The property was beautiful and had a high floor room looking at the Eiffel Tower which was amazing. The Window Bar was also a great experience, but was a little high priced for the food and drinks. The Club Room breakfast could have been better as the eggs, waffles, etc were cold. But overall it was great hotel and walkable distance to some of the great areas of Paris.

Great customer service. Breakfast quality and service is really 5 star. The Otis Elevator’s display touch screen which assigns the elevator for the callers wasn’t working properly and I believe it’s meant to be for energy saving however the screen sensitivity or setup wasn’t working properly and needs to be fixed or replaced.

Typical business hotel in a very convenient location. The metro was a 6 minute walk and the hotel is located next to a mall with dinning and shopping. There is no on site parking and the parking structure that they recommend is 46€ a day which is quite expensive. The Windo bar was my favorite feature of this hotel. You have a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower especially at night when it is lit up. Drinks are priced average for Paris and service was excellent. Would stay here again.

J'ai été très déçu par la prestation étant donné le standing de l'hôtel. Une douche bouchée (mais le problème ne semblait pas nouveau), un sol de douche poisseux, des joints sales, une boîte de mouchoirs vide (alors que 10 mouchoirs étaient utilisées pour faire une belle présentation mais qui gâchent une dizaine de mouchoirs)... La literie était néanmoins confortable et le petit-déjeuner d'une belle qualité (très varié, sucré, salé).

This hotel was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located near everything we wanted to see. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The area offered so much to do, and we even walked to the Arc de Triomphe. Best of all, every one of our rooms had a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were good and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no USB ports, and only a couple of electrical outlets. The shower was in a tub with a high side to step into, was slick, and did not have any hand holds. The lighting in the bathroom was poor when trying to shave or put on makeup.

The staff were excellent during our stay and we really appreciated their assistance on our last day when we needed to check out long before our flight. Though the rooms are small, their design is highly efficient. This wouldn’t be a great room if you needed to work in the space, but great if you’re visiting Paris! The views from the hotel are amazing!

Arthur was very kind during check-in. Booking two nights through different sites was quite messy, but he did his best to resolve the issue, allowing us to stay in the same room. Slav at the club room was also very kind and always had a smile on his face. He is one of the reasons to visit the Hyatt Regency Étoile again.

The room was in good condition. The staff was courteous. However, my husband and I did arrive early from another country. While we do understand rules apply to early check-in, both of us are Hyatt members. Two guests who checked in at the same time as we did were told their rooms were ready, while we were told there were no rooms available for us. Then, when my husband inquired, we were told we would have to pay $60 for early check-in, which meant there were rooms available. As a courtesy, it would have been nice not to have to sit for 4 hours to wait for our room to be ready. If this is a new way to tell people to check in earlier by charging them a fee, we need to be clear. As I stated, we are both Hyatt members, and we were also told that we have a standard room, which is why we could not check in early. A room is a room. We are very disappointed with this process. Other than this check-in issue, we were satisfied.

I will never be able to say enough positive things about the level of service and the kindness of the staff here. They helped me get a reservation at a sought after restaurant (dealing with my English tongue and all my questions), the moment we got out of our Uber the doorman took our bags and didn't let us touch them (in a nice way), the front desk Eastern European girl was extremely kind and professional and was able to accommodate an early check in. We were able to shower, change and get off our feet after a 6 hour red eye flight, preparing us for the day ahead. We didn't expect early check in and prepared to only leave our bags but this was an amazing surprise. The hotel was clean and modern. Upon entry in the room, we noticed the attention to detail and cleanliness of the room (shout out to the amazing cleaners). The real show stopper was of course the view. Highly recommend paying extra for the view, nothing like waking up and going to bed with the Eiffel Tower. With a few conferences in the hotel the lobby did get quite busy at times. We didn't spend much time in the lobby so it wasn't a big deal to us as we just tried to walk around the groups. Nights rest was quiet and peaceful. If you're looking for a more "american" hotel that's larger this is the one. Very close to the main line metro and kind to tourists. Bonus: there's a little cafe just north east (2min walk) that's perfect for a fresh croissant to start your day. 12/10 would definitely come back here!

You will receive a welcome gift when you are on the check in line- Evian water and spray. It was pretty good to have such a welcome gift at the hotel. Clean and safe. There was a construction in front of the main entrance of the building, no curbside service for pick up or drop off, we have to walk from the Conner of the hotel in we’re the taxi drop off with all of the luggage with no help offered, also we weren’t told in advance about this so it took us as surprise.

Very pleasant experience at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile. Friendly and bilingual staff. Several outlet options in the room. Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and close to a metro. There is a great dinner menu at the Mayo Restaurant and the breakfast was also great. This hotel also backs into a shopping center where they have money exchange service. When it rained, the hotel offered umbrellas for their guests. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful. There is not much drawer space for clothes. Most of the staff was very good at their jobs. The evening staff at the Mayo Cafe was terrible. They don't understand what acceptable service is. On a recent evening my friends and I were laughing out loud at how almost non-existent the service was. And that was after complaining to the manager on duty.
