The hotel experience we had was quite poor, much worse than I would expect for a 4 star. The room we got on the 3rd floor was completely run down and falling apart and not properly cleaned (food on the ground, stains on the walls, dust on furniature) we refused to stay in the room as we had already waited 3 hours for it "to be cleaned". We were given a new room on the 6th floor which was better, however the small toiletries were used already which is odd for a "new room" We went to the gym, which is nothing like that pictured on the website, and much worse. We typically work out daily thus the gym is important, and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. When we inquired about it, they said they "just moved the gym 2 days ago due to COVID" which is odd given it is over 2 years into the pandemic and there was customized art on the wall, signs installed, etc. There were issues with cleaning staff as well, one day they took all the toiletries and towels and didn't replenish them, they toiletries wren't even empty at that point. Another day we left at 8am and returned at 5pm and still the room had not been cleaned. To top it off, when we made complaints, one of the managers made comments which made it sound like he thought we just wanted upgrades and free things. All we wanted was the room and gym from the pictures on the site, which they did not deliver. One of the other manages did leave a token in the room ofter the first few days which was appreciated

Le premier jour, il y avait beaucoup de bruit de chantier, alors quand je me suis plaint, ils m'ont transféré dans une chambre plus calme au 7ème étage. J'aimerais avoir une chambre calme au 7ème étage dès le début. Lors de mon départ, il y avait une différence avec le prix que j'avais réservé, alors je me suis plaint et ils m'ont accordé une petite réduction. Le personnel était gentil, mais ces problèmes auraient pu être résolus dès le début. Je veux que vous fassiez attention à ne pas causer de problèmes. J'aimerais y retourner l'année prochaine.

Yes and no, three days in a row had to ask for towels and water, and when I went to the front desk the person made excuses. Room seemed cold, and when you followed the instructions to raise the temp by 3* it did nothing. Allowed were not advices that the hotel had construction going on until a few days before arrival, and could not cancel at that time. Also when calling the # to get assistance for transportation it did not go thru. But when we got assistance from Viking tours we spoke to a person who said they were with the hotel, they could not transfer me to a person who could and gave me the same number Oi was on to call back. Then it would not go thru once again. However the staff at the Concierge desk once we got there were very informative and helpful with out side assistance

Front desk staffs and concierge were very nice, but the clean crews are horrible. Bathroom’s ceiling was full of dripping yellow spots. Took them 2 days to clean up after complaints and complaints. They cleaned the room only when they want to at their convenience time. Otherwise they would not bother to clean my room. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in Europe. Hair dryer was sticky and dirty. They have a serious problem with the cleaning crews.

It's my third week in France, Le Meridien claimed that the temperatures in the rooms should be maximum 19 Deg Cels. Our was constantly 16-18. We protested several times. The management said they are booked out, sent several technicians, without any success. We were not offered any room change, upgrade or even a small heater (Paula from reception tried to help us immensely though). In short we stayed 4 nights sleeping with our ski base layers and mid-layers barely risking showers. My daughter's room was very warm though (thank God). So, the "law" didn't apply there. In both other hotels I stayed the temperature was both adjustable to human conditions. It was horrible at Le Meridien. Ruined our full Paris experience. Were glad we did not get sick. Moreover the bathtub had holes in it, the sink was clogged. Breakfast was at most mediocre. This hotel is a shame to Le Meridien brand. In the past I had a very positive image of this brand, from now on I will not go near it. I also recommend you the same.

Hotel had an excellent location . Rooms aren’t big but they are ok if you don’t take in consideration the fact that toilet had a separate door, what is good , but there is no water to wash your hand , so after use of toilet you go out open two doors to enter in the bathroom and wash your hands. Every morning staff is knocking on the door before 0900 if they could do a service , not pleasant at all!!! Hotel is clean , no issues about that and breakfast is pleasant.

Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. The only negative was the check in. Very slow and the person wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Didn’t offer us a map or anything. Other than that it was great. There are a ton of places to eat all around, a couple of small grocers, close to the metro. The concierge was very helpful.

It is super convenient to hop on the subway to go around the city. Walking distance to Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysees. Staffs are super helpful and courteous. Lots of small restaurant's selections also offered lots of variation of delicious food at very reasonable prices.

La chambre a été au top mais est vieillissante. Ça peut se comprendre. En revanche que le personnel (en l’occurrence Manon de la réception) soit incorrect et se moque de vos remarques lorsque vous demandez à 18H et pour la 4eme fois de la journée d’avoir un 2ème jeu de serviettes pour votre épouse qui du coup est déjà arrivée, c’est intolérable pour un établissement qui prétend à un certain standing! Le restaurant LM est calamiteux : on nous y a servi des plats à peine décongelés, tièdes en général et encore froids par endroits. En revanche petit déjeuner est top!

Quel dommage qu'un hôtel si réputé ne prévoit pas un petit déjeuner en chambre digne de sa qualité. 18€ en plus des frais du PDJ pour un sac en kraft avec un petit café, un jus d'orange, 3 viennoiseries et 1 yaourt .. il est préférable d'aller au Mc Do ! 5 personnes pour avoir un renseignement. Heureusement que le lit est confortable et en face du Palais des congrès !
