I reserved and paid for a king size bed, suite (separate sitting room which cost an extra $20). Upon arrival I learned the elevator was out of service, and our room was on the second floor. My wife has had knee surgery and can't handle a flight of stairs, so we were put in a first floor room without the suite. The sound of airplanes taking off and landing awoke me three or four times, but I did eventually go back to sleep. I have stayed an airport hotels often, but never has the noise bothered me. The walls must be thin. The breakfast was fine with scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, Danish pastry, blue berry muffins, & juice.

I picked this hotel partly for the self-service laundry, but when I went to do laundry, the washing machine was out of order. I had to go to a laundromat, which was disappointing. Other than that, I had a nice stay.

I felt it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had no hot tub and the pool was pretty cool and small. They have a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful and nice.

Customer service 10 plus. Friendly and helpful answering all my questions. Please have the guess laundry room update washer or dryer both are broken very small too. Needs updated smart TV flat TV with no internet is out. AC United keep temp at 73-75 needs maintenance.

Very friendly staff. Super convenient and minutes from Hobby Airport. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is free for up to 7 days. Very easy check in.

Upon walking into the hotel, it immediately smelled like marijuana. My hotel room (#316) had part of the ceiling missing with black mold stains around it. As it was 1030PM when I checked in and I was going to be in the room less than 12 hours, I did not ask to be changed rooms. Overall, the hotel was fine, but I would choose a nicer hotel next time.

This was gross. The room smelled like an old moldy bathroom and hint of cigarette. There was a water damage hole on the bathroom ceiling. The bedding smelled musty. The hallway and elevator looked like it never gets cleaned. So disappointed. Not worth the rating on Expedia.

I stayed two nights here and did utilize the shuttle service at the end of my stay (convenient!!) I loved the proximity of the hotel to the airport and to landmarks I wanted to see. The area itself is mostly quiet and the rooms are pretty well noise proofed. Breakfast options aren't too diverse, but it is complimentary. Though, I recommend getting yourself something to eat from elsewhere. Staff was pretty friendly! I got checked in early with no issue and any requests I had were accommodated. The only major issue I had was with the overall cleanliness of the room. Had I stayed longer, I would've definitely brought this up to staff, but my stay was short so I tolerated it. I found dirty stains on the work desk, trash that wasn't mine in the trash can, stains on my bedsheets, and a bit of mold in the shower. If I do stay here again, I hope the room cleanliness improves by then. Overall, a good deal and good stay.

Everything was great. Its super close and convenient to the airport. Literally 3 minutes to the airport. Only issue I had was that there were tons of mosquitoes surrounding the grounds of the property for some reason. Everytime I got out of my car, I had to watch my step on my way to the hotel from the parking. They are HUGE! But once inside it was great. My shower was a bit rusty though. Everything else in the room was fine.

We really appreciated the free airport shuttle. The drivers were very kind and helpful. Hotel staff were also welcoming and friendly. Our room was big and easy to move around in. The bed was quite comfy, although we did recognize it was developing a few lumps. Pillows varied in firmness, giving us choices for our own needs. The AC worked well and managed the temperature smoothly. The wifi was fast and dependable. The area of the hotel seemed safe, although we didn't walk around.

We got a great rate on the room through Expedia running a sale, so I guess we got what we paid for. Staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle was on time. The location is only a couple minutes from the airport so it's convenient for travelers. BUT the walls are thin, so bring your ear plugs. Our room was on the second floor. Planes take off every few minutes and it's loud in your room. You can hear every shower and toilet flush, and the water running through the pipes from the rooms beside you and above you. Be sure to check your door if there is a conjoined room to yours. Our door was not locked. The occupants that were in that room we loud and must have been making an adult film until 2am. Again, I got a great rate ($38) so I really shouldn't complain. But, sleep is a nice thing to have when your traveling, and we got very little at this location LOL

The staff were very friendly. Jazz checked us in late. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel which is very inconvenient. Cindy was available the next morning. After a great breakfast we had there, she ordered the shuttle to take us to the airport to pick up our rental car and even let our luggage remain in the office until we arrived back so we did not have to drag it all the way to the airport and back. The staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we definitely will give the hotel a 100 plus.

Cyndy at check in was preoccupied by her phone was not welcoming at all! When I said I was calling corporate and I then walked out to call upon returning she removed her name tag, TOO LATE HONEY I WAS ON IT!!! I struggled pulling up my itinerary as soon as it came up after 8 min she asked my last name and didn’t look nor need my itinerary! Just Rude for No Reason. After I said I had early check in she told me it would be a $55 fee hotel policy, check in is 3pm and pointed at the sign that I had already told her I see she was very rude to only tell me she can check me in at 1:30 when my room would be ready, after again- remember I stepped out to call corporate, funny the $55 Hotel policy fee disappeared. The breakfast was the same each morning 3 days, boiled sausage and microwaved eggs 4/5 out of 10. The young lady at night and Colandria on overnight would be the ONLY 2 reasons I’d ever stay again!!!!

Staff really was not the best. He was argumentative and gave me the wrong room. After switching me to an handicapped rooms says that it was an upgrade. When I when to him for the airport shuttle… he told me to come at 7am. The shuttle left early and he blamed me for not being on it. I was told to be in the area and I did just that. I had to uber myself to the airport. The way I was spoken to was not acceptable. Customer service staff should not be so visibly judgmental cause the night before my phone was acting up it died and my wifi was slow. It took a while to book online so I guess I was judged by him. As I asked and was told we only allow wifi to guests . Anyway the worst service.

My toddler and I stayed here for one night last week because we had an early morning flight out of Hobby. It was a convenient location to the airport and I was pleasantly surprised that the planes landly and taking off couldn't really be heard from in the room. We used the pool, which was clean, and my daughter loved it. The only thing I didn't love was the bed. It seemed a little too firm for my liking. Our stay was good, overall.

This was a great place to stay for an overnight before our cruise in Galveston. 5 minute taxi or shuttle drive from the airport. Took the hotel shuttle back to the airport the next morning to catch a shuttle to the cruise ship terminal. Free breakfast was good!

Close proximity to Houston Hobby airport made it very convenient with our late flight arrival. My only complaint was the breakfast had not been replenished with 30 minutes remaining. The hostess was very quick to shut down and put everything away even though the breakfast area was full of guests.

Overall the value for the price was definitely there. However, the tv stand was partially broken. The room needed some updating. The bathroom was fine with good shower pressure. The tiny sample size of shampoo and conditioner were too small. No body wash either only body bar soap. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were gross and tasted like a premix. The waffle maker was one highlight. They also had hard boiled eggs, muffins and packets of instant oatmeal. There was a shuttle from the airport, but it seemed to take forever to get there. Overall, for one night it was fine.

The room was okay. The chair upholstery had stains on both sides of cushion. The sink in bathroom drained very slow. The cold beverages in reception area were very limited and too sugary. The free breakfast was extremely sub par. It was very carb heavy with no fresh fruit at all. The best thing was the proximity to Hobby airport.

Older hotel but clean. Took about 20 tries to get the hotel to answer the phone to get the airport shuttle. Breakfast was poor. Watery powdered eggs. Staff was pleasant. Denny's is about a 10-minute walk down a sketchy street. Price was reasonable. Shuttle back to the airport was on time. The bed was horrible. I didn't think anyone used old coil spring mattresses that squeak anymore.

We needed an overnight stay between flights. This property had good reviews, and we found it an excellent value for the price. The airport shuttle was fast and friendly, the hotel was immaculate, room quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was nicely laid out and they have a nice coffee service, making coffee, latte or cappuccino 24 hours. Definitely would stay again.
