Great location to the strip with a wonderful continental breakfast. Took awhile to get fresh towels our second day but after a couple times of asking, we did receive them. Felt like it could be updated a little. Pool is located at the top of the hill which is a little bit of a walk with children. Overall stay for price was good.

We enjoyed our stay other than the pool being closed our entire visit. We called the office to inquire about pool hours but we’re told it was unknown. When we checked out, we reported the situation with the pool and we’re told “sorry, the pool was closed due to a missing part they’re waiting on”. We weren’t informed of this when we checked in nor when we inquired about pool hours. The pool always had a closed sign with no hours listed. Also, the pool closure was not reported on the website. No compensation was offered to us. Otherwise, we may have chosen to stay there again in the future.

Property was clean and i felt safe because you can't get into the building without a card. There was some miscommunication on where breakfast was. The access to the strip was easy and i thought for the price, it was cheap and affordable. There are 2 buildings; 1 in front and 1 in the back. The one in the back is furthest away from the pool and the strip which could cause some stress on guests since you have to walk quite a ways to get to the main road. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was okay but nothing to brag about, and unfortunately the pool is uphill at the other building. Room was clean and comfortable but it looks like they are doing some updating to the hotel . Would stay here again.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was a little difficult to maneuver. The only con was the hotel is split up into different buildings so you have to walk to the main building for breakfast.

It was so easy to book here! We wanted to extend our stay by a day and they were able to accommodate us no problem! The breakfast was great, perfect way to start the day. I enjoyed how safe the building was with key card access only. The pool was perfect for a hot afternoon and was relaxing.

Check in was confusing because the Boardwalk Inn is for sale and you check in at the Suburban studio. Signage needed to be better. Also, no working elevator in the hotel. This is very problematic and needs to be specified before booking. Carpet in rooms and halls really need to be cleaned. Really musty smelling and dirty. Breakfast really needed to be stocked better, but they were pretty overwhelmed.

Honestly, it was pretty disgusting in the office so that should’ve been my first red flag. And while I was checking in, another lady came in and said she wasn’t staying there because her room smelled terribly like weed. Second red flag. I was hopeful because we were staying at a sister Facility that was working out of one office and our room was in another building. The room would have been very nice and perfect for us, but was not cleaned. The room had been left in the same condition when the people before us left. Mounds of trash, overflowing the trashcan, pizza boxes drinks, unclean towels, all over, unmade bed. We asked to cancel because this was highly unprofessional to put us in an unclean room, although it was fairly nice. I am trying to figure out how to get a refund through hotels.com but so far have been unsuccessful as we had to book another one somewhere else Because that motel was full.

When entering the building, it smelt musty. There was trash scattered throughout the hallway. The dresser drawers had things leftover from previous guests. The bathroom tile was filthy. The bathtub had a film to it and discolored bottom. Overall, we got what we paid for. The employees were friendly and extremely helpful! The location is prime.

When we went to our room, it smelled like weed in the hallway and in the room. There are no outside lights near the sidewalk. The sidewalk is raised up in spots, I fell on the sidewalk due to it being raised. I told the hotel person working the front desk he could care less.

Our room had extensive black mold growth on the walls, which we discovered the following morning when the wallpaper began peeling. We were unable to reach management, and despite receiving contact information, we have yet to receive a response from the owner or management. This significantly impacted our vacation, forcing us to carry our luggage and causing no place for a nap for our toddler, delaying our check-in until late afternoon at another hotel. I am concerned that the mold problem may not have been properly addressed, and that other guests may be placed in these rooms. I would add photos but the hotel.com site is not working properly for me to add photos.

There was roaches in the room, even frozen in the freezer. Dogs constantly barking 24/7. And reeked of Marijuana in the hallways & rooms. Even with non-smoking signs everywhere. When i went to the front desk with these complaints, the guy just said uhh ok. Nothing was resolved. The breakfast was terrible as well. Highly disappointed with the stay. Would never stay here again, or recommend this place. Avoid at all costs!

You get what you paid for. A cheap motel. Shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned (like I just ran it and this gross dirt and grime washed away). One of the bed sheets had a stain (that looked like blood) on it. Lobby is in different building.

One bed was very firm the other was sagging. The Breakfast was good but the breakfast lady was struggling with her equipment, not sure if she was new or just didn't know how to work the drink machine. For the price it was a good experience.

It was a basic hotel, you could tell it was a recent purchase and there were renovations in progress. Carpet was in desperate need of relaxing and bathroom ceiling tiles were rusted. Shower head was about 4 1/2 ft high so it also made it hard for my 6 foot tall boys and husband to shower. Hopefully the renovations will help with all of the inconveniences.

Only thing is that they need to put lamps on end table, I did notice the bed kind of sunk in on right side as I got in. I did sleep ok. Also maybe the grout could be cleaned up. All in all it was a decent room. I would stay again😀

We really enjoyed our stay! The check in was so easy and everything was clean. Enjoyed staying in the second building as it was convenient to the 76 entrance or the back way. Only problem was one of our beds was in bad condition. It was sunken in the middle and hard to get comfortable on. But everything else.. including the breakfast was great. Will likely book here again!

My review is for the building in the back as the property has 2 buildings and our room was in the back building. Pros: Location, price, friendly staff at check-in and check-out, noise level wasn't bad for being in the middle of the Branson strip Cons: One mattress in our room was extremely old and worn out to the point that the edges of the mattress were much higher than the middle and the other was better, the room smelled like mildew, the carpets in the whole building were in great need of a deep clean or replacment. Many of the parking spaces were obviously being used for storage and it was difficult to find parking later into the evening.

Had two rooms reserved. Checked in and only one was ready - was given keys to second room and told it would be ready at 7pm (3hours later) at 7pm sent my sons to their room- it had been given to someone else, but our key opened it. Had to wait another 1.5 hours for another room to be cleaned. Very inconvenient as sons needed showers etc before dinner reservations. Once in room could tell it was rush cleaned, sheets were not even fully on bed.we were told a maid quit unexpectedly and they were behind but this was beyond.

The cleanness is okay, the facility is a little bit old. I felt like the front desk staff doesn’t know what they are doing and the safety of the room was not too good. I booked the hotel room from Friday to Sunday. We already checked in and got our key cards on Friday, but someone else used their keycard unlocked our door and walked into to our room on Saturday night said they thought that was their room. Then we went to the front desk to see what’s going on and the front desk staff said for some reason the system marked we are no show on Friday, but we literally checked in on Friday and put down the deposit for our room. So basically they accidentally rent our room to someone else while we already staying in there and they just said that won’t happen again and that’s it. But we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe after some random people use a keycard to unlock our door and walk into our room like that.

Check in was smooth and the manager was very pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was on point for both days, especially on Sunday. The lady who prepared the food was very nice and accomodating. Check out was smooth as well. The young man assisting with checkout was all smiles and polite. I will be booking at this location again.

The pool was nice. Room was clean. Toilet was clogged from day 1, they gave us a plunger but I tried for 48hrs to unclog it and maintenance never came. I finally went and they gave me another room but I had to move all my family stuff to a different room where the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. ALSO, our key card only worked maybe 3 times so we constantly had to get keys made because we were locked out of our rooms… with a baby. The pool was nice. Room was clean. Toilet was clogged from day 1, they gave us a plunger but I tried for 48hrs to unclog it and maintenance never came. I finally went and they gave me another room but I had to move all my family stuff to a different room where the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. ALSO, our key card only worked maybe 3 times so we constantly had to get keys made because we were locked out of our rooms… with a baby. I have stayed here a couple other times and it was not this bad. I don’t know what has happened

Check in was confusing because the Boardwalk Inn is for sale and you check in at the Suburban studio. Signage needed to be better. Also, no working elevator in the hotel. This is very problematic and needs to be specified before booking. Carpet in rooms and halls really need to be cleaned. Really musty smelling and dirty. Breakfast really needed to be stocked better, but they were pretty overwhelmed.

The breakfast was great however there wasn’t any signs that indicated what was in it. I ate a premade omelette that I didn’t know had meat in it and I am allergic to pork so that was not fun. There were issues in both rooms we reserved 1. Broken light 2. Broken table that fell on me 3. The curtains were held together by white duck tape 4. Horrible smell in one of the rooms. The halls often smelled of weed and other weird smells. The gentleman at the front desk were not very helpful when I asked for help with our room issues they literally responded with what do you want us to do about it? I asked to change rooms and that was denied. The only thing that was resolved was the broken light. I reached out to hotel management and I am still waiting for something to be resolved several days after I checked out. Location is great it’s literally y the street from the board walk, near the Tracks raceway and about 4 minutes from Walmart and a few minutes from the Tanger outlets. Lots of traffic to deal with since it’s on the strip.

I was in Branson for the "Queen Esther" theatre performance. The Boardwalk Inn is a convenient location on the main street of Branson. I stayed in the second building that was down hill from the main street and it was a quiet location. The complimentary breakfast was good too.

The access to the strip was easy and i thought for the price, it was cheap and affordable. There are 2 buildings; 1 in front and 1 in the back. The one in the back is furthest away from the pool and the strip which could cause some stress on guests since you have to walk quite a ways to get to the main road. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

New ownership is noticeably working to bring new life to this property. It’s comfortable and very convenient to the theater area. A pretty good hot breakfast. And at least right now, nicely priced.

We went to Branson for a fun getaway and this place was perfect for the price and area. Right off of 76. Rooms were clean and beds we’re comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was not good but I normally don’t eat breakfast anyways. Would stay here again.

Bed and pillows were comfy, room was clean ! Only negative it advertised breakfast. But the lady said it was slow season so they dont do breakfast. There were only 4 cars and the building i stayed in , why she put me up on the 3rd floor ?? Other than those 2 things , i would recommend it

Hotel appeared to recently be rebranded and the main building appeared to be under remodeling, but the secondary building was pleasantly nice. No issues at all. Breakfast was good, but no orange juice, cereal, donuts or pancakes, so very little selection for kids who don’t want bacon, eggs or toast, etc. Would stay again.

This property is no frills, but it is close to the strip and the breakfast was very good. The employee who was in charge of the breakfast was amazing- she worked extremely hard to ensure every guest was taken care of and that the breakfast area was clean. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful as well. The room was clean. We were pleased overall with our stay.

Breakfast was okay but nothing to brag about, and unfortunately the pool is uphill at the other building. Room was clean and comfortable but it looks like they are doing some updating to the hotel . Would stay here again.

It was 20 degrees outside and ice in the parking lot with no salt on it almost fell. And the heat was not on in our room so we had to wait in a cold room while it heated up. We were not given the Wi-Fi password until we called for it in the morning (but free Wi-Fi was one of there selling points). Another selling point was a free breakfast which we were informed upon check-in that breakfast was not provided in the off season but that little bit of information should have been provided when i booked the room so we could have prepared and brought our own or at least a vending machine with some things.

It was so easy to book here! We wanted to extend our stay by a day and they were able to accommodate us no problem! The breakfast was great, perfect way to start the day. I enjoyed how safe the building was with key card access only. The pool was perfect for a hot afternoon and was relaxing.

Walked into the room and there was shredded cheese on the counter. I got in the bed and noticed it was dirty. I went to wash my hands to make some coffee and wake up and there were spider webs and spiders in the spot with the coffee bags. I ended up learning that afternoon and went somewhere else. The pool also was super dirty and not chlorine.

Not currently serving breakfast Did get some breakfast bars, fruit and water at check in. That was fine as we are not big get up early and eat breakfast people. Really enjoyed our room. Lots of towels and wash cloths for everyone. The AC was not on when we arrived, just the fan- took it a bit to cool the room since it was so warm. Our tv died when we tried to turn it on that evening. Had to have maintenance check it out- ended up getting another brought to the room. After that we settled in and had a good night 😴 Loved the bed, very comfortable! Had two different front desk clerks. One at check in, nice gentleman. The other was Christine(a)- so friendly and polite and helpful. Really appreciated that! We will stay again
