The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The snack pantry near the front desk was pretty bare. Not much food to buy. The only tea bags avaliable in both our room and the pantry was green tea. No sugar free drink options. Such as diet soda or flavored sparkling water zero sugar.

Amazing stay! Comfortable beds, clean, great shower pressure! The laundry facilities were clean, easy to use and free (only need to purchase or have your own soap). Staff were nice and professional. Highly recommend for a stay! Great price!

According to ADA regulations, a property is not supposed to require anything of the owner of a service dog that they don’t require of someone without one. I was told that if i didn’t sign the service dog paperwork, they wouldn’t let me check in. This is against federal law. The AC system shuts off at night while you’re asleep because it doesn’t see you moving? Seriously?! We got hot in the night and woke up because of this - very inconvenient and stupid. We asked for an upper floor so that we wouldn’t be awakened by guests above us, they were sold out so we were awakened 2 of 3 nights by loud crashing around in the room above us at 4:30am for an hour and a half solid and again at 5am. The handyman was hammering and using a staple gun this morning at 6:45 in the stairway. We didn’t get much sleep during our stay. The pantry items are priced ridiculously - don’t bother, you won’t sell anything at that price. No breakfast is offered, even though prices are the same as other hotels who do offer it. Pet area grass is shot and bushes are all cut down.

Had a good stay at this hotel. Its accepts dogs for only $15 per pet, per night, which is reasonable. The staff was friendly and competent. The room was nice, and clean. It is definitely set up more for cooking your own meals rather than the typical hotel experience, which would be a good thing for longer stays. My only complaint was that my room only had one end table next to the bed. Also, the side with the end table was the only side with a lamp and outlet. So, while my wife had somewhere to put her stuff and charge her phone at night...I did not. However, that was just a minor issue, that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again. One piece of advice... Do Not eat at the Chinese restaurant next door (China City). It may be close by, but their food is terrible and overpriced!

We loved our stay here! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a studio, and it far surpassed an average hotel room. The full kitchen, complete with dishwasher and full-size refrigerator , made our time comfortable. We really appreciated the free laundry facilities. Well done!

We were only here for a night. The rooms are newly renovated and so it looks very nice. We had a kitchen our room and spacious bathroom. The only issue I had was a few hairs on the bed linen…

If you asked me this morning before check out I would have given a better review. However the clerk was just rude. I asked for a receipt (since the credit card charge pending was different than my guaranteed rate.). She said since we made reservations thru a third party she couldn’t. She had no way of knowing what rate I would be charged. Weird because they had me sign an acknowledgment of the rate when I checked in. I said she charged my credit card at check in. She claimed she didn’t charge anything. And if the pending charge wasn’t adjusted, she said call the manager and pass on my concern. Wow, I’ve stayed at 6 properties in the last week. All managed to get an email or printed receipt and no one acted like I was a third rate customer for reserving thru Expedia.

The employees have just been so kind and helpful. We are staying due to a plumbing emergency at our home. We’ve been having to expand our stay day by day due to the ongoing repairs at our home and the staff have been so accommodating and supportive.

I was disappointed that we were charged $35 for checking in a couple hours early. Based on that we should have gotten a refund for checking out 8 hours early. For that reason alone, I will likely not ever stay here again. I've checked in early multiple times over the years at different hotels and have never been charged before. The room was nice, the bed was ok. We got a suite with a kitchen which was stocked with limited supplies.

This was our first stay at this hotel. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, great room and very comfortable bed! You do need to improve your street signage, we passed the property twice before finding it. The signs are not visible from the highway and you do not have them lit at night. Minor but important to new customers.

Everything was good! Ceramic cups, glassware. Bed and room so comfy. But coffee was substandard. Can you get Nespresso? Or Keurig? We need a strong cup to get going!

We booked a suite with a kitchenette, it was stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the fresh coffee that was available to guests. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to our friends.
