We stayed here recently for two nights we gave stayed here before so we were familiar with area, I especially like the free parking that the hotel offers at the weekend not sure if it is free during the week. The hotel is only a short 20 minute walk to city center, which is fine. The hotel is reasonably well maintained i couldnt fault the room nice and warm clean with AC. We had breakfast both mornings which was fine with what one expects from a buffet, the only down side if one can say is the area which it is located in not a lot happening around it one needs to head into the center. Would i stay there again yes asbit was great value especially with the parking.

Breakfast menu was excellent. In addition there was a hot breakfast menu on the table if you wanted something different, pancakes or omelette or eggs Benedict. Staff were welcoming. The hotel is a lovely building, decor is good. Bar had good selection of drinks. Bar staff should clear dirty tables more often, and please remove the dead succulents from the top shelf of the bar. It's pointless having plants that you don't bother to water.

Lovely hotel in a convenient place if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. Parking is expensive but it suited us well for our stay to just forget the car in a safe place. I could be really picky about tiny details like the stupid position of the soap over the bath and the height of the shaving mirror but generally it is excellent. Helpful, friendly staff and we really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner.

Staff were mostly very friendly, ready to help & professional. However the room wasn’t fully ready - no bath towels & the bath wasn’t clean & mould around the bath rim & shower screen which could easily be cleaned. No extra blanket in the room & it was cold! The location is great, parking so convenient but as it is at the moment I wouldn’t recommend it as a place to stay. It could be excellent but falls down on some basics. Disappointing but I think it will improve.

Negative points: No fridge in the bedroom, low cleaning standards for a 4 star rating hotel, low pressure in the bath shower, no complimentary hygiene accessories provided ( ex. Lovely hotel and very nice staff. Hotel room was nice but housekeeping/maintenance was lacking. Light not working, things dirty, broken drawers and shower didn't get hotter than about half way on controls but taps were very hot. Reported to staff who were very apologetic. Didn't spoil my stay but simple things that shouldn't have happened.

Generally had a good stay for 4 nights, the price was very good and included breakfast. Choice of breakfast items was very good, however could use some more fresh vegetables. Location is somewhat remote from city centre, still walkable, but located in the middle of office complex, so there isn't anything like shops or restaurants immediately close by. Bus stops are also about 10 min walk. Plus it was very quiet. No free parking. The hotel has taken over from Radisson at the same location. When we checked in, the fuse went out in the room and there was no power, fortunately front desk was able to resolve that issue. Room was nicely refurbished, unfortunately you can see the bathroom has not been, they only painted the doors and frames. The silicone shower seal was missing on the glass panel at the shower so the shower was flooding the floor. My personal pet peeve is when you can't turn on the shower without getting wet - here it was also the case. The silicone seals could also use updating, as there was some black mould in the areas under the tap. The housekeeping has also not cleaned the kettle before the check-in in as someone tried to boil some coffee directly in the kettle. The fault of the supervisor for not checking. We had to ask twice, as the kettle also stopped working. Complimentary sweets at the arrival were nice. Overall not quite as premium experience as expected but good value for money

Very disappointing. Room was cramped, dusty and unpleasant overall. Bathroom was dirty, shower filthy. Corridor was very dirty, looked like it hadn’t seen a hoover in weeks. Staff, particularly the manager on duty showed little concern for my complaint. Fully appreciate the hotel is going through refurbishment but it’s not acceptable to continue to charge premium pricing (€200/night) during this time. Lobby is largely refurbed so I’m sure will be a nice hotel in time. Only positive was the lovely staff at breakfast

Hotel is under repair. Some floors have been updated others have not. It’s generally clean but overall some mess with the current construction. The bathroom in our room had mold in the shower door and in the corner of the floor tiles and housekeeping left the shower plug on the tub edge that was full of hair which was unfortunate but the staff was great. Cain was amazing!!

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were very helpful throughout our 4 night stay. Room looked a little worn, bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. The only downside was on two occasions we were woken up around 6:40/ 7:00 am from workman on the nearby building site. Also be prepared the car parking charge for the hotel isn’t cheap!

Amazing place to stay. Bathroom was terrific with great water pressure and very hot water. The room was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. They helped with laundry and a taxi. The front desk truly cares about the guest and spends time with each to be sure they’re good. Location is about 10 minutes away from everything.

This is an excellent hotel in a green and pleasant redevelopment in central Belfast. Formerly the Radisson Blu, the rebrand and refresh have enlivened the hotel. The staff were wonderful. However, the WiFi in the room was patchy at best, and the toilet was faulty. Both were minor things, but I suggest that there are a few glitches that need ironing. However, I enjoyed my staff and would book again.

The hotel stated that the bed and bedding would be exceptional which I didn’t believe…… but I must admit that the bed and bedding were absolutely exceptional slept so well and didn’t want to get up! Would love to be able to purchase the bedding and pillows! Will definitely return!

So this hotel was convenient, it’s about a 20 minute walk from the city centre and about 15-20 minute walk to Queen’s University. Our room was okay. The beds weren’t very comfortable and you don’t sink into them but that could be a UK thing. There is no fridge in the room which was a little shocking so that is something to keep in mind if traveling with medication that may need to be refrigerated or food items, etc. the tub was quite high and the partial glass moves so you need to be careful when taking a shower. The hotel does provide a shower mat to reduce the chance of slipping but it was a bit of a hazard. At one point during our stay when you flushed the toilet it was brown water coming out. We were very confused as we had been out all day but when we called down the staff mentioned they had received a lot of complaints. The water stained the toilet and had us a bit concerned if we could use the shower or the sink. The staff were very friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. We paid the extra for breakfast and it was a buffet style. It was convenient but it was the same thing everyday, great for weekend trips but long stays breakfast may not be worth it. They do have a really cool program that if you do not get house keeping to clean your room you will get a £5 voucher, they vouchers can be stacked and used at the restaurant. House keeping straighten the room up when a sign is on the door and reception will send someone up if they miss the room

The beds weren’t very comfortable and you don’t sink into them but that could be a UK thing. There is no fridge in the room which was a little shocking so that is something to keep in mind if traveling with medication that may need to be refrigerated or food items, etc. the tub was quite high and the partial glass moves so you need to be careful when taking a shower. The hotel does provide a shower mat to reduce the chance of slipping but it was a bit of a hazard. At one point during our stay when you flushed the toilet it was brown water coming out. We were very confused as we had been out all day but when we called down the staff mentioned they had received a lot of complaints. The water stained the toilet and had us a bit concerned if we could use the shower or the sink. The staff were very friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. We paid the extra for breakfast and it was a buffet style. It was convenient but it was the same thing everyday, great for weekend trips but long stays breakfast may not be worth it. They do have a really cool program that if you do not get house keeping to clean your room you will get a £5 voucher, they vouchers can be stacked and used at the restaurant. House keeping straighten the room up when a sign is on the door and reception will send someone up if they miss the room

A nice hotel with big rooms & big comfy bed & delightful pillows. Unfortunately the shower was not hot (just one notch above warm) & there was a 6am hotel delivery that required the truck to reverse up a long driveway - beep-beep-beep repeat …. Then the construction crew arrived next door at 7am & again beep-beep-beer It was a nice stay otherwise

We had an excellent 3 night stay at the Voco Belfast. The level of customer service was exemplary. Particularly from Marc on reception, Eugen, Sharmin and Dagmar in the restaurant, who all made our stay something very special. We will certainly return here again.

Great hotel and great breakfast. Only complaint was the extremely poor bar service. I watched several people come to the bar to get a drink but then leave again as no one served them. We had one drink before the concert and then went on because of this. Money walking out the door!

Brilliant location!! Easy parking and lovely room. Beds were super comfy. Special mention of exceptional service to James in maintenance department, Cane in the bar and Sharman in the restaurant. Our tv wasn’t working in our first room so we were upgraded to another room for our 6 day stay. Was much appreciated. Small criticism was the breakfast buffet was a bit untidy and poorly replenished at times. We will definitely be back and will recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Belfast.

Amazing place to stay. Bathroom was terrific with great water pressure and very hot water. The room was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. They helped with laundry and a taxi. The front desk truly cares about the guest and spends time with each to be sure they’re good. Location is about 10 minutes away from everything.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area close enough to walk into the city centre. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. We both had great sleep so were well rested. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We were able to check in early which was great after a very early flight and the IHG rewards benefits gave us a late check out. Food in the restaurant was great and there was a great choice at breakfast. We'd stay again!

Generally had a good stay for 4 nights, the price was very good and included breakfast. Choice of breakfast items was very good, however could use some more fresh vegetables. Location is somewhat remote from city centre, still walkable, but located in the middle of office complex, so there isn't anything like shops or restaurants immediately close by. Bus stops are also about 10 min walk. Plus it was very quiet. No free parking. The hotel has taken over from Radisson at the same location. When we checked in, the fuse went out in the room and there was no power, fortunately front desk was able to resolve that issue. Room was nicely refurbished, unfortunately you can see the bathroom has not been, they only painted the doors and frames. The silicone shower seal was missing on the glass panel at the shower so the shower was flooding the floor. My personal pet peeve is when you can't turn on the shower without getting wet - here it was also the case. The silicone seals could also use updating, as there was some black mould in the areas under the tap. The housekeeping has also not cleaned the kettle before the check-in in as someone tried to boil some coffee directly in the kettle. The fault of the supervisor for not checking. We had to ask twice, as the kettle also stopped working. Complimentary sweets at the arrival were nice. Overall not quite as premium experience as expected but good value for money

Breakfast menu was excellent. In addition there was a hot breakfast menu on the table if you wanted something different, pancakes or omelette or eggs Benedict. Staff were welcoming. The hotel is a lovely building, decor is good. Bar had good selection of drinks. Bar staff should clear dirty tables more often, and please remove the dead succulents from the top shelf of the bar. It's pointless having plants that you don't bother to water.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Only one criticism would be the breakfast. Sadly, although there was a fabulous overall choice, the cooked options weren’t very hot so we felt we had to eat it quickly before it went cold.

We stayed at the VOCO for two nights. Great hotel, modern and spacious. The place was clean and well kept. It was perfectly close to great dining and shopping as well as a nice short 15 minute walk to Belfast Grand Central Station. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed the short visit the room was clean..However the lighting in the bath-room was very dim. Terrible lighting for makeup same was true for all mirrors. Front desk personal were knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant was was enjoyable with great staff. Thanks
