The room is very dirty and old. Elevator doesn't work so you have to carry the luggage yourself to the room. I stayed in the 5th or 6th floor and I have two heavy luggagies but no one can help you only myself. It's a very terrible experience to me.

Unerwartet gutes Hotel. Die Lage etwas außerhalb aber sehr nahe an der Distrikt Line war perfekt, es war fast alles ohne umsteigen erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück und tägliche! gute Zimmerreinigung heutzutage lobenswert. Von Heathrow direkte Metro zum Hotel, es war ein Fehler die teure Schnellverbindung nach Paddington zu buchen (unser einziges Missgeschick auf der Reise). Pfund haben wir nicht gewechselt, alles ging per Kreditkarte, die Metro damit auch unproblematisch ab Heathrow.

Very old property. Bathroom shower made a noise of some sort with noticeable black stuff in the seals. Trash outside was noisy. The staff knocked on the door a few times asking when we will check out.. this was around 1030 and check out at 11. Will not recommend.

Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer. Betten waren gut. Zimmer für 4 Personen etwas klein, aber für einen Wochendtripp o.k. Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Leider, wie in sehr vielen Hotels, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, keine Garderobenhaken.

The rooms look very outdated and they look like they need to be updated. The AC in the room barely worked, we were sweating most of the time. The air in the rooms also wasn’t very good. They had an air purifier but it barely worked. A decent cheap option but it needs an update. The staff were very nice though.

The location of this hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the Earl’s Court tine station and a 15 minute walk to the Natural History and V &A Museums. The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious and the staff are attentive to guest requests. My wife and I would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to London.

Wir hatten ein Familien Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Der Gang und das Zimmer hat einen alten Teppich Boden der entsprechend roch. Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Die Klimaanlage war laut. Schaltete man es aus roch es nach dem alten Teppich Boden. Hotel war leise, das Bett der Kinder gut, bei unserem spürte man leicht die Federn. Das Bad ist alt, klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage war super Nähe der U-Bahn wo man in alle Richtungen konnte.

Disappointing experience on arrival. Reception desk refused to accept that any room was booked ‘you don’t have hotel reference number’. I showed an Expedia booking reference, I showed them the email welcome note sent from hotel, I had the credit card used to pay, the Staff member also advised there was only one booking that day (mine) - but he used every spurious reason to say there was no booking made. After almost 10 minutes debating with the hotels (he) agreed yes there was a booking. Appalling customer welcome. Any one of many pieces of information presented could have satisfied the check-in in seconds.

The staff at the Kensington Court hotel were always polite, courteous and helpful with the front desk manned 24 hours a day. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and maintained. Earls Court Road is less than two blocks away and features many restaurants, stores, pubs, shops, etc. and the Earls Court Underground station.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich - das Hotel ist auch mit der Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. Es sind in der Umgebung sehr viele Lokale und es gibt auch genug Supermärkte. Wir hatten schon einmal einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel - und nachdem wir diesmal wieder sehr zufrieden waren - werden wir diese Hotel wieder buchen...sehr zu empfehlen...

Von Heathrow direkte Metro zum Hotel, es war ein Fehler die teure Schnellverbindung nach Paddington zu buchen (unser einziges Missgeschick auf der Reise). Unerwartet gutes Hotel. Die Lage etwas außerhalb aber sehr nahe an der Distrikt Line war perfekt, es war fast alles ohne umsteigen erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück und tägliche! gute Zimmerreinigung heutzutage lobenswert. The location of this hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the Earl’s Court tine station and a 15 minute walk to the Natural History and V &A Museums. The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious and the staff are attentive to guest requests. My wife and I would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to London.

Die Unterkunft liegt an der Picadilly Line, welche eine direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen hat. Die Underground Haltestelle liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist von außen nicht sehr ansehnlich, aber von innen sehr sauber und die Zimmer, bzw. das Bett ist gemütlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl! Das Frühstück schmeckt und ist ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in allem ist es eine gut gelegene und zu empfehlene Unterkunft. Ich würde wieder hierher kommen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich - das Hotel ist auch mit der Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. Es sind in der Umgebung sehr viele Lokale und es gibt auch genug Supermärkte. Wir hatten schon einmal einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel - und nachdem wir diesmal wieder sehr zufrieden waren - werden wir diese Hotel wieder buchen...sehr zu empfehlen...

Was ok for a 1 night stay. Property was clean and tidy but scrappy in places. For example, the lift does not inspire confidence. Breakfast was not good. Hot buffet was small and cold but there was other options.
