Een mooi verzorgd hotel met aardig personeel bij de receptie. Locatie is top; midden in het hart van Parijs. De drukte van de straat is tijdens het slapen niet te horen. Om de hoek is een ondergrondse parkeergarage waar je makkelijk en veilig de auto kan parkeren.

The staff couldnt have been nicer or more helpful Pretty much every landmark is within walking distance The hotel is very well kept and clean The only negative is that the bar isnt open sunday or monday which is a shame but woul highly recommend a stay here.

Wunderbar gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe der Opéra Garnier, auf der Rückseite von La Madeleine , in einem alten, stilvollen Gebäude , restauriert und dezent modernisiert vom belgischer Designer Flamant. Das Haus hat Flair, Styl und wird professionell und freundlich geführt. Auch die kleine, gemütliche Hotel- Bar soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Eine so stimmungsvolle Adresse ist sonst schwer für diesen Preis in Paris zu finden.

Location parfaite. Parking à deux pas. Formalités check in/out rapides et efficaces. Personnel très accueillant. Jolie chambre à la décoration soignée et raffinée. Linge de toilette de qualité. Chambre donnant sur cour intérieure et donc au calme. Je recommande vivement.

Симпатичный вроде бы отель, с красивым интерьером, прекрасно расположен, большие номера и вполне приличного размера ванные комнаты. Но грязно - полотенца с неотстиранными пятнами, пакетик и ватными дисками и ушными палочками надорванный, как будто им уже кто-то пользовался и в целом какое-то ощущение несвежести. И обслуживание странное: попросила тихий номер, дали на первом этаже прямо над дорогой, где уже в 5 утра возили мусорные контейнеры. Ресторан тоже не работал. Сказали, что в номере есть кофемашина, но ее там не оказалось - только чайник и пара тоже не очень хорошо помытых чашек. Не вернусь и не рекомендую.

Uitstekend verblijf. Metrostation, bushalte, winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Ideale ligging. Mooie wijk waar het hotel zit. Voelden ons veilig. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Kamer was schoon, heerlijke bed en douche. Enige minpunt was dat het op de kamer nogal gehorig was. Ik hoorde de wekker afgaan bij de buren en dichtslaande deuren waren luid te horen evenals de gasten en/of het personeel op de gang.

This was my third stay overall. The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the room (Deluxe Room) is showing its age and is in need of renovation (and it's no better than the Superior Rooms I had booked in the past). The walls and the floor show signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the bathroom is unsatisfactory – the shower squeaks, the lighting is poor and therefore absolutely unsuitable for applying makeup, and the bathroom mirror is small and only suitable for people taller than 1.75 meters. Also, the housekeeping service forgot a small item every day (one day it was toilet paper, then soap, then water), which isn't a big deal in itself, but it also shouldn't happen daily.

Nice little hotel, modern and charming. Very friendly reception staff. Easy to access public transport to all the major sites in Paris. Clean rooms, complimentary bottle of water each day. No iron in the room but we were able to get one on request, and kept for our stay.

Smart and comfortable hotel in a good location. Our room was at the top of the hotel and it was perfectly nice -Keith two windows ( we could see the Eiffel Tower) comfy bed and lovely bathroom. We walked everywhere from here - 40 mins to the Eiffel Tower and about 30 mins to the Louvre, only 10 mins to Galleries Lafayettes. We also bought a Batobus day pass and used the Concorde stop (about 15 mins away) to go up and down the Seine.

Hôtel 4* , situation excellente, métro à 100m (ligne directe Gare de Lyon 3 arrêts), personnel aimable, belle chambre mais...il n'y a pas de chauffage (mois de décembre) ! Deuxieme chambre idem. Problème technique ou choix économique de l'hôtelier ? Nous n'étions pas les seuls dans cette situation. C'est regrettable car c'est un hôtel que j'aurais recommandé.

The staff was warm and welcoming and the room was clean. The AC was broken during the first 2 days of our stay during a heat wave so the heat was a bit unbearable although the staff gave us a fan to help with that.

We had the “suite” on the top floor. It was under the roof which means that the ceiling comes down to about 4 feet on parts of the room. Staff and breakfast and location was very good.

We were very impressed with our stay here. We had a queen room . The bed was very comfortable , it was a good size and we had everything we needed. A good sized walk in shower with clean towels everyday. Free bathrobes and slippers came in very handy. The breakfast offered a good choice and all the staff were very accommodating. The metro was on our doorstep and you could walk to all momuments if you desired in less than 40 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice boutique hotel that's very close to Le Madeleine Plaza. Walkable to shopping! Hausmann Blvd, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps - everything! Walkable to the Louvre. Staff are great, especially their concierge Roman, who helped us with a "passport" predicament. He went above and beyond service! Our room was big and spacious, and quiet. Beds were nice and comfortble. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing experience. I want to especially thank Roman. He went over and beyond to put together a birthday surprise for my hubby. The staff was very nice and hotel is quite central and close to everything, restaurants and shopping.I loved my stay at this hotel.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. We had a housekeeper enter our room without knocking on the door or announcing themselves. The front staff admitted the wrongdoing and said that they "assumed" no one was in the room because of a shopping bag delivery. When we confronted the manager, he completely denied everything and was very rude and unprofessional.

Staff wasn’t helpful. Made us wait an entire day to get a very simple problem sorted out. Really disappointed and not worth the money they charged for each room. Best Western just behind this hotel was so much more helpful, courteous with better room rates.

I had a perfect stay at the hotel – very clean, beautifully decorated, with a wonderful bed and excellent service. The location is one of the best. The only downside was the rather poor breakfast. Advice to work on that.
