My daughter and I had the best sleep ever whilst staying at the Hotel Louison such comfortable mattress. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel offered free all day tea and coffee which was a definite plus.

the hotel is delightful. small, well appointed. nice touches--water, tea in the lobby; wine/snacks at 6pm. room was decently sized. best lighting EVER in a hotel room! staff is friendly, welcoming. lots of umbrellas available for a rainy day. breakfast is served but i didnt have any. location is perfect. straddling st germain and montparnasse, there are so many places to eat and a zillion cafes and movie theaters and the metro station has 4 lines so gets you just about anywhere!! highly recommend.

Stayed in the 3-person room which worked for my husband daughter and I. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. We also enjoyed the reception each evening in the hotel with small appetizers and drinks. We met other people there and shared our experiences.

We booked the apartment attached to hotel as it accommodated myself, my husband and our teenage son. The location was very good, in a safe neighborhood. What was disappointing was the shower drain. We complained twice so that hopefully we wouldn’t be standing in dirty water. We were promised twice they would fix drain, but never did. For such an expensive hotel, and the fact that we could hear every upstairs footstep, I would not recommend staying here.

Pros: Hotel is very clean. Staff are exceptional. Housekeeping was outstanding. Felt safe. Nice neighborhood. Close to buses and metro. Cons: Rooms are very small. There was a sewer smell from the shower but we didn’t bring this to the staff. We literally just showered and slept so for that, it was everything we needed.

Extremely friendly staff. In fact in 40 years of travelling, have not come across such friendly and helpful people. Lovely boutique hotel. Hôtel very convenient for travelling around town using Montparnasse Bienvenue and Varoc Metros. Breakfast very nice indeed. Very clean hotel and asked for quiet room on 6th floor.

The location was great but the room pictures that were in the website when booking the stay and the social media when the research was done were not equivalent to the room we stayed. The room was old, dusty, with a smell and thebathroomn was not in optimal condition.

Location was great for restaurants and metro. The standard room is very small, but the upgraded room was a good size for two. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good except for one thing… the scrambled eggs are terrible…not sure if they use powdered eggs.

Pros: Very conveniently located near several cafes, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. Very quick bus or train ride (10-15 mins) to common tourist destinations, such as Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, museums, Seine, Arc, etc. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was included in our reservation, in their charming breakfast lounge. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cons: Beds are very hard and walls are very thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Though we stayed on the 5th floor, we could feel the underground train rumble under the hotel every few minutes. If you like very firm beds and are a very heavy sleeper, it might work for you. The hotel also requires all guests to leave their room key with the reception each time they leave the premises and collect their key when they return - very odd policy.

Hotel great, staff friendly, nicely decorated drinks in the evening was a perfect touch. Close to Metro stations and bus stops! Great value for money - would stay again! My only one recommendation would be to take earplugs if you are light sleeper as we could here the metro while in the room.

This is a very nice hotel at a superb location, you are very close to train station and it is easy to go from the airport with RER and Metro. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel since you got plenty of nice places to have breakfast near by, but we enjoyed the aperitif in the evening and that was I good way to start a night out. The only thing that was a bit on the downside was the very hard bed and a bit to high pillow, but that is a minor problem when everything else is good

Amazing property. Well located in downtown Montparnasse area. Most attractions were within a 30 minute walk. Great room and amazing service. Delicious breakfast offered every morning. The staff were super friendly. Dealt mostly with Romain he was excellent and helped with whatever I needed be it reservations, taxis or suggestions on where to go. When I go back to Paris I will definitely stay here again!

The staff were very accommodating, the location is central - three metro stations in a very short walk, close to Gare Montparnasse where our train arrived. It is an oasis of calm from the general pace outside. The room was lovely, the decor is very interesting with a lot of light, different wall papers, and lovely furniture.

Nice hotel and not too far from main points so still walkable. Very small rooms but that’s common in Paris. Young man at the front really helped us get a cab for the airport so thank you to him for finding and calling the cab to confirm. Was a bit stressful and he really helped us.

Overall - a wonderful hotel and a great stay. Pros: lots of character and charm with the modern comforts (updated usb-a outlets, a/c). Breakfast was tasty and traditional for Paris with home baked pastries, cheese and meat platter, eggs, fresh juice and the coffee machine was great. The welcome gift was champagne and macaroons. A very nice touch. We stayed in the suite so the bathroom was deluxe with a soaker tub. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was superior. Cons (minor and would not prevent me from staying here in the future). 1. The housekeeping wasn’t detailed enough. For example, I drank the peppermint tea one night and it wasn’t replaced. The face towels I used were not replaced or taken away. The cleaner took the reusable Starbucks cup out of my sleeve and threw it away and when I shared it with the staff they apologized but didn’t seem to care (not enough to replace it which would have been an excellent touch. Again - I’m just comparing to the housekeeping service I’ve had all over the world and for a room that cost over $950 Canadian per night, I would expect next level detail. Another suggestion for this hotel and all hotels is to put more hooks in the bathroom and foyer so we have somewhere to hang wet towels and sweaters. Despite the minor housekeeping details I would absolutely stay again. The location was perfect for us too.

Un passage par l'hôtel Louison où nous avons déjà séjourné avec ma femme. Nous avons à nouveau apprécié la qualité du séjour, l'accueil par le personnel, la chambre et enfin le petit déjeuner servi dans une petite salle cosy servi par du personnel discret, mais disponible avec un petit déjeuner au top avec une multitude de produits. Le cake Pistache, amandes, le banana bread et le cake au citron valent le détour. Tant sucré que sale avec ou sans gluten ce petit déjeuner est un pur moment de détente avant une découverte de Paris. Et cela est capital Paris capital (e) un peu d'humour 😁😁 Merci pour ce moment
