We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location is great for us to avoid staying in Birmingham centre. Friendly staff, quick check in, great food, nice comfy rooms followed by a nice breakfast with great choices.

If your into golf, this is a no brainer!! However we booked as its a 15 mins drive to the NEC, so nice and close and reasonable price. Room was okay and clean, though the mattress was too firm for us! Food could be a lot better, we had dinner in the bar, i had fish and chips which was inedible. The hubs had a burger which was okay. Breakfast on the whole was fine if you like pile it up, though have a cup of tea, the coffee is awful!! It feels like lots of corners have been cut at the expense of any quality. When you look more closely the whole place looks a bit tired and rough around the edges.

Great people everywhere you turn. The staff were great and couldn’t be more helpful. The property was clean and of a decent standard although the decor in a few areas could do with a little updating.
