The daily cleaning was done poorly. None of the liquids were filled, the tissue box didnt have any tissues except for one, the sink and floor didnt get cleaned as hair was on the surfaces until our last day, the room was too small and the construction site right in front of us was not pleasant.

First time staying at this hotel. Beautiful setting across the street from Parque Mexico in Condesa. From our point of view, the only negative was that there was not a ramp for ingress/egress. However, assistants were always there to lift or carry down my scooter and to help me up or down the 3 steps. The room was clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom (although you had to close the door to use the lavatory). The restaurant was not affiliated with the hotel but the food was excellent and had a great selection of drinks. Lastly, the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating, especially Carla. One last thing I would have to say about this hotel - it seemed to be directed to the younger crowd, which is not a bad thing but we are all in our seventies 😳

Our second time staying at The Rodona. Our first time was 5 stars (August 2025). The hotel has gained quite a bit of popularity and the noise level has increased. We stayed in a “deluxe” room which was 1/4 size of our previous stay for a larger price tag. Only stay in a “deluxe” room if traveling solo. We requested an upgrade from the front desk and told maybe and they would follow up promptly but they never reached out. Our room 205 was directly above the outdoor restaurant. Noise began at 6am (emptying of trash/recycables) & music and continued to 11pm people talking/yelling whom were guests at the bar/restaurant. The location is great. The food at the restaurant was amazing as was the restaurant staff. Won’t stay here next year.
