The hotel is located well for using the Metro systems for travel. It has old world details but is modernized-the elevators stand out as an exception. The breakfast is wonderful with many options. There are common areas where families can relax after a long day to enjoy board games. The concierge was excellent at helping with transportation and other arrangements. Ask him to reserve transport to the airport in advance. Be aware that many large tour groups stay at this hotel. Be prepared to guard your breakfast room seat and grab a cab looking around a row of large tour buses.

I specifically booked a junior suite as I had a number of business meetings to do by video conference and needed the extra room. During business hours there was constant jackhammering and pounding apparently because of renovations. It was unacceptable. If I had been told of this when I booked by room I would have found another place to stay. When I called the front desk to see what was going on they told me there were ongoing renovations in the adjacent building and that there was nothing that could be done. Poor customer service to say the least.

We were given a handicap room modified for a person in a wheelchair with no seating area as in the picture when we order the room. Mr. Sharif was extremely courteous and got us a better room but not until after six days of our 10 day stay. Food at the restaurant was very disappointing. I would read this hotel a three star hotel.

年末に4泊利用させて頂きました。バスタブ付きでゆっくり疲れを取ることが出来ました。夜中に部屋の温度を少しあげようとエアコンのコントールパネルのボタンを押したら変な数字が出たり点滅したりして、パニックになりました。夜中1時半頃でした。フロントに電話したらエアコンが故障したと思ったらしく、技術者は明日の朝しか来ないでの、毛布を持って行くからそれで朝まで過ごして下さいと言われました。エアコンのコントールパネルの操作の仕方をただ説明して欲しかったのですが…😅 時間が経つと、また正常運転に切り替わっていました。日本の感覚で温度をいじらない方がいいと感じました。 8階の食事をとるスペースはとても快適でした。食事も美味しくてスタッフもフレンドリーでした。とても快適なホテルだと思います。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

This property can’t possibly be a Marriott Hotel! Not possibly a four star hotel. Due to the issue of scalding and freezing fluctuating temperature of the shower we were moved to a different room, that’s where we noticed a message in the bathroom that stated that that issue was an ongoing problem throughout the hotel and when we complained they did not mention this. The second room had a sagging bed and a toilet room which was so small it was impossible to close the door. We were again moved to a different room which had a screeching sound anytime the bathroom door was opened or closed. We asked for the door to be fixed, we’re ignored until I had to go to the lobby and refused to accept that they would fix it the next day. The solution given was to keep the door open by way of cramming it shut with a stack of cardboard. They finally fixed the problem on the last day of the six day stay. We had two rooms the second one smelled like sewage only that my daughter who was staying there did not mention it until we checked out. She went to the gym and it was old and without air conditioning, one of the machines was out of order so there was only a treadmill and a few free weights. We wasted a lot of time changing rooms instead of sightseeing! The only good thing is the location!

A plus de 400 € la nuit je m'attendais à une expérience irréprochable. Ce n'est pas le cas. Ayant réservé et payé 3 nuits je n'ai pas pu être remboursé ni avoir un avoir pour la dernière nuit que je ne pouvais pas faire malgré ma demande. Dommage, la relation client bascule en mode "Pigeon". Tu as payé, tu préviens que tu ne fais pas la 3eme nuit et zéro flexibilité alors que l'hotel est plein. La chambre a donc été probablement vendue 2 fois. Bref c'était mon dernier séjour dans cet chaine d'hôtel. Je signale aussi qu'il ne faut pas regarder les tapis de la chambre de trop prêt car vous y trouverez comme moi des cheveux, preuve que le ménage n'est pas non plus à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel.

Excellent and clean hotel in a very centric area. Lots to do. staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, quiet. You are just a 20 min walk to the Louvre, St Germaine, and Montparnasse. Truly a great location.

10年ぶりにデラックスルームに2泊、間をおいて3拍しました。オペラ近くでどこにいくのにも便利です。マリオットホテルに変わりリノペーショウがされてホテル全体、部屋も綺麗になりグレードが上がった感じがしました。スタッフの対応も親切でした。部屋はパリにしては清潔でかなり広い方かと思います。ただし、防音対応は不十分で隣の部屋の会話や廊下の騒音が夜中に聞こえたのは残念でした。朝食はオムレツや目玉焼きを作ってくれます。ビュッフェスタイルで品数も多く満足でした。また、利用したいと思います。

When we checked in, our room was extremely hot, the A/C was not working right. We complaint and they moved us to another one. The second room's temp. was 25C; still warm, but at least It was tolerable. Definitely not to the standards you expect from a Marriott hotel.

エグゼクティブルームを利用致しました。ベッドルームに入るドアがきちんと閉まりません、枠に金具が無く穴を掘っているだけでしたので、力を込めて閉める感じですが、、深夜エアコン等の風圧で開いてしまいます。フロントにお部屋を変えて欲しいと伝えましたが、満室で変える事は出来ないとの事、結局ドアが閉まらない部屋に３泊致しました。又19時頃一人で部屋に居る時、ノックの後カードキーで多分マッサージの方かと思いますが知らない方が勝手に入室して来ました。安全性を考えても最低です。何から何までこのランクのホテルにしては最低でした。パリ滞在ではこちらは二度と利用しないと思います。
