The location was perfect and the bar was very appealing. Friendly staffs and very helpful. We did not partake in breakfast or dinner due to the lack of variety on the menu but that is strictly personal. I'm sure the food was outstanding. Again, the bar was amazing. The bartender very knowledgeable and provided wonderful customer service would stay again

Nice rooms, slept well in the beds. We had 3, but might be tight with four people. Only minor issue was they had 3 elevators but only using one. They could have been more aggressive to get the elevators back online.

The a/c made a lot of noise kicking on and off in room 1121 and would wake me up throughout the night. I also didn’t like the $15 charge for parking when they had a huge lot and I didn’t know about the charge until check in.

I never received help when I asked from the manager. I come here a lot and it usually seems to be an okay stay. I expected to sleep and be safe. I told the staff and nothing happened. This is my final and last time coming to this Hilton. The pillows smell like spit, the bathroom floors has other people hairs, it's never mopped or cleaned properly. The rugs are filthy as well not vacuumed. I call the front desk and is always ignored when I present evidence. I'm always getting a nasty room. This is my last time dealing with Richardson TX, Hilton.

Paid parking when you stay there is kinda silly, I asked for more towels and they never brought them up as they said they would. There was also no microwave in the room and no freezer in the mini fridge. Ac never cooled down.

I recently had a stay next to a room where my neighbors were up all night yelling and blasting their tv way past 1AM and the staff were powerless to get them to stop. After pleading to switch rooms, they put me in a lower rate room without a refund for the difference. To make things worse the new room had a broken AC control panel so I was in 80 degree heat until it was fixed at around 3:30AM. For both rooms you can hear the loud cars outside revving their engines so even if you luck out with good neighbors and working AC, you’ll be kept awake. The only redeeming quality is that the night staff did their best to make the situation better, but due to hotel policy and lackluster maintenance this is a place to avoid at all costs if you value sleep.

I haven’t stayed in a Hilton for years and won’t stay in one again. I was surprised we had to pay $17 a day for their parking lot. They would be better off adding it to the room rate so it won’t upset customers. There was no microwave in the bedroom. The refrigerator is itty bitty. Three fourths of the closet was hid behind a wall making it difficult to get to clothes. The room was clean and the employees were friendly.

Very bad experience! Checked in at night, no iron in the room, was told they get me one in the morning whenever staffs come in! No shower gel! Had to change the room anyway. Not even drinking water or bottle water in the lobby at night to take my pills. The frontdesk was not helpful at all.

My stay was not good, Sunday I went early to eat breakfast and was out the whole day. When I returned my door was ajar from house keeping have kept it unlocked. Was missing my backpack and brand new apple tablet. When down stairs to report the incident. The staff member made a not and said I would have to wait till the next day for help. The following day mad a report with the staff. It still hasn't been taken care of I feel like I was let down by the Hotel.

We had stayed at this Hilton several times in the past, but our recent stay was disappointing and will be our last. A parking charge of $17/day was added for the first time ever. A/C in room wouldn't cool down, shower drain was partially clogged, and coffee service was not available in the evening due to broken coffee machine. Front desk people were not helpful

I am reviewing the “2nd time I stayed” The first stay was amazing and when I checked in the hotel. I had booked the wrong date so the front desk person was amazing and changed it to that night right in front of me. I had drove a long ways so it was refreshing to get that fixed quickly without having to panic. Now fast-forward to the second stay because I found out later after being billed that they never canceled the original reservation for the wrong date and had no intention of refunding me so here I am later with no money and no refund. I do not recommend this hotel practices because they won’t return my calls even, there are 14 different hotels right there handy Richardson that you can trust

The property itself and the rooms were great. The highway does get kind of noisy. The room rates were very fair for what you get. And the hotel itself was a great place to be during those hectic wild thunderstorms we had at the end of may. We didn’t lose power and everything kept on working just fine.

Great property. Up to date. Clean. Sheets and towels are a bit stiff. Breakfast price is steep… $21 per person. Skipped it and took business elsewhere where I didn’t have to pay that for an egg. Initially, photos looked great for this hotel so I promptly booked. Parking is good and lobby is beautiful. I was disappointed when the front desk told me they haven’t seen the luggage carts all day so I had to lug everything by hand to my room. The room was underwhelming. Stains on the couch, broken fridge, No microwave and bathroom was dated. Found questionable stains under all the sheets of the mattress. The bed was very comfortable. Missing ice machine on the 9th floor. I had to extend my stay one day and had to go back and forth 4 times to the front desk to see if they could accomadate me . They were able too but at an inflated walk up rate. Great area, nice access but overall was hoping for more from this prestigious named hotel. I stay at hiltons a lot and there always much nicer.

Everything was reasonably nice. The restaurant food was lousy and the staff there obviously needs some training. The breakfast was way over priced, for all they did have out, there was no gravy at all and barely had condiments. There was no regular sugar for coffee and the service staff was was slow as christmas and had no sense of urgency whatsoever. They had no customer service skills at all. ZERO
