We booked the family double room, it had double bed and double sofa bed so very comfortable for our family of 4. The room was neat, clean, spacious, very comfortable and enough wardrobe space for us to organise our stuff. We had breakfast included in room rate which was good breakfast. Reception staff and cleaning staff very polite and always helpful. There is water dispenser downstairs to fill up water bottles. Metro station is at the doorstep. Some restaurants nearby and also supermarket nearby. Overall very good hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Quarto confortável, completo, com metro perto, porém o hotel é longe de tudo e o metro em Paris é bem cheio. Tem que ter preparo para turistar. 1. Varanda com vista direto para um telhado do hotel onde estavam armazenados varios dutos de ar. Bem bagunçado e acabou com a vista. 2. Barulho de manutenção desde cedo atrapalhando as férias 3. Para chegar no quarto precisei pegar 2 elevadores diferentes, um do loby para o mezanino e outro para o quarto e não foi oferecida ajuda para levar as malas.

Lovely trip to Paris, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that if you do drive and park at the hotel that it is not recommended for large cars. We had a large SUV and the entrance to the car park is small and it gets smaller as you descend. You then get on a car lift which was terrifying as the car barely fit and we couldn’t have escaped out the doors or sun roof if we’d had any issues. It was both low and narrow and quite worrying. Other than that, the hotel was very pleasant and breakfast good value.

Newly renovated place. Very convenient if you plan to travel by public transport. Free luggage holding is available. Walking distance to a good Indian restaurant called Mumbai Lounge.

Disappointed with condition. Reception looked good but on the floor there was always stinking smell . Housekeeping was not good ,staff did not clean the room well. It’s winter time so heating had to kept on but became so hot we were not able to sleep and we had open Windows, regulator did not work.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel était parfait. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très gentilles et toujours souriantes. La chambre est très propre, et les équipements sont en très bon état. Overall, the hotel is nice and has everything you need. The daily breakfast is terrific! My only complaint is that the overhead lights weren't working in our room and the shower head didn't work... It was clean, and in general, well maintained. But these issues should be corrected.

Hotel um pouco longe da região central de Paris, mas com uma estação de metrô na porta do hotel, além do tran. Embora esteja acostumada a andar de transportes públicos na Europa, achei distante. O bairro é tranquilo, com tudo por perto, restaurantes, supermercado etc. Quando chegamos, nosso quarto estava errado, mas o problema logo foi resolvido. Quando fiz a reserva para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, deram a opção de um quarto só para os 4, porem, o quarto so tem local para 3 dormirem, um sofá cama e uma cama de casal queen. Nosso filho menor dormiu com a gente na cama de casal, o que não ficou muito confortável. Mas o quarto e o banheiro sao confortáveis, cama boa, chuveiro ótimo, porem, para 3 pessoas.
