Nice pool, laundry available

Arrived at 9pm after long flight.Was assigned 2nd floor room and I use a walker to get around. NO Elevator ! No ground floor rooms left. Receptionist was able to locate us another hotel near by and gave us transportation to it. She was wonderful and very helpful.

Room were clean and tidy. It had all the accessories needed. Morning breakfast was standard but good. I really love the coffee at this hotel. Enough space to park your car.

There were so many pieces of tape all over the walls with numbers. Not sure if it was for painting or fixing but it was annoying to see. Taking pictures before heading out to the concert was a no and also the pool was closed even though the weather was nice.

Paid extra to have the kitchen which actually had its own door. Beds comfortable, and a small but nice pool.

I stayed in Suite 200 which was very clean and very well set up, and the staff was wonderful And really respectful. on site, you have a laundromat and a gym and also a pool to enjoy your stay. They also have vending machines just in case you to grab a quick snack, and they also provide you with breakfast each and every day

The property looked like the pictures for the most pet but the pictures did not indicate that there was no bathroom sink. We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. The room we chose said 490 sqft but it was not that big. Parking was very limited.

Pretty much as expected until we found that was no elevator. There was 7 of us; and so we, could only get 2 beds for each room on the 2nd floor. We had to lug 8 50 lb bags up a flight of stairs. Everything else about the hotel was accurate based on other reviews. An okay place to stay one night.

This property is an old 2 story motor court that they have "dressed up" no elevator and no ground floor rooms available. The desk clerk did take my bags up but I had to drag my 2, 45 lb suitcases, down the stairs 1 at a time and hope no one stole them as I went up to get the remainder of my bags. Very sketchy and did not feel safe. Also OMG the smell of the fabrize or cleaning solution used made it impossible to breath and windows didn't open. I had to choose between leaving my door open, not safe, or not breathing. If I hadn't prepaid my room I would have left and gone to a different hotel. The only good to say, the bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were soft.

Very clean but they had to move us to the 1st floor because there was no elevator. There was also no luggage cart.

Staff was great room was just ok. Stove and fridge full of rust. Crooked mirror and lights that didn’t work. Mildew smell

The employees were so nice! The problem was the room itself, it smelled awful in the corner hallway and the bedroom smelled like someone had either peed or there was some sort of mold circulating on the side where the AC unit was. The front desk guy was super nice and gave us a can of disinfectant but the smell never went away. We ended up finding a different hotel to stay at because it was super sketchy outside also.

This was the perfect stay for a quick, affordable overnight, close to airport. The staff made all the difference. They were so friendly and helpful. The shuttle was quick. The breakfast was average fare, but good. The coffee was delicious! Older rooms, but delightful housekeeping touches elevated the room and made me feel like they took care to clean it and make it feel welcoming. Pillows were not very comfortable, but I slept.

The foofoo smell in the room was overwhelming..it was comfy tho..coffee maker wasnt working in lobby..its a Motel, i personally wont stay there again. .bathroom counters hair..

I had to unexpectedly find a hotel at the last minute and found this one at 10pm on a Friday night. The young woman working the desk was very nice and efficient and got me in a room right away. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rpom was. I stayed two nights and was very pleased. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cold, and the hot water hot.

Room was clean staff were exceptional breakfast area a tad bit small ran out of food multiple times they quickly refilled the stations. Comfortable bed plenty of space only thing is it was a bit noisy you can hear the traffic from the 45. Other than that my wife and I had a great stay.

It’s a nice place. Only complaint to the manager at check out was the air conditioner rattled loudly when it would kick in. She said she was send maintenance to look at it.

Great service and the beds are incredible soft!

The hotel itself seems to be in a not-as-great area of town and the outside gives off the impression of possibly more motel than hotel. However. Our room was PHENOMENAL. It was huge, clean, and extremely comfortable. We had a large king size bed, a queen size bed, a giant TV, a kitchenette, and a lovely bathroom. We were exhausted from our cruise and needed a place to rest and watch TV before we flew out the next day. The staff was very personable and had our room ready by 10 am so that we could check in early. The only issue we had was that they charged us an extra $100.00 on top of our room fee that we are currently waiting on the refund for and since we budgeted pretty well for our trip there wasn't a lot of extra money to have an extra $100.00 withdrawn from our account.

Great little breakfast and the rooms were large

A very comfortable stay! Convenient location and large spacious, clean room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. No issues with the AC/Heater or shower/bath etc. I like that there is a fridge and microwave available as well. The free breakfast was nice. Also got free bottles of water with the stay. Only minor amenities they don't have to note is no elevator, there is sound proofing between rooms but not from the door/window so you can hear street noise or people talking outside, no water refill station, not many TV options (no YouTube app but they did have Netflix), and no recycling bin. But overall, I enjoyed myself and was able to relax well. I appreciate the shuttle to the airport and also, although I was surprised at first that the hotel room hallway was outdoors, it was actually very convenient for picking up food delivery etc because you didn't have to walk through the lobby and bump into other people.

The room is spacious, clean and upgraded. Provides great amenities. Just missing a hair dryer as far as I can see. But great space and I would stay here again.

This hotel just has streaming TV and it is awful. Ok place to sleep over, but if you have some time, bring a book.

Had an awful experience from the start I explained to 2 different employees I was arriving at IAH airport more than once to each lady! On the day of my arrival even spoke to the front desk lady twice and told her where I was told me to stay where I was to only find out 45 min later from their driver they do not transport to IAH! I was up since 3am traveling w a 5 year old, had to catch a $50 UBER mind u I only booked them because they offered a shuttle! When I called and asked the front desk lady her name and told her she needs to understand she doors not know her surrounding area well and to not confirm with someone else is not ok when you are putting ppl in a bad way, and what is your name? She hung up on me. When I arrived at the hotel “Anna” said that want me with a very nervous look on her face, I told her no it was definitely you it was your voice and then noticed each of the 3 days in was there, only one desk person was there each day so I am certain it was ANNA that hung up on me. I did contact corporate and still yet to get a call back! I will never book a days inn again because of this!! The room was very nice the property was decently kept, breakfast was horrible walked to Dennys, their eggs & brkfst potatoe were microwvd, sausage was boiled, looked slightly undone. They have quite a few ppl that live on the property, a few homeless hang around the property & rt outside the property. Would NOT stay here again!! Fairfield up the street about 5 mi much better

We arrived at 12:20 am. Had called to let them know we'd be after midnight. No one was at front desk!!! We called stood in lobby. knocked on desk window. We had to walk the highway to find a hotel ! Horrifying!!! Never stay here! Demanding our money back.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We flew in late at night and the hotel clerk was fantastic, he picked us up from the airport and the shuttle was clean, quiet and comfortable. He was our knight in shining armor after a long day in the airport! Our room was so clean and nicely painted and well appointed- it honestly was just as nice as the resort we had just left. The shuttle took us back to the airport with no fuss in the morning. The room was a great value, cleaner and nicer than the price point would suggest, and service was above and beyond.

The lady working the front also shuttled us to the airport, she was amazing...what a great employee to have work that hard. We really appreciated our stay there. Good clean breakfast area as well!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Properly grounds are always well kept along with their lively plants. Room was spotless. The bed is so comfortable. It’s is so helpful that they have a van to take you to the airport.

Check in was so easy, staff was very welcoming room was pleasant and airport transportation was a plus.

Good value, convenient to Hobby

The property is in a depressed part of Houston. It’s not a really great area around the airport. The room itself is just OK, but the bed was very comfortable.

Street was noisy but I was surprised at how nice the inside was. Comfortable with great pillows. 5 min quick free shuttle to Hobby airport.

The hotel is great, staff great, the area around the hotel, not so much. Very close to Hobby Airport.

Location is the best thing of this motel.

It was ok! But did not feel real safe in the area! Staff needs to be more informed on restaurants in the area! Staff very courteous, check in was good!

Kuerig ine the room. Rooms were clean shuttles driver was quick and helpful. Only 10 minutes to the airport. Great Hundarian restaurant within walking distance. No fruit or yogurt at breakfast but coffee was excellent, apple and oj available. I had a bagel was great.

The breakfast options can be improved. The coffe machine is awful, the servibar options limited, more fruits, need oats, options with bread.
