Good. Only bad thing was hot tub was not working during the entire duration of my stay (4nights) . Tgat was disappointing

Free parking and the hotel is near convention center so we can use tram to go around

Old property. But fast check in. Extrmemely small casino. Literally. But the room was a good size. There’s a separate living room and a small wet bar. Appreciated the small fridge. The front lobby’s lights that wete closed made the look of the place creepy. If not for families waiting for their uber in the front, i’d be scared to go in the lobby. I would advice not to walk around at night. Otherwise, it was a decent place to stay one night.

The hotel was comfy. The only negative was that the pool was closed when we tried to go due to cleaning.

The room was very nice. Heard this place used to be apartments so rooms are big. Had a mini fridge and a couch. The pool was my fav part 3-7ft deep. Also a working got tub and showers in the pool area. I had a good stay

after a 12-hour drive from Colorado, the room was not available for check in. then the room I selected was never available. Pool was down for 2 days being cleaned. Hot tub was never hot. service desk operator was very unprofessional. and with all the issues starting out no discount was ever offered. Bed was comfortable room was clean.

It's a little older, but always clean, good food in the bar, nice staff, reasonably priced, near the airport, we stay there every time we have an early flight out, you just can't beat it. It's a small casino, but we don't gamble, it's perfect for us.

Pool was nice & hot tub was hot.

Floor was unclean- trash still under bed (beer cans dirty sock a charger head and receipts) all within reach if housekeeping bothered to check and complete their job correctly. Plumping sucks- toilet keept getting clogged even without tissue being flushed and on day of check out I left early cause the pipe burst waking me up and was leaking all over the closet! Thank goodness I moved my luggage toward the door the night before. Let me not forget to mention housekeeping continued to wake me prior to the event by bangging on the door to see if I was checking out every 30 mins since 9 am and even attempted to open the door while I was asleep which also woke me! The latch lock was on protecting my privacy, but very uncomfortable situation while traveling as a single woman in Vegas. The trip back home was exhausting do to this unrest

Very clean room and restroom

Dust was blowing out of the air conditioner on the beds. It was all over one bed and was literally caked on the ceiling. 2 inch strands of dust were waving in the air on the ceiling. It was really bad.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was outdated, filthy carpets and furniture, bed was lumpy and I had to check for bed bugs in fear of all the other issues. There was fuzzy mold growing on the bathroom ceilings, and a moldy shower curtain. Broken fixtures throughout, dangerous nails sticking up holding down carpeting. The ONLY CLEAN things in the room were some of the bedding and most of the towels. One towel littetally had blood stains on it. The elevators were disgusting and didn't work properly or safely. Completely terrifing to take, so I had to climb up 3 flights of stairs in over 100 degree heat! The lobby casino was openly attached to the restaurant, so basically I had to endure all the smoking while eating. I chose this hotel because it was close to the convention center. The Renaisance Hotel was actually much closer at only $150 more for 2 nights and was Beautiful! I know where I will be staying next time!

Its outdated, unclean and smell.

The room was clean. I was worried that the room would smell like smoke after booking a non smoking room at a different hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t & did not smell like fragrance either, to mask the smell. Staff was super friendly.

Room was dirty, hair all over counter and bathroom floor. Door to my had damage to the latch and looked like it had been pried open. You could see light through the door gap

Absolutely disgusting! Dead cockroaches on the floor, pubic hair in the toilet seat, tub had water because of shower leak, bed bugs. Door didn’t close all the way because it has been kicked in multiple times. Sheets had bodily fluid stains. ‘Crunchy’ stains on carpets and mattress skirt. Garbage under dressers and bed. Finally agreed to refund after fight. Changed hotels at 2AM! I have pics of everything.

This is an old run down hotel with rooms that are not real clean. The furniture and carpet is dirty and things need to be dusted and sanitized.

We never heard other guests or noises in our room. The restaurant had great burgers, and the staff was accommodating, but we aren’t accustomed to smoking and did not like that aspect. Something that would have made it better would be coffee-makers in rooms or coffee available onsite for guests. The carpet in the room was old and stained, but the rest of the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Comfortable bed

It is easy to park my car in front of my room. The room is large. They don’t have a microwave for using just warm up a little.

Nice customer service and big rooms. Could probably use new beds. Not bad for a really affordable price.

Nice beds 2 counters take up lot of space for no use. Ac making loud noise for a long time until I pull out the air filter and clean it and it works normally no more noise.

I overall enjoyed my stay here. The room was a lot bigger than I suspected it would be and it had a couch and bar area. My main gripe is the Wi-Fi was horrible. Sorry but we are not on the 1990s anymore…there is no excuse for awful Wi-Fi in 2025. I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and never saw Wi-Fi this spotty. But overall the room rates here were a LOT better than you’d get on the Strip. If you did way to visit the Strip, it’s not too far of a walk from the Mardi Gras.

What I liked: Easy access to the convention center and monorail to go to vegas blvd. Airconditioner was working very well. Room was very spacious. Disliked. Internet reliability. Room had an old non smart tv, so we couldn't really use it as the open tv channels weren't interesting enough.

No microwave inside. Furniture is obsolete. But the price is affordable and the area is safe. The most important thing is the wifi signal is super weak and annoying, I have to use my data most of the time. Wifi keeps logging me out

Large rooms and comfortable beds. Quiet and away from the strip. Still can walk to places or use the Monarail. Limited restaurants in the area. Nice pool.

They dont have good reception and it took me a few mins to unlock my credit card and the person at the front desk was upset and huffing and puffing by me having to unlock my card. She was very rude and when i checked out i asked for a receipt and she said they dont give them out? But magically after i said no i needed it i got one. Room was nice people working not at all

Staff professional, helpful, and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is a very easy walk to Las Vegas Convention Center. Pool area was well stocked with towels, clean, and hot tub was perfect temp. I would stay here again.

Front desk staff was awesome. I really appreciated the security keeping the homeless off of the property. I was an elderly woman traveling by myself. Will use this hotel again.

They have someone in the front desk called Ricky , beware , he likes to threaten to kick you out of the hotel , for any minor reason whatsoever, our rooms did not get cleaned for the three nights we were there , apparently asking him to send someone to clean is an offence punishable by being kicked out , and when customer service called him he claims our group was abusive over an answer if my rooms would be cleaned or not , never again and I would make my life’s mission to make sure any other naive and gullible tourist doesn’t go through what we did

Staff (Rhonda, Jeri (sp?) were great and very personable! Room was very spacious and comfortable. You can't beat the very reasonable price. No charge for parking and only a $5+ resort fee. Food was very good and the drinks at Happy Hour (4-6 PM, and 12-2 AM) were half off. We will definitely be staying here again if in the Vegas area!

The only issue I had was when I tried to check in, my debit card wasn’t going through. I asked her 3 times to run it as credit and she had an attitude about it and still didn’t run it as credit. So I stood there for an hour until an older gentleman came out from the back and I explained to him he actually understood what I was saying he within 10 mins I was checked in my room. The property was nice easy walking to things and about 20 min Uber ride to strip. Very nice, the lady behind the desk needs to work on her customer service alittle more.

Check in/out staff was great. Had lunch at the bar, bartender working it was awful. Was speaking to someone with someone as we sat there and. Finally came to take our order and said lets get your order in so I can leave. I asked what they cooked their fries in and with attitude said oil, would have no idea what kind, and I had to stop him & say I understand that, I need to know if it's vegetable, corn, peanut etc. He just turned walked away and then came back and said vegetable. (my daughter is allergic to peanut so we need to be very careful. As we waited you could hear him being very friendly with the male patrons even dropping the F-bomb several times. I get he may have been a regular there but when you are representing your place of employment and there are other non regulars it is NOT a good look Thankfully a nice woman took over and she was very nice. He got my order wrong I asked to not have bread toasted, but meal was really good regardless. So would rate the meal itself a 5 but that male bartender a 1 bad he left a bad first impression. If you happen to get the Lady, you will love her, really sweet. Hotel itself is old needs some updating but if you just need a place to rest your head like we did, it worked out good. Real close to the tram station which also worked out good. If you request a room that faces the street, you will have a partial view of the strip, seeing the sephere.

I stayed two nights at the hotel and they went banging on my door the second day about 12:00 telling me that I needed to check out. I told them I had two nights in this room and they made me go to the front desk in the front desk cleared it all up. They rescanned me some new cards and sent me back to my room.

Great front desk service!

This was a good location for our one night stay in Vegas. It is close to the Sphere and the Strip. Rooms was a good size and the bed was pretty comfortable. This is an older building, but pretty well maintained. Would certainly stay here again in the future, especially with the high prices on the Strip.

Overall good property for a budget. Very low resort fees ($5.67/night) compared to other resorts. Near a Monorail that goes to Vegas Strip.

No dinning within walking distance and the area appears too dark and risky to walk very far

Location is perfect. Rooms were a bit old, but were spacious. Also, plenty of free parking options in the hotel, which is a big plus

The most reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of the sphere and the monorail. It's a bit run down but it was clean and safe. They were very nice and the happy hour was fun. The bed was harder than we like, but the room was huge.

The hotel staff and building was great. Location was right off the strip, but that means you have the just off the strip problems.

Bar and bar staff was fantastic

Overall it was fine. Easy check in. Room was suitable clean enough. Bar service was spotty.

Stayed there as a quick over night with my grandbaby. We tried to eat in the cafe/bar it was terrible. The smoke was burning my eyes as I sat there for 20 minutes unnoticed and ignored. The sign said to seat yourself which I did but no one ever acknowledged us or took our order. We left and had to leave the hotel to find food.

I had breakfast at both the bar and the buffet. I was disappointed both times. The French toast at the bar was raw tasting in the middle. The bacon was good though, but not enough of it for the extra charge. The buffet could have used better quality food. The staff is all excellent. The room was clean, but a little outdated.

Went to the breakfast buffet, it was $11.99 where other hotels offer the same thing for free, the quality of food was sad…..

Great coffee shop with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was well prepared and very good.

Bartender was amazing, front desk staff was super helpful with our room card issues. The food was delicious in the restaurant they have and drink specials were great. Would stay again
