We booked a night here semi-last minute as it’s consistently been our favorite place to stay when we come to the Seattle area, and we were not disappointed! We love that it has ample garage parking (at a price that feel reasonable), a nice pool, and free breakfast. The location is convenient, as well. We’ll be back!

The staff was friendly and professional, and they helped me with my questions. The room was kept clean with daily housekeeping and was stocked with the basics utensils in the kitchenette. Their market was also available 24 hours a day with the basic food and health necessities. The area around the hotel was quiet due to nearby apartments and mostly residential neighborhood. The parking is across the street in a parking garage with $15/night, but there is an elevator just outside the entrance to connect to the garage.

Nice staff. Good continental breakfast. Breakfast staff were super polite to a rude and difficult guest. Restaurant/bar on site. Very clean. I will stay again. Generally good with easy access to resturants and shops in the area by walking or by car. Convenient underground parking wirh seveal low power free EV charging points. Only negative was swiming pool was closed during our visit.

We frequent this property and have a good experience every time. Only two bummers, no more hot tub, and cheese on the eggs during breakfast. Perhaps keep cheese available for those who want it to add. Not everyone can eat cheese. We will be back regardless.

The amenities are great, the indoor pool is my favorite. Restaurant is good as well as breakfast and close to all restaurants in Redmond. They also have a bar that you can hang out. The employees are great and attentive.

We have stayed at this property a few times, previously during covid and now beyond and continue to enjoy the free parking, lovely free breakfast and a great indoor pool. It was unfortunate the hot tub was not open this time. The studio suites are spacious and bed is comfortable. We would stay again and again. Traveled as a family with young kids.

I enjoyed the ability to cook a few meals during my week long stay. The room (and bed!) was very comfortable. I was surprised that the television was not a smart tv and had no access to Netflix or YouTube. They gym was extremely limited and small so I chose to buy a multi day pass to a local gym about a mile away.

Stayed here for four nights, we had a nice room, high ceilings, lots of windows, good dog park view and of course lots of trees, also had a nice balcony with two chairs and a small table. Walkable neighborhood with plenty of food options. Covered and convenient parking garage. Good breakfast and friendly service. Now, the corridor on my floor had a terrible smell that never went away during my entire stay, ended up putting a mask every time I had to leave my room. If you love to sleep until late, it gets very Noisy after 7 AM, heavy traffic on the main road in from of our room, also if like dark rooms to sleep a little more, don’t stay on the corner rooms. In genera a nice place to stay.

Really nice hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The room was spacious with a nice desk. Big screen TV. Breakfast was wonderful. The only less than great thing I can say is that there was a strange smell in the bathroom that did not go away, so I had to keep the bathroom door closed. Otherwise fabulous. I will definitely stay there again.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Brian at the front desk whom was fantastic! I was in room 502 which was absolutely wonderful! Everything is so clean & there’s so much light with all the windows; I loved it. I had the best burger & fries of my whole life from the restaurant!! I will be back just for that! The breakfast was incredible. I’ve stayed here twice now in the past 5 months & I will be back again & again! Thank you for not allowing technology to take over the customer service, it is what makes me come back. Everyone is lovely from housekeeping to the rest! Great work!

The room smells, pets hairs all over sits and floor. Couch and furnitures old and scratchy. Only 1 chair in the balcony no table, no lock on sliding door. I booked 1 bedroom with kitchen but only 1chair available to sit on the table. Stained on shower floor. Over all dissatisfied with my stay.

Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a walking path nearby and the exercise equipment was good. The shower dripped the whole time we were there. We could not get the thermostat to work in order to cool down the room. Thankfully, we could open the sliding door and let in cold air from outside.

It's a beautiful hotel, the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Bed super comfortable, I got a king room with a balcony... what's a bummer is that it looks out over the KFC across the street, and the drive thru is VERY LOUD. Late at night I could hear the drive-thru worker blaring out orders. I also want to mention one small thing- they have a device on the wall by the door that you have to put a card into to keep the power on- but they put a card in there already, negating the function of it, which is to save power. Perhaps the previous tenant left it there, but I have seen other hotels do this. Many travelers who have been to the EU have seen these and aren't bothered by it, so why not just make us stick our keys in to make the lights go on?

The hotel was nice with a bar and large fireplace. The food was great. The room was big and roomy with a balcony, but there is a noisy road right by the hotel. We were in room 502. Top floor. Pictures show a serene lawn and trees but no comments about traffic noise. Also had high ceiling with windows that do not keep the light out. Bedding was extremely lightweight for winter. Bed was comfortable.

Overall our stay was average. The room was clean and quiet. We barely heard any noise from other rooms or hallways. The main bed was comfortable, but the pull out couch was terrible. I lied down to test it out and all I could feel was all the springs jamming into my back. Luckily my kids slept on it and they\'re not heavy enough to notice too much, but I wouldn\'t recommend for an adult to sleep on it. We were 4 people staying in the room, but we were provided with only 3 towel sets and only one pillow. Maybe the front desk could communicate it better to the housekeeping staff. The hot tub was out of order, which was a major bummer, one of the reasons we chose this property was because they had a hot tub. When asked at the front desk about the tub, the front lady replied "I don\'t know anything about it, I just got here". The last confusion was that we were advised the parking was $15/night. When I booked this in January I\'m pretty sure the ad on Expedia said parking was included, also one of the reasons we chose this property. I thought maybe I was mistaken about it as the booking confirmation doesn\'t mention anything about parking, but I noticed some prior guests had mentioned free parking before. I don\'t really care if they changed their policy, but maybe honour the previous bookings. The complementary breakfast was really good. There was a nice variety of drinks and food. The staff working there were really nice.

The staff at the breakfast buffet area needs more training. We caught that one of the utensils dropped on the floor and the staff put it back with other batches that are for customers to grab. We also noticed that the staff was touching food with her hands. Although she was wearing gloves but she was touching the dirty dishes, wiping tables, restocking/organizing hot food with the same gloves. It’s disgusting.

Disappointed at check in, was told my room would be ready early, around noon. Was not able to check in until posted time at 3pm. Problem was I had no ride nor place to go since I came in early, had to set out and enjoy the beautiful weather until 3pm. After checking in, all staff has been great

I usually stay here when I’m in town, & I can always count on getting the most restful sleep! It is divine. Everything went very well this trip, except for one thing. There is a young girl at the front desk who is rather rude & not helpful! I was shocked. Especially when compared to Carol at the front desk who is so so helpful with anything you could possibly want or need. She’s the best, so ask her if you need something answered

The breakfast at this property was amazing! The best we've had. The parking is a little inconvenient, and there is no signage for where to turn to get to the hotel from.the main road (Bear Creek Pkwy), so it was a little difficult to find. Rooms are more dated than I expected but very clean and comfortable.

We were in Redmond to attend a concert at the nearby Marymoor Park Amphitheater. The location of the hotel is a short 5 minute drive or a flat 25 minute walk from the venue. There are several parks and walking trails in close proximity. There is also a dog park across the street should your furry friend(s) be traveling with you. Convenient hotel parking. The staff were friendly and attentive. Very nice room. There is a well-stocked bar and a nice breakfast buffet just off the lobby. Several restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops in the near vicinity. We know where to stay the next time we’re in Redmond.

The breakfast was very good and better that most hotels in this price range - fresh eggs, sausage, bacon and pastries as well as fresh fruit and good coffee for breakfast. The coffee in the room was sub par. Most staff were very kind and helpful, however a few were not, and one a bit rude. Room was nice.

Absolutely loved our stay here and I wish we stayed longer! The rooms were clean and so spacious. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The restaurant and bar are amazing. I love being able to walk outside and go to the little town square and park. So many restaurants and stores in walking distance. And most of all the staff was amazing! When we checked in, we felt so welcomed!!

Stay was just ok. We have been many times in the past and service and offerings were much better. Kind of surprised to have to pay $16USD for parking when it used to be included, you’d think for $250 a night they’d at least throw that in. Also no coffee available throughout the day, only during breakfast. And sad to see they got rid of the omelette station at breakfast. For the cost and offerings, will likely opt to stay at another hotel on our next trip.
