Room (&bed) was small but well designed; towels were large and fluffy! Shower was excellent. Great to have a fridge in the room as well as a safe. Excellent location and reasonably priced.

Easy walk to 2 underground options, nearby many shops, had a fridge and coffee maker. Front desk was super helpful. Many pubs and dining options nearby as well as souvenir shops so didn’t have to go far for easy gift options.

Close to Bayswater Station, easy to get around, and both restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries are nearby. The garden views face a pleasant little park area. The area is secure and pleasant(nearly stark) inside and out. Onsite, breakfast is ok- same selections daily. Consider getting as needed, as there are nearby options. The bathroom is small but newly remodeled. Appreciated the hot kettle and small fridge. It is a very comfortable, tidy, but not fancy refuge from a day of sightseeing. The staff was very informative and kind. Would stay again.

I stayed this hotel close to a month. This property deserves much more than it's 3 star rating as the hotel is beautiful, the rating is only because they have no in house/ in room dining options. Housekeeping is offered daily, the sheets and quilts of high quality and laundered beautifully. Perfect room temperature, with bathroom floor tiled heating, high quality towels and bathroom products. Due to length of stay I had the pleasure of getting to know the reception staff on a more personal and deeper level. The team, are made of the most beautiful people and what makes this property an absolute stand out. The central London location is perfect, with two stations in walking distance. Mayfair two stops away, or if choosing to walk I reached the heart of Oxford Street in just under 40 minutes. Quite, clean and modern the area is safe, lot's of shopping options on the main strip and easy access to all the main supermarkets and pharmacy. I will return to this hotel in the future, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a fuss free, beautifully appointed hotel and gorgeous, warm and beautiful management.

The London House hotel completely met our expectations. The room was small and there were no modern amenities (e.g. gym, pool, etc) but we spent almost no time in the hotel; that was not why we were in London! Very clean, great maid service, friendly staff, fully updated - just what we needed.

Very nice and tidy room. Everything was fine except the straff who couldnt smile and got an impression that they didnt want to be disturbed. They didnt say goodmorning or goodevening. I wonder about how this young people got educated when it comes to meet and great. Otherwise the hotel itself was great in condition and in location.

Absolutely loved my stay at London House Hotel, the check in and check out was so quick and easy. The room was much bigger than I thought and it had a great view of the garden with a lot of natural light coming through. The hotel was close by to supermarkets, heaps of cafes, and the train station. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially with storing my bags. I would gladly stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. While small (as to be expected) it suited our purposes well. The location is excellent- in a safe neighborhood with lots of eateries and grocery store, and several subway stations and large parks just a few blocks away.

The hotel was great for a place to rest and sleep. Rooms were comfortable and area was quiet and conveniently close to the Bayswater and Queensway underground entrances. Lots of restaurants and convient stores close by as well for a snack or coffee run. I only knocked 1 star on cleanliness for the dust in our room- it was the worst on top of the shower door and in on the lower shelf of the end table like it hadn’t been dusted in a while but otherwise was perfect. If we come back to London, we’d definitely stay again.

Room was adequate for my time there. It was clean, and had all the essentials. Nice garden view. Only complaint is the stains on the carpet. Maybe remove the carpet all together or shampoo/ spot treat the stains.

It was a bit hot in the room. And we got some bedsheets that had bloodstains on them. But only once. The staff was very friendly and alll in all I would like to stay again 🙂 It was a very quiet place and that is excellent

This is the cleanest and most fresh Hotel I have ever stayed at in London!

We had probably worst room location due to room accommodation. Basement level room directly under reception desk area where guests roll their luggage and near outside where delivery trucks, loud conversations could be heard.

This property is in a great location, only 5 minute walk to Hyde Park and just down the street from many shops and restaurants. The room was nice and management fixed the few issues in our room immediately when they were brought to their attention. My overall review is only 3/5 because our room was located in the basement and we could hear everything going on above us. People walking and rolling their suitcases in the hallway and lobby above us typically stopped by the time we went to bed but it seemed the cleaning crew started vacuuming or doing some sort of cleaning in the lobby at 4am which kept me up the rest of the morning. Then the visitors started arriving with their suitcases a few hours later. If staying here, I’d recommend asking for a top level room if possible. Other than that, we did enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location on a lovely quiet street. The room had everything we needed to crash after walking and dining.

However big of a room you think you are getting, cut it in half. Booked a double room and got maybe a half-sized bed. I remember taking a picture of the room when I first got there because I was so surprised how it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. There was maybe two feet of clearance surrounding the bed. But it did have A/C.

Great location near Hyde Park, a subway station, Notting hill, lots of restaurants nearby and food shops. Quiet location. Rooms are small but adequate, ours felt overheated and had to keep the window open to cool it down, mattress was horrible, you could feel and hear the springs and we slept terribly. But otherwise great location and clean hotel. Maybe we just got a bad bed but if they're all like that then it's a problem

Great location and such a lovely area. The bed was very comfy and the room was always clean. The room is a bit smaller than a standard hotel room, so it could be a bit troublesome moving around. However, I would happily stay here again next time.

Overall, we had a good stay at London House Hotel. The location is excellent with both tube stations and bus stops nearby. Our twin room was on the ground floor and very small. The view was almost non-existent, as the lower part of the window had frosted film, and the upper part faced a wall. This made the room somewhat claustrophobic. Some more hangers in the wardrobe and more shelves in the room itself and the bathroom would have been nice. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean. The bathroom was definitely better than many others I’ve seen in London. Breakfast was okay, but more options and higher quality food would have been appreciated.

Everything was very clean and attractive, room was quite small but spotless and well kept. Excellent location with the Bayswater train station within 3 minute walk, Paddington station was 10 min. Lots of food and shopping the next block from the hotel

We had a lovely garden view room which was so quiet. The rooms arent huge but it was clean and had everything we needed for 2 nights. The hotel was modern, light and clean. We were able to leave our luggage there on our day of checkout so we could go out for the day and we returned later to pick it up. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Lovely helpful staff. Within a 2 minute walk of the Central, District and Circle lines. Lots of places to eat and shops to get supplies. Would definitely stay there again.

It was unfortunate that after asking, the management chose not to move my room from a very noisy one due to major construction to a room at front of hotel. Flat out said No! No flexibility in January when the hotel was not busy and rooms are empty?? Shame on you for ruining my experience at your hotel. Poor customer experience because of this. Could have easily been remedied. Construction is ongoing and very loud. All hours of the early morning.

Hotel Staff Transport Scam. BEWARE!!! Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel a one star review. They put myself and my child in a dangerous and uncomfortable situation. On the morning of my check-out (which up until this point had been lovely), I asked the staff to please call me a taxi. They were a bit rude and asked me if I had the money to pay for a taxi to the airport, i forming me of the price. I let them know it was no problem and then they asked me of I would be paying cash or card- I replied that I would be paying by card. They then called the "taxi service" and gave them my info...including room number for some reason, evn though I had just checked out and was in the lobby. When the "taxi" arrived it was just a man in his own personal vehicle....like an Uber (which I could have easily called myself-for a cheaper fare). Because of time constraints, I had to accept the "taxi", despite feeling uneasy about it. As we neared the destination, the driver then insisted I pay with cash. When reminded him I told the hotel that I only had a card, he tried insisting I pay with cash and wanted to take me to an ATM to pay him. I was afraid to go to the ATM with him or to leave my child in the car alone to go pay, so I continued to refuse until he finally produced a credit card machine for me to pay with. This "taxi" clearly has some sort of arrangement with the hotel staff there. I wouldn\'t risk staying here again due to this. It made me feel very unsafe.

The hotel is perfectly located - in a quiet street, just around the corner of restaurants, cafés and convenience stores. And 5 min walk from Bayswater metro station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there!

I staued at this hotel for 5 nights. It is centrally located with a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station with lots of restaurants and food shops available. I had a small single room on 3rd floor. While very small, it was adequate for what i needed. Street construction was noisy out back. The window could be opened but the top window would also fall down which was not ideal. The housecleaning staff did a great job. I went down for breakfast once. It was located in the basement in a depressing perfunctory environment. There was sufficient food but certainly not on par with other hotel breakfasts I've had...little sausages, thin streaky bacon, dry fried eggs, cold hard boiled eggs, 3 types of cereal toast etc. The desk staff were about a 3 out of 5 on friendliness, warmth and or welcoming attitude.They were efficient, but i didnt sense they went out of their way in any sense. They did their job but nothing more. This hotel could have a higher rating if staff were warmer and friendlier, and if the breakfast area was redecorated as a warm inviting area and perhaps with better pastries, nicer sausages, better bacon and something other than plain yogourt offered for yogourt. The housekeeping staff did a great job of refreshing my room. Kudos to them! Overall i would give this hotel a 7 out of 10. I would stay again due to the area and location, the clean room and ease of checking in.

Great location for exploring London! Very clean rooms in a beautiful part of the city. However, our room was extremely small. Also breakfast was a bit on the pricey side for options given. But, overall, clean, great location, and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at London House. It is very close to Queensway tube as well as bus routes and other lines. The breakfast was OK - not great but not bad either. The hot options were not really hot and the same options were presented daily. It's not worth the extra $ but Ok if it was part of your package. Be sure to go to the Prince Alfred pub which is just around the corner. The food is great and they have entertainment nightly.

I had a nice stay while in London. The staff are friendly. Everything was clean. I opted for the breakfast and I found it to be worth it. I would stay here again.

The Reception staff were so helpful. The hotel was clean and comfy. We were allowed a late checkout on Sunday, which was great. 2 small problems: there were only 2 milk portions in the room, but we would have liked 4. The breakfast went on until 11.00am. We arrived at 10.00am and there were very few hash browns left. We asked if they could provide more and, we were told no more.

The hotel is located on a quiet street away from the main roads, and in walking distance to sights, shops, dining, and two underground stations. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff were keen to help. Kitchen staff, for example, cooked our food during illness. I also enjoyed how their breakfast room has a sunroof, so I could watch rain/snow fall from above with a snack! There are extra additions available for a more romantic stay.
