I’d like to start by saying - that was the nicest check in experience I think I’ve ever had , and I travel a fair bit. Was greeted at check in by the reservations manager (I’m really sorry to say I’ve misplaced the business card he gave me at check in incase there were any problems , I’d love to name him in person and would love him to have this feedback passed on / I checked in at around 2pm on the 6th of August ) What a friendly , professional welcome. This man is an absolute ASSET to the hotel and should be recognised for making such an impression. I was travelling with my son who has autism - and without making a fuss - this member of staff let it be known that anything we needed we were to ask. He showed such kindness and really read the situation perfectly. Beyond that , ALL staff were smiling and happy to help every time there was any interaction. This really seemed like an amazingly well managed hotel with lovely staff - really makes a difference. Room was spotless and well equipped and the outside area at night felt super safe with security on duty. Car parking was so convenient. I can’t recommend this place enough and will use every time I come to London now - even if I’m over the other side of town. 5 stars. P.S. Breakfast manager was lovely too this morning - hats off to her too.
