Hotel is rundown compared to other hotels in the area

The only terrible part of my stay was the condition of the road coming in the lot. The pot holes are terrible, and dangerous to a car trying to go over them. I had to zig zag through trying to miss them along with the speed bumps

Room was not refreshed each day. Had to ask for towels. TV went out because of storm but when I asked front desk if they had notified Comcast they said no. Water on elevator floor. Their method of repair was to place warning sign and no wiping up of water. Lobby is just crowed,

Elevator was broken so we had to hike up four flights of stairs with luggage and our room was right in front of the staircase that everyone else had to hike up so we heard the door slam all night long. Seems like there would be some sort of discount for this. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We stayed two separate nights both on our trip down to the Carolinas and back home the following weekend. Both of our rooms and the hotel were clean but were in need of renovations so they felt dingy. The door frames in the bathrooms were rusting at the bottom and the tub had a coating on the bottom of it that was peeling off. It also felt like there was a soft spot in the tub when I was taking my shower. The doors slamming in the morning was excessive. We went down for the breakfast the first weekend we stayed and it was adequate. The ladies were doing their best to keep up. We didn't make it down in time for breakfast when we stayed on our way back home. Also on our way back home, the pool was out of towels the night we got there and still didn't have any in the morning. Every time we asked for some we were told that they were being washed. Must have been a long wash cycle. Needless to say, we had to drip dry back to our room. The pool was also almost too cold to get in and enjoy but I was traveling with two small children and all they wanted to do was get in the pool. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly or welcoming. I typically have wonderful experiences at Holiday Inn Express and almost stay at them exclusively but I certainly wasn't overly impressed with this location. Hopefully when we go back through in July, there will be some improvements made as we already have our rooms reserved for the busy travel season.

Sam was great during check in. Room was recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Indoor pool was not heated but it was still nice. Overall great stay!

Did not eat breakfast. They had water damage and plastic was everywhere with fans blowing.

Pool was closed with no warning at booking. Tub did not drain at all. Room was clean-ish.

My daughter got shocked badly due to bathroom light switch not working properly. Room was dirty. Impossible to change channel or work tv u less standing in front of it. AC had something wrong as it would run a little then stop unless u kept turning down. Lot of money for no comfort.

Went to the room and there were black dots/stains all over sheets in two of the rooms we had booked. Upon googling it lined up with bed bug stains. We checked out and went elsewhere. Staff was nice but told us it was from the dryer belt. Old and dirty overall

There were a bunch of flies in the room. Very disturbing

We found several brown marmorated stink bug in the room. We were too tired to report it to the front desk. However the room was clean and well maintained in general.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It was super clean. The room was bright, cheerful and relatively spacious. There were Dove branded hygiene items in the bathroom. The bed was comfy and good selection of channels on the tv. Breakfast was plentiful with quite a few options of hot and cold breakfast items. All staff encountered was very pleasant and efficient. Only stayed a single night on way from Florida to Western New York and this location provided easy access on and off the highway. The only downside was the walls were thin so I did hear the shower running and toilet flushing in the room next door. Not a big deal for only a single night stay.

Comfortable room for our overnight stay.

Check in was very smooth, the woman checking us in was very nice and friendly. The property was clean and the room was very comfortable! The walls did seem a little thin and we could hear the people in the room next to us but all in all it was a nice room!

Not what you would expect for the price. Toilet seat was loose. Tile was falling off in the bathroom. The in-room refrigerator made a loud beeping noise all night.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The only issue i had was continental breakfast was not as good as I thought it was going to be. All the eggs had cheese. The pancake maker was broken. So my choices were not very healthy. Coffee was good. I would stay here again despite the small issues with breakfast

Only negative about stay was the A/C unit. Temp in room goes 2 to 3 degrees above set point before coming on. Continuos fan was not working as well.

Fresh, newer, clean, friendly staff an fast check in

The property was wonderful. Room was large, clean and beds were comfortable. The lady who checked us out in the morning was sweet. Breakfast was good. The young man who checked us in was not so pleasant and he made myself as well as an older senior couple checking in at the same time as me very uncomfortable with the way he spoke to us. Very disappointing. If it wasn't for him, this would have been a perfect 5 star review.

I was woken up during the hours of 12:45 am by loud staff, my room was right off of the lobby. Then 2:45 am woke up again by ac/heater fan loud screeching. Then 4:45am by fan, then 5:45 by loud staff. Staff continued to be loud and I could not sleep. Was terrible

That woman staff member that worked 2nd shift on 4/14/25 was very nice and accommodating. I couldn’t thank her enough for her hospitality.

Staff was great. Went to go and take a shower and there was a public hair in the bathtub near the drain. Soap, body wash and shampoo was great ! The grounds could be more appealing. Location is unfortunate being next to “Bates Motel” vibe.

The hotel is surrounded by others all sharing a driveway. A local eatery was within walking distance. Nothing else to report.

We were traveling from New York to Florida and needed a hotel room for the night. We were pleasantly surprised at Holiday Inn Express. It was clean, convenient and the staff accommodating and friendly.

Great location , they were short staffed and did not service most of their breakfast items . It was quiet and everyone was nice . Easy check in and check out . Felt safe .

The Hotel is clean, well presented with a good breakfast. The price however is way out of line for this class of hotel.
