutely disgusting!! The dead bolt was hanging on by a screw, the tub looked very dirty, there were stains all over the lamp shade and sheets, definitely dust mites in the sheets which I am pretty allergic to, there was a random hole in the wall near the toilet. Stayed one night and checked out early, the staff didn’t offer any sort of solutions or compensation. Now waiting on Expedia to get in contact with the hotel to waive the cancellation fee because this situation was not our fault.

Room was disgusting. Smelled heavily like dog and I found literal trash under the bed. The bathroom didn’t work properly and you could see light coming under the entrance door. I’ve never been at a place this disgusting. If I hadn’t already paid I’d have left and gone to a better location.

Yellow stains on the comfiter,dirty bath matt, broken side table, outlet behind the broken side table looked like it was disintigrating/turning to dust slowly, and the tv wouldnt stay on for longer than two minits without sputtering out into a grey screen of nothing. But the front desk person seemed nice, and it was off the highway so i dont know what i was expecting for 247.20 for three days, it was cheap and a place to stay.

Very disappointed to say the least. Exposed outlet wires. The outlet cover was laying on the floor. Pet odor in room. TV didn’t work in the 2 different rooms we were given. We couldn’t change the channels with the remote in the first room so they moved us to a second room. In the second room we could change the channels but couldn’t hear it because the volume adjustment didn’t work. Told we had to use the one set of towels provided for showers the WHOLE week we were there. Yuck!!! No cleaning service the whole week. There was a gap at the bottom of the door so critters could very easily get into our room. We heard the person in the next room every time he coughed AND we actually heard that person snoring too. Really had an unpleasant stay. Would NOT recommend you stay here.

Bedsheets smelled like cigarettes and toilet was dirty. The door was obviously kicked in before! Barely fixed, could see the outside from the lack of fixing the door. Very concerned for my safety. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. I did not get any sleep because of this! The amount of people with barking dogs….

The rooms were in disrepair. Toilet rocked. Vent fan in bathroom screamed loudly when turned on from bad bearing. Shelves were pulling off walls. Hair dryer was pulling off the wall. Room had a musty odor.

While the price was budget. Holes in the walls, door security latch of first room broken. First night a lot of flies and big spider in room. Water came through ceiling from 2nd floor. Manager provided a second room in a different area of the motel, which was cleaner.

Had trouble with the remote and had to have the manager come twice, his solution after using his master remote to get to the live tv channels was “only use the volume and channel buttons”. So I had to leave it on for 4 days so I didn’t have to call him back in there.

Our TV did not work, the toilet seat was loose, the coffee maker was broke. The above bed light was dirty. We let them know of the problems. Someone came to look at the TV and it worked that night but not the next morning. They moved us to another room which was nice. The above bed lights in that room were dirty too, the hair dryer did not work but the TV did. I was glad they were accommodating, but if two rooms had issues I wonder about the rest. I guess that's what you get for$55 A night.

Owner totally dishonest. Checked out and confirmed he would reimburse our safety deposit and instead charged an extra safety deposit. Turned around and drove back. He wasn’t really happy we came back. Don’t believe for a second it was a mistake, definitely deliberate. Make sure you get a printed receipt.

Hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I've stayed in dozens of hotels in my lifetime and I have never experienced a place as bad as this one. The room stinks and the customer service is horrible. When my fiance went to the front desk to ask for a plunger because our room came with a clogged toilet, we were not offered a plunger, or a room change. The girl he spoke to literally said she "didn't f$+@(ing care" about the toilet being clogged.

Had to be given a new room as the room we were first given keys for had trash in it and had not been cleaned since it was last used. The staffbwas nice and did not hesitate to get us a new room when we notified them, almost as if they weren't surprised. Our second room has some issues with the toilet and the TV did not work. We were able to make do with the toilet but despite trying to get the TV fixed/working we were not able to. We figured it wasn't worth saying anything and having to swap rooms again. Housekeeping also did not stop by our room the entire trip we were there, however, with how our trip started, we expected this to be the case.

I stayed for a week. Monday: I discovered there was no microwave turntable plate and asked the front desk to get one so I could prepare my dinner. But when I returned to my room that evening, there was no turntable. The from desk person said she thought I had checked out, so she didn't have to get one. She finally brought one. Thursday morning: I asked for housekeeping in my room. Thursday evening I discovered that the waste basket had been emptied, and SOME of the used towels had been replaced, but nothing else - no change of bedding, no vacuuming, no cleaning of surfaces. In the middle of the night (3 am), I ran out of toilet paper. When I called the front desk to get some, they told me to come and get it. When I pointed out that I was in my pajamas (!!), they agreed to bring a new roll to my room. Friday evening: I asked for housekeeping on Saturday. When I returned Saturday evening, I discovered that NOTHING had been done to the room. When I complained to the front desk, they were sympathetic, and remarked that they were having lots of complaints about housekeeping staff - not doing the rooms as assigned, not doing the complete task, not doing a good job. The only positive note: the staff at the front desk were friendly and tried to be helpful.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were not - very hard! The room could use some updating, and a couple of things needed fixing, but overall we were fine. The reception staff was very nice and made sure we had a room with two beds. Check out was very easy. The location was perfect for an early morning flight from the Rochester airport!

Nice services.from deck to clean person nice and friendly im run out towels I ask cleaner's their quickly give right away .till have little issue is no trashcan in the room.and in the room have coffee maker and coffee,funny part is no cups no sugar and dream.anyway just small thing.no big deal I will stay again next time
