En general es un buen hospedaje, con atención del personal atenta y amable, está muy limpio, un plus que tenga servicio de estacionamiento a un precio accesible, lo único que podría tener como área de oportunidad en mi experiencia personal es que falta una cobija extra ya que pasamos frío en la madrugada uno o dos días, todo lo demás muy bien! My stay was great, although there is nowhere to hang any used towel in the bathroom and almost no counter space.There is also no elevator so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. Plus: you can borrow an iron or hair dryer from the front desk. And I appreciate the fact that the front desk is 24/7 and English speaking if needed.

Muy limpio, nuevo y cerca del metro. El único inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor, pero como mucho son tres pisos.

Mal el recibimiento, para empezar el estacionamiento no es gratuito esta a una calle del establecimiento, se tardan mucho en abrirte y te lo cobran, cuando mencionas que en la página dice explícito que cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito en el local, te ignoran y no te resuelven, las habitaciones si muy limpias pero muy pequeñas por el costo esperaba algo mejor me deje llevar por la calificación de Magnífico.

Puntos Fuertes y Valor Agregado Relación Costo-Beneficio: Es excelente. Ubicación Estratégica: El hotel está estratégicamente ubicado en la Colonia Roma. Se encuentra a solo tres calles de la estación Hospital General (Línea 3 del Metro) y a 10 minutos caminando de la Avenida Insurgentes, lo que facilita enormemente la movilidad por la ciudad. Oferta Gastronómica y Entorno: La zona inmediata ofrece muy buenas opciones para comer (restaurantes, cafés, etc.), lo que es un gran +. Servicio al Cliente: El personal del hotel es amigable, atento y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a facilitar las cosas. Limpieza y Seguridad: La limpieza es un punto a favor. Además, algo muy importante para la seguridad es que todas las habitaciones cuentan con una caja fuerte para resguardar objetos de valor. La estación de policía está a pocas calles lo que transmite seguridad caminando a cualquier hora. Servicios Bajo Demanda: Aunque no están en la habitación, el secador de pelo y la plancha se pueden solicitar en Recepción sin problema, lo cual es muy útil. Solo tener cuidado con el costo de estacionamiento

Todo muy bien pero no cuentan con Elevador ni tampoco te llevan cosas a tu habitacion, por lo que cada quien debe subir y bajar escaleras hasta por 3 pisos cargando equipaje o cualquier otra cosa

New updated property with streaming device, safe, comfortable bed. Great value.

As other reviews mention, the rooms receive a significant amount of noise from the hotel interior. I had to keep my room's windows closed or nearly closed to mitigate the noise and for privacy -- otherwise, it's easy for people in the hotel to see into your room (including the bathroom). Also, the pillows were hard and awful and there is no elevator (take note if you have luggage). That being said, the rooms are modern and the staff is pleasant to interact with. This hotel is a good budget option for a short stay.

La relación calidad precio de este hotel es adecuada. Buena ubicación, el personal es super atento y amable, muy limpio.

Todo excelente, solo que se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle y del hotel, pero fuera de eso el lugar esta muy bien, muy limpio y moderno.

The room was very clean. Thank you Marabella! The bed and TV and fan and lights were all in good, working order. The sink and shower were great. My toilet did have some issues with the flusher so I had to take off the tank to fix it a lot. It honestly wasn’t a big deal. The space was much quieter than the comments led me to believe, but I am also used to staying in very small and loud New York City hotels. This is great hotel for the value! I would stay here again. Just know that if you have to cancel early (I had to leave 2 nights early), they will not refund you. But for the price, it could be worse.

The presentation of this hotel is great. Clean & safe. The only issue I had was with the noise levels when in my room. It wasn’t even really the street noise that was the issue, but noise from other patrons going up & down the stairs, closing room doors & moving around in their room. There is next to no soundproofing & the stairwell is in the middle & creates an echo that reverberates. Bring good earplugs if you want a good sleep. I believe the staff are aware it’s a noisy place & I know there’s not much that can be done about the building construction, I’m just letting people know as I was a bit underprepared for the level of noise. The room itself though was very well presented, very clean & the staff were very attentive with cleaning the room each day. The location is about 15-20 min walk to the main areas of Roma Norte & Condesa. The area is safe & I never had an issues. El Ray del Taco is right on the corner & these guys are awesome. Super delicious food & very accommodating for a foreigner like me who speaks next to no English.

The staff at the property were all very nice and helpful. The property itself was clean. We just didn't realize that their wasn't an elevator or an air conditioner. We didn't really see any free tv channels, so we had to use our own Amazon Prime tv. Also, no little things like an iron or blow dryer or extra toilet paper. Just the little things. The price was reasonable and for the most part, we were just there to sleep so it worked out. I don't think we would stay again though.

Habitaciones pequeñas pero acogedoras no cuentan con aire acondicionado pero si con ventilador que ayuda por las tardes que pega más el calor, si te gusta caminar es zona tranquila y tiene una tienda de abarrotes y Oxxo cerca. Además de un cine y varios restaurantes de distintos tipos de comida.

La acústica del lugar es fantástica. Se escucha todo lo que la gente habla tres pisos abajo. A todas horas de la noche se escucha gente ir y venir, gritando. Cada media hora más o menos un ruido se escucha desde el techo y termina con un golpeteo. Genial si quieres escuchar un concierto, terrible si quieres descansar. Hace falta ganchos para las toallas

This is a good budget option if you are in Mexico City. Quiet and Clean and Great area. Some rooms do not have windows.

Nice clean room with all the basics you need, only thing is the noise proof is barely there, you can hear outside corridor and the window.

The room was clean and looked like the photos. However it was cold and loud. You can literally hear every single noise in the whole building. They leave the front door open early in the morning and you can hear dogs from outside barking. You can hear everyone slamming their doors at night even their sinks and toilets flushing. I would not stay here again.

Overordnet fint sted. Stedet er placeret i udkanten af de moderne og hyggelige kvarter. Personalet var venligt. Sengen god og varmt vand i badet. Rummet var meget lyt, så man kunne høre støj fra gaden, der blev blandt andet spillet musik uden for hotellet kl 05 og det kunne høres højt. Man kunne høre nye gæste checke in sent og slæbe kufferter op. Vi havde ingen vinduer ud til gaden men kun vinduer ind til hallen på hotellet, hvilket fungerede okay.

Very clean, great location, would recommend for solo travelers. Front desk agents were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Good wifi connection as well.

Amazing/affordable place to stay if you are staying for a couple days up to a week. We are planning to stay for a couple of months, so we need access to a kitchen etc or we would’ve stay longer. If you don’t need those accommodation, I highly recommend. Also, I can’t say enough about the staff, they were very kind and friendly.

Les falla mucho la atención al cliente, cuando llegamos al check in la chica de la recepción no encontraba mis reservaciones, perdimos aproximadamente una hora para q nos dieran la habitación por no revisar bien , te piden identificación para poder darte plancha o secadora, pedi cobijas extras dos días seguidos y nunca me las llevaron , fueron unos amigos al hotel a despedirnos y literal fue el seguridad a tocar la puerta de la habitación y correrlos , el hotel esta lindo y limpio, en buena zona pero el servicio lo arruina

For the price you pay it’s fantastic! Clean and exactly as advertised with fantastic service. I always prefer budget hotel options, and I would definitely recommend staying here if you’d rather splurge on shopping and finer dining elsewhere.

La verdad me encantó, es un hotel pequeño, sencillo, conodo y limpia muy buena atencion del personal, hay tiendas cerca, lugares donde comer, a quienes viajan por salud al hospital infantil federico gomez o al centro medico siglo XXl de la CDMX les queda perfecto super cerca.

It was good for the area and was close to main transit lines. Food options around the area were good and the staff was very pleasant and kept the rooms very clean.

Muy buena ubicación, las chicas de recepción muy amables, el cuarto y baño limpios y bonitos. Lo único es que deberían de tener una cafetera aunque sea en el lobby porque no hay nada de comer ni tomar.

Qué lugar es muy bonito, si eres joven y buscas un lugar a buen precio, creo que es ese lugar, lo que sí es que existe un poco de ruido por las noches, entonces no esperes una cápsula de silencio, el Internet súper rápido, tienen estacionamiento, que se agradece bastante, costo extra tiene por día de 60mxn, el lugar se ve jovial y Nuevo, si regresaría

Ótimo custo benefício em um dos melhores bairros da Cidade do México. Única observação é não ter café da manhã, mas tem vários lugar lês perto para tomar café.

The hotel itself is a value play - basic room but fine and clean - the hard surfaces make it a bit loud- ask for a room way from stairs. Located in a neighborhood with good dining options- recommend Paramo and the taco place below it. Nearby Maque cafe is great for pastries.
