Hotel location was convenient, Rooms were ok ( not sure if they are 4 star quality), odd arrangements with the toilets, WC is separate with no sink to wash hands. Toiletries are in bottles & stuck to the wall ! They take a hefty deposit for the minibar, which is very basic & not worth the deposit they demand. Only one lift works and at peak times its a battle to get to the room. Had one coffee from their restaurant, which was charged at 9 euro!

The property was ok. It is not a four star hotel. The property was small, the bar and lobby were small. The room was very small. There were ants and gnats in the room. The property was outdated. The staff were kind and helpful. It’s ok for a short stay. I would not stay again.

All good we were given a bottle of champagne for a birthday very unexpected staff all professional and helpful one small negative comment would be about the bar there was nothing to indicate when it was open excellent wine list however limited to wine or beer in afternoon and we had to go to hotel next door for a different alcohol drink

Changed rooms as the first room was not ready due to a broken bed, second two rooms air conditioning never worked, hot rooms with the windows open to ventilate and then kept awake by traffic noise. The cleaners said they turn off the air con during the winter and spring, do not stay here if you want a cool room.

This is a people hotel, it has great employees at every turn. It is walkable to most everything. Even things an hour away. Shopping, dining and sights are abound. The Arc is the nearest thing to see. a small grocery store is just down the road. Hotel is on a one-way street. Dont miss Dragons Elysees just two doors away. You must eat dinner with the Coi. The hotel is becoming dated and there are all the usual European things to be aware of. If your not a European please see You tube for advice on being a polite Paris traveler. No one is rude here it is a reverse perspective of not having patient in a foreign country or being aware or norms. They do speak French and English but mostly Francais, so learn a little. Money changers are nearby as hotel offers no exchange service. Tv offers both English and French channels. Breakfast buffet is the best and you should always include with the room. If you need something just let the hotel know. In house laundry offered but at a significant price. A mini bar was offered in my room but no bottled water. I did find Tap water was safe and of no issue to drink here in Paris. Mini bar fridge has some space for a few items to refrig of your own. Mini bar prices are significant so see the grocery store straight down street on left. Front overlook deck dining was not open when I was here but is mostly good for 2 to 4 seated when open, overlooks the street from above. Nightclub and many restaurants next door. Zara and others across street.

The rooms we reserved can hear the noise of renovations during the whole afternoon after we checked in at 3:00 pm. The half length plexiglass shower shield is useless as water splashed out pretty badly after shower. My kids complained that their clothes which were placed on the countertop were wet as well since there is no plexiglass covering the end of the tub. Also, there is no USB charging stations, and there are only 1 or 2 sockets you can use to recharge your phones / electronics. They are not located for convenient usage. I called the house keeping for some towels and it took them over 3 minutes to pick up the phone.

Unfortunately, when I arrived, I asked them about the air conditioning. They said that it would work tomorrow. My stay was for 3 nights, and the air conditioning did not work during that time. Large room, nice design with inner bedroom behind wall closets for more privacy from deliveries. Balcony was huge and very nice. Friendly service and English TV stations available. Room service was also very nice. Very comfortable bed and daily cleaning without have to request it!

Location was very convenient and the staff was excellent. We had 4 of us and booked at the same time. Our other party's room was very nice, larger and had a huge outdoor patio overlooking the street. Our room for the same price overlooked an interior area with grass, was smaller and had no view. When we saw it we tried to get moved but nothing was available. he other issue was late at night there is a club a few doors down and the music was so loud after midnights\ we had to call the staff. Otherwise it was a very nice property.

The hotel is very conveniently situated and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large for Europe and comfortable. The bathroom was very large with a very nice tub. It also had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. This always sounds nice but we didn't get to use it. The furnishings are a bit dated. The TV is kind of small and the cable connection had a lot of interference.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We felt so welcome. Our room was perfect and had a quite balcony. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. Room service was fast and very delicious. The location is perfect. We'll absolutely staff here again and recommend to our friends.

The staff is friendly on the human level (one of us who had birthday got a bottle of sparkling wine eg.), but when it comes to the duties, everything goes not so well. The calculations for price for the rooms were done incorrently (we choose to pay cash initially). We are supposed to get a refund now, but it's been more then a month since we checked out (not without an issue), and we are still waiting, although when it came to charding cards, it has been done in 30 mins from another country. The communication with the hotel is poor, almost all of the mails remain unanswered. The communication betweem the reception shifts is absent, being informed once, the rest doesn't know that there is only one person who pays the whole party. The whole trip in the internal paperwork has been signed to a 7yo guest. What's also important that the hotel finds itself above a night club, so those guests who have their windows facing the yard will have hard time sleeping.

We stayed for 3 nights, customer service is terrible the lady at the reception couldn’t even smile. I must say the concierge was the best person to deal with. Ordering something to drink at the bar was a challenge as we had to wait 30 minutes and ask around if there is anyone available to serve us.The location is good and interparking next to the hotel was very convenient and safe to park in. Luckily, the air condition was working fine in our room but few people had problems in their rooms. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again and I’d recommend for the staff to get a proper training on how to deal with customers.

Luckily, the air condition was working fine in our room but few people had problems in their rooms. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again and I’d recommend for the staff to get a proper training on how to deal with customers.

Great location - cabs always available at the front door and Uber pick up well within 2 minutes. Good restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and right in the heart of the shopping area! The Warwick paris has outstanding staff service and maintain a high level of cleanliness. The hotel is in a prime location being that it’s almost directly on champs-eléesys and a very short walk to the George V metro station where you can easily get around to most places in Paris. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The only thing I would mention is some parts of the room were a bit dated but this is not a big deal in my opinion.

We absolutely loved our stay at Warwick in Paris. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and well serviced. The breakfast each morning was well attended to, with a constant flow of a variety of delicious food. I have to say that the Head of Concierge, Christophe Chevalley, was such an incredible help during our stay. He took the time to help us find, plan, and organize fun adventures, as well as making the most remarkable restaurant suggestions. He was kind, friendly, and so informative regarding all thing’s cultural in Paris and surrounding areas. We can’t wait to visit Paris again and book Warwick due in large part to Christophe. Big merci beaucoup to Warwick for making our vacation out of this world.

The hotel was great and very nice and very clean, great location and staff were very friendly annd welcoming all but one lady at the reception counter. I arrived just before check in time and a male staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming but when I simply asked if it was ok to go to the room as I had my two children with me, the other staff member next to him, who wasnt even serving me was talking in French, was very rude and angry. So much so that the male staff was apologetic and upgraded my family and I.

The hotel was just right, friendly safe and convenient rooms, and the location is just amazing in the middle of the Champs Elysee and easily accessible from George V and CDG Etoile metro stations. You can shop and eat in any direction you go and Arc De Triumphe is few hundred meters away and if you don’t mind some walking you can easily reach the Eiffel Tower. Good value for money and great location and family friendly too!

Excellent Hotel with attentive Staff and in a great location. 30 min walk to Louvre in one direction and Eiffel Tower in another. Lots of Cafe/Bar/Restaurants within 1-10 min walk. And of course great shopping on the Champs Elysees near to the Arc de Triomphe.

Warwick was located centrally on the Champs Elysee Main Street with lots of big brand stores and restaurants. Best place to stay when in Paris. Nice clean hotel with amazing breakfast. Loved it !

Muito bem localizado! Os quartos são amplos. Estávamos em familia. Fica uns 18 min de caminhada para torre eiffel, 3 min do arco do triunfo, e na esquina da champs. Custo benefício vale a pena.

Hotel location was convenient, Rooms were ok ( not sure if they are 4 star quality), odd arrangements with the toilets, WC is separate with no sink to wash hands. Toiletries are in bottles & stuck to the wall ! They take a hefty deposit for the minibar, which is very basic & not worth the deposit they demand. Only one lift works and at peak times its a battle to get to the room. Had one coffee from their restaurant, which was charged at 9 euro!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We felt so welcome. Our room was perfect and had a quite balcony. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. Room service was fast and very delicious. The location is perfect. We'll absolutely staff here again and recommend to our friends.

I was expecting better, as I have stayed at Warwick properties before. The staff seemed non-plussed to have us there. While we did arrive early in the day and our room was ready, when we got to the room, the deadbolt was exceptionally difficult to lock because of damage to the door frame. When we came back after our day, we simply wanted to order some food from the in-room-dining menu. We were told that they were “out of hamburgers” after they came up to the room as the phone was not working for incoming calls to the room. Other items were also not available, and we were left with a choice of a chicken wrap, which my wife had, and a club sandwich, which I opted for. The food arrived and was ok, certainly nothing to write home about. I awoke around 2 in the morning with what could only have been food poisoning from my meal, and ended up having a wasted day in the room trying to recover, causing us to miss our booked tour of the Eiffel Tower. When we checked out, the staff again seemed to have little interest in much other than collecting the charges to the room. I could have mentioned these things at the time, but as we already felt like an inconvenience to the staff, we chose to simply go on our way. Will not be staying here again or recommending this property to any friends or family.
