As a frequent flyer who is now pumping milk when traveling this hotel was very accommodating. I needed to make sure my ice packs were solidly frozen and they were really great with putting them in their personal freezer for me. As a New Yorker who has stayed and more local places and needed this kind of accommodation I was not able to get it so thank you to the full team at this hotel. When I come back to London I will be staying with the Hyatt family again. Thank you all

Good size room, quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable and a/c control worked (amazing how many places it does not). Location is convenient as well with easy parking.

It’s a good hotel, it’s a Hyatt. It’s just not as good as all the others I’ve stayed at. Gym is not as good as others I’ve stayed at and they don’t honour the normal upgrades that we get as part of the rewards program too. Staff do a good job but there always seems to be a queue so there may not be enough of them. I’d recommend the hotel but don’t rely on the standard upgrades you get at other Hyatts and it’s not that competitive when you look at others available in the area.
