This property pleasantly surprised us. it was so much more than the pictures could portray. The landscaping and exterior were beautiful. The rooms were situated so that they were still private feeling. The rooms were huge with the outdoor balcony. Loved the two hot tubs and quaint outdoor patio by the pool.

This was the perfect getaway spot for a few days! So peaceful, clean & seamless check-in/out. We will definitely be returning. The price was such a steal as well! The staff were so welcoming. Free breakfast. Heated outdoor pool & not one but two hot tubs!

This motel has been here for a very long time. The stay was great. We had no issues at all. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. used the hot tub tho it wasnt super hot but good. Its within a few minute walk to some typical fast food places like mcdonalds, taco bell and other places. There is a Dispensary located down the road too within walking distance. would stay here again.

The Coachman Inn is a wonderful place to stay. While it is an older inn, It has been well cared for. The bed was very comfortable and new. The room was cleaned every day and that is a rarity these days. Full breakfast every morning, with a great selection. Service was terrific. I give the Coachman Inn five stars.

My husband and I had a very cozy stay at the Coachman Inn. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. However, the overall cleanliness could have been better. We found hair in the bathroom, and the carpet seemed like it could have used a thorough vacuuming. However, this was a minor issue, and we would still recommend staying here!

I can't find a single thing that I didn't like! The room was perfectly clean. The bed was so comfortable. The linen was pristine. The bathroom was spick and span. Now, let's talk about the staff: so friendly, so professional. Then the breakfast: it's really good, the coffee is perfect. I know if I ever come back, this is where I'd go and I really recommend it for all those who are heading to Oak Harbor! Thank you for everything, Coachman Inn & Suites!

Rooms are very dated. Stayed in the suite with kitchenette and spacious for a family of 4. However, the kitchen and bathroom seemed to be original, maybe at least remodel the bathroom??? Having hot breakfast in the morning is a nice touch!

Paper thin walls. Even with low occupancy we were next to a family of five or more and listened to their alarms at 4 am, 5 am, 6 am…, their children’s arguments, their teaching daughter to read impatiently…. Interior had four mismatched styles of light fixtures and loud bathroom fan that ran anytime light was on

We enjoy the one night stay, look remodeled, bed and bedding excellent- location perfect The only thing was the noisy heater/AC unit . We still sleep good. Just for the property to check some of the units

Place was great! A lot of attention to detail and grounds are lovely. One negative was the breakfast attendant on our first morning was extremely rude and almost seemed irritated to deal guests. The breakfast , however, was very nice and the next morning the attendants were very friendly!

Dana, was there when we checked in, she was beyond friendly and helpful. She needs recognition for excellent customer service. I have worked customer service for many years and know how hard can be. The other staff members were all very friendly as well. My only issue would be...Wishing the patio by the pool would be open not the pool so much but the patio., I am a night owl and would have loved sitting in that area after 10pm.

Dana checked us in and was personable and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We appreciated and were impressed with the breakfast selections and portions. They served us Whitney Coffee, our first time having it, and we enjoyed it better than any other coffee we’ve had so far while being in WA. Wilma checked us out, served us breakfast, went above and beyond in every way, and made us sad to leave. Wilma provided friendly service beyond what she had to in her role. Beds were comfortable. Environment was adorable. Very happy with our experience.

For a Motel it is nice. Rooms near the pool are best avoided since there is a lot of noise and one has to enter it from the lobby so proximity isn't that helpful except as one leaves. Rooms themselves are spacious though a bit dark. The location is near major roads so is easily accessible but a bit hectic. Mainly, the town is the site of a Navy airfield so other than Friday evening to Sunday there are air operations in progress so you may as well be at a major airport as the jets make quite a racket coming in to land. If you are an enthusiast then you definitely will see quite a few and this may not be a negative. Otherwise, if peace and quiet are a priority there are other places on the island that will be more suitable.

This is a great place to bed down for the night. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. It's right on the main road, so it's a little noisy. There's no place to walk to really, so you have to drive to a restaurant or store. Good value and the breakfast is decent.

The Coachman was so beautiful for Christmas time! When we arrived the lobby smelled like fresh baked cookies (which were delicious!) and was beautifully decorated, the front staff was very friendly! The room was huge and fit our needs perfectly. Breakfast was great with tons of choices, my son loved the French toast and yogurt, and my daughter loved the scrambled eggs and waffles!

I enjoyed the clean room and the comfortable bed and pillows. I was confused because breakfast wasn’t self serve, but rather a worker placed requested items in a gift bag and we had to either take the food back to our room or sit in one of only 7 seats in the lobby. It did not make me feel welcome.

Charming retro rooms in excellent condition and very comfortable. One of the better breakfast bufets for a motel in this price range, and love that lobby beverage service is 24/7. Only downside is that the hot tub is very small, so you have to wait your turn.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I was very impressed with all the choices. My boyfriend was very happy and he likes to eat a lot. So he loved it. the room's good size. I liked the couch as an extra feature & the big refrigerator bigger, then most hotels usually have.

The breakfast, which was part of the reason to book, was grim. These folks didn’t even have ketchup. Room was so-so, with a pair of what seemed like baby elephants dancing above our room. Staff seemed great, but this was not reflected in the room and especially not in breakfast.
