Love beds, pillows, and shower massage! However, the pool floor looks very dirty. Great rest for weary travelers. Only suggestion the smokers not permitted to smoke outside their room doors, we had to through the smoke and it came in our room 201.

This property was at a great price compared to other properties in the area. The lobby is large and clean. It doubles as the breakfast area in the morning. Since each room opens to the exterior of the building, parking was very convenient as you could park in front of your room. The room was clean and had all the necessities you would expect. I would recommend this Quality Inn for anyone who is looking for good value for their money.

First we were given a room that was occupied. We opened the door w the room key and bags were on the bed with the lights on in the room. There was no AC in main lobby. The room walls were all splattered with something that maybe exploded on them - a brown liquid. Toilet paper was off the roll. Front desk didn’t even apologize for giving us a room that was occupied. Terrible.

Room had a very foul smell. Shower rod screws on the right side were coming off, my husband pushed them back in, rod could have fallen off on us. Breakfast dining was incredibly small with only 3 tables and 3 chairs at each table, we got breakfast somewhere else the next morning.

We had stayed here a few years ago so I thought it would be a fine stop, but it's truly went downhill. We arrived really late due to traveling, once we got to our room I was truly disappointed. It was dirty. I'm not even sure the carpet had been swept in awhile, I found multiple things on the floor.... our AC was disgusting, full of dirt and I almost hated to run it. The room was musty upon entrance as I assume the AC hadn't been on for awhile. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, I even had to wipe up some things on the floor that was sticky. The walls had marks all over them..... The main lobby didn't have AC, there was a sign noting renovations as a apology but honestly I am not sure that's true. The pool was closed not that we would have used it anyway, but one more thing to avoid taking care of. The front desk people were friendly. The breakfast wasn't worth it. I was truly disappointed and it wasn't worth the price paid.

I called make sure second floor but they put me on hold over 30 min and ended up it was a first floor. They said only available room is "Pet Room". I saw all empty rooms but they said that all "Pet Room". No way to prove. Bathroom was dirty and I could not sleep well because of noise outside. The staffs are very rude. The breakfast room had only 3 small tables. The lobby is under construction and all paint smell give me a headache. I do not recommend. Trust me.

The tv didn't work so we asked to change rooms. The next room had crumbs or dirt under the pillow. There was a bug in the other bed, the bath tub was dirty, stained and cracked and the room smelled. It was gross.

The room was disgusting! Pee stains on the bath tub and toilet had explosive diarrhea stains inside. Room was dusty and had dead/live bugs, stains on the sheets and shower curtain. Floor is was dirty and drawer inside the side table was filthy. Tissues were not refilled either, we had travelled for over 10hrs and were exhausted and just wanted to sleep in a clean room. Not to mention that some of the outlets in the room weren’t even in the wall, not up to code, also the vent in the bathroom was full of dust and dirt and was not in working condition. The fact that the sign says “Newly Renovated” is laughable. Breakfast was pathetic, cold sausages and stale biscuits, no milk no eggs, no gravy, no cereal. Service was awful too very unprofessional we asked to speak to the manager she wasn’t in and we’ve been waiting for her to email or call and have heard nothing. Very angry and disappointed. I have more pictures then I’m listing.

Breakfast the first day was fine, but sparse on Sunday. The bed was comfy and we loved having our dog with us, but the floor was so dirty that hubby’s feet turned black just walking barefoot from the bathroom to the bed. Would look elsewhere next trip.

The rooms were not clean! There was food in the drawers and stains on the table in the first room. We changed rooms and in the second room there were chicken bones and food on the floor. I am waiting for a refund from Expedia.

PLUSES: b'fast options, esp the waffle maker! Area kept clean. Front desk is always pleasant & helpful, esp young woman w/short dark hair. Room clean. GREAT TO HAVE BOTH A MICROWAVE & FRIDGE. NEGATIVES: our room was across from an ice maker that disrupted sleep. One morning we smelled pot. "May" have been a guest. Need a policy against it for guests and staff. It smells NASTY. No smoking should include everything. I know it must be a challenge controlling it, so the motel has my sympathy, but it's noxious.

This was an overnight stop after a long drive. Staff was nice, The room was clean and nice. Bed was comfy. The TV did not work. 1st no remote at all. went to the front desk twice, 2nd remote turned it on by no channels and no volume. Had I been there a full day this would have been an issue. it was midnight by the time i gave up on it and went to sleep. Overall a nice place for a stop over.

We stayed here over Spring Break on our way to South Carolina. Unfortunately check-in took an hour due to low staffing. Anyone who didn’t have a reservation were given sheets to make their own bed. Luckily we had a reservation, so that did not apply to our room. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I can’t review somewhere that I was unable to stay at they did not let us know nor Check in due to an emergency services staying at the hotel. Tried call them several times to reach out to them I was told that they were working on refunds and I would recieve my money back. They said that the system was down and that since the manager was not there I could not get anything in writing

People lined up thru the lobby while some kids at the front desk playing around with their feet and chit chat about nonsense. Telling people checking in that they've got to make up their on beds? I had a reservation, and still had to stand in line for over 40 minutes.

The light went out above the bathroom sink . I called the front desk several times and no one answered.i went to the front desk and told them about the light and they did give a different room- a much bigger one. I had called the night before arriving to ask a question and no one answered. They did not have coffee and cookies when you arrive. Breakfast the first day was lame but the next day was better. There were people smoking outside their rooms- regular and something else. The walkways were covered in insects.

Great Hotel for the night, was traveling down to Nc on my motorcycle. Picked up the Blue Ridge Parkway right outside of Hillsville. Was the perfect location to spend the night on my journey. Right off 77 so it was super convenient.

I was put in room 209. It had been smoked in and smelled bad. Andrew changed me to room 205 and the TV would not work. He spent 15-20 minutes trying to fix the remote before he moved me to room 204. Three rooms in the first hour on the property. Not a pleasant experience. Next morning I went for breakfast. There was a fantastic gravy for biscuits. However, the gravy was stone cold and all guest were lining up to microwave their biscuits and gravy. I should ask for a refund on my room, but why bother. Too many other hotels at the same location.
