The staff of the hotel is really polite and friendly. They make you feel at home! The breakfast is good and it is possible to enjoy a coffee or a cappuccino using a professional coffee maker which is always available near the reception. That’s really great when you come back to Hotel after a day spent walking in Paris.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was my partners 40th birthday and I had requested a bottle of champagne to be left in our room as a surprise and the staff were very helpful and fulfilled my request without ruining the surprise. They were happy to offer advice and recommend places to eat and always had a smile on their face whenever we spoke to them. The hotel is located in a busy area and as such they supply ear plugs for anyone that might be a light sleeper. My partner would usually take her own but in this instance she didn’t need them at all over our 4 night stay. The hotel was under refurbishment when we stayed so we weren’t able to use the breakfast area but the hotel did offer a takeaway box. This wasn’t an issue really since it’s Paris and there are cafes everywhere offering delicious meals. The reason I chose the Moulin Plaza was because of the proximity to the Moulin Rouge which is a must see if you’re going to Paris. The dinner and show was incredible and definitely worth the money, I highly recommend it.

Arrived very late and was greeted by Amin, a very polite and courteous member of the reception team. Sadly we didn’t see him again and had some sad looking staff after that who it was a struggle to get a bonjour/bon soir from. Room was basic, bed was comfortable but the cleaning wasn’t the best. We had a contact lens left next to the sink on arrival, lots of the fixtures were loose and in need of fixing (light, sink tap picture on the wall had condensation and mould spots on). Bath was small but the shower was good. Lots of dark spots around the sink area from water - it needs a good steam clean. Location is good, with Blanche metro just around the corner and also a good bus route. Some nice bars and bakeries nearby and it’s a simple stroll to montmartre. Overall an adequate hotel, not luxury but the price reflects that. Don’t go with high expectations and use it as a base and you’ll be fine. Free coffee and hot chocolate machine in reception is another plus point.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Metro und Bus direkt nebenan. Hotel sehr hellhörig. Zimmer klein, aber ausreichend. Frühstück wurde nicht genutzt, deshalb keine Info hierfür. Koffer können bei frühzeitiger Ankunft (bis zum Check in) kostenlos untergestellt werden, genauso wie bei sehr später Abreise.

Hotel is a great location, only half a block away from Metro station (Blanche), convenient to travel anywhere, incl walking distance to Sacre Coeur basilica. It was also very convenient to get there from CDG airport, by taking RER B train to Gare du Nord, then transferring to La Chapelle on 2 line to Blanche. Hotel is very clean, and breakfast spread is good with lots of bread, ham/turkey/eggs and the usual cereal options. Bonus is the cappuccino machine and various fruit drinks. Friendly receptionists. My only gripe is the weak shower and hair dryers that get overheated and stop working after only 1 minute of use. Also strange that you have to leave the hotel card with reception every time you go out. But the location beats all these inconveniences and hotel room itself is fine. Can get a little loud at nite from street noise since it’s in the Moulin Rouge district, which does seem seedy on the outside with a few sex shops nearby, but it never felt unsafe.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, aber ist ja nur zum übernachten und daher ausreichend. Das Bad war sehr eng und die Fliesen stellenweise kaputt. Aktuell werden die öffentlichen Einrichtungen im Hotel renoviert. Alles in allem waren wir mit Preis / Leistung zufrieden und würden das Hotel aufgrund der super Lage auch nochmal buchen.

We had a great 3 night stay at the hotel, great location with lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. It is a busy area on an evening but as we had a hotel room at the top and back of the hotel we didn’t hear any noise. Nice, clean and comfortable room with daily maid service. Very friendly staff who are happy to give recommendations for places to visit. The hotel is being refurbished so is a bit of a construction site at the back and workmen working in the reception but this didn’t bother us. It will be lovely once completed! We would definitely return 😁

Location is good, staff is friendly, the standard of the rooms are okay, but some elements looks like they’re about to fall apart. My room was not cleaned well at all when I arrived; hair in the sink, on the floor etc.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel de réception au top, très à l'écoute des besoins de sa clientèle. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Le receptionniste est super, il nous a proposé une chambre côté cour avec douche pour ma maman. Bon petit dejeuner varié sous forme de buffet. Propreté des lieux et de la chambre. A souligner le ménage, lit refait et serviette changée tous les jours. Nous reviendrons, cest certain.

What a disappointment. We stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon and arrived to discover stained bed sheets with several hairs inside the covers. The door number was also hanging on by tape. Upon discussing this with the friendly receptionist he informed us there were no other rooms. We had arrived at 10pm and were too tired to find somewhere else to stay. He gave us clean bedsheets for us to change the sheets ourselves... There was also ongoing construction work which began at 8am. I found the receptionist the following day rude and unhelpful. No effort has been made by management to make it up to us after our complaints. It was our worst experience in a hotel ever and would advise everyone to stay away.

Frühstück war gut und eine schöne Auswahl- Qualität war ok. Top Rezeption, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war leider nicht so gut, in 4 Tagen wurde der Boden nicht einmal sauber gemacht. Dafür aber täglich Handtuchwechsel, Bettwäsche wurde ebenfalls alle 2 Tage gewechselt.
Frühstück war gut und eine schöne Auswahl- Qualität war ok. Top Rezeption, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war leider nicht so gut, in 4 Tagen wurde der Boden nicht einmal sauber gemacht. Dafür aber täglich Handtuchwechsel, Bettwäsche wurde ebenfalls alle 2 Tage gewechselt.

Lit de 140 cm, surprenant pour un 4☆! L'isolation de la chambre, au 2ème etage, doit être revue! Nous entendions le bruit de l'eau de la douche et des wc de la chambre du dessus! Pour la propreté, dommage, cheveux et poils dans les draps, je ne comprends pas!! Bref, mise à part l'accueil du personnel très gentil et professionnel, avec l'emplacement du lieu pour visiter le quartier (accès metro et bus trés facile) au top, il faudrait s'améliorer pour le confort...

Hotel is in a great location for shops and transport links. 2 minute walk from station, bus stops and taxi rank. Great if going to see Moulin Rouge show as it finishes late and hotel is just across the road. Alot of sex shops and lap dancing bars around, so not ideal if you have children. Hotel is clean, friendly staff, nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was basic but enough and also catered for gluten free. Room was okay, no complaints, shame there wasnt a fridge though. Bathroom was a modern wet room style but water gravitated towards door and had to make a makeshift towel barrier or it would flood the bedroom. All in all it did the job for a few nights.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Moulin Plaza and are very happy that we chose it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a little like staying at a friends' house. The room was small, but just right for us, as we didn't want to stay in it but explore Paris. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. I slept better than at home. We didn't hear very much noise from the lively street – not even on saturday night. If someday we return to Paris, without another thought we would book the Moulin Plaza again.

Ma chambre au 2e donnait sur une rue très bruyante le soir. Les bouchons d'oreilles sur les bords de lit auraient du m'alerter. Sinon l'hôtel est très bien placé. Pas eu de souci particulier à part le bruit.

It's in the Blanche Metro station area. I picked it because it's so close to the Moulin Rouge. I selected the MR view room. There is a balcony and you can step out and look to the left to see it. There is no chair or table so I cannot recommend paying for the view. Otherwise, quality was commensurate with the price/location. Enjoy Montmartre.

Très bien accueilli, chambre très jolie, pour notre part sous les toits au 5ème donc surement plus calme, avec vu sur le Moulin Rouge, enfin par le velux et en grimpant sur le lit mais vue quand même...la douche sans bordure ni porte par contre, même si très jolie, n'ai pas très pratique et nous devions sacrifier une serviette de toilette pour bloquer l'eau et éviter d'innonder la pièce. Petit déjeuner très bien,complet, même si du bacon aurait été le bienvenu, mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose. En terme de situation, métro et Moulin Rouge en haut de la rue et quartier très animé, axé direct à Monmartre par la rue d'en face, Rue Lepic qui vous évite de prendre les escaliers et plutôt jolie...

The staff of the hotel is really polite and friendly. They make you feel at home! The breakfast is good and it is possible to enjoy a coffee or a cappuccino using a professional coffee maker which is always available near the reception. That’s really great when you come back to Hotel after a day spent walking in Paris.

早く着いてしまった時に、荷物を預かってくれ充電もさせてもらえた。 困ったことや質問にも快く応えてくれ、助けてくれた。 オススメのエリアやレストランも教えてくれた。 帰りの空港までのタクシーも予約してくれた。 一人旅で不安もあったが、みんな親切でとても安心できました。 ありがとうございました。 When I arrived early, they were able to store my luggage and charge my phone. They were happy to answer any questions or concerns I had and helped me out. They also recommended areas and restaurants. They even booked a taxi for me to the airport on my way back. I was a little worried about traveling alone, but everyone was so kind and I felt at ease. Thank you very much :) merci 🇫🇷♡

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was my partners 40th birthday and I had requested a bottle of champagne to be left in our room as a surprise and the staff were very helpful and fulfilled my request without ruining the surprise. They were happy to offer advice and recommend places to eat and always had a smile on their face whenever we spoke to them. The hotel is located in a busy area and as such they supply ear plugs for anyone that might be a light sleeper. My partner would usually take her own but in this instance she didn’t need them at all over our 4 night stay. The hotel was under refurbishment when we stayed so we weren’t able to use the breakfast area but the hotel did offer a takeaway box. This wasn’t an issue really since it’s Paris and there are cafes everywhere offering delicious meals. The reason I chose the Moulin Plaza was because of the proximity to the Moulin Rouge which is a must see if you’re going to Paris. The dinner and show was incredible and definitely worth the money, I highly recommend it.

Arrived very late and was greeted by Amin, a very polite and courteous member of the reception team. Sadly we didn’t see him again and had some sad looking staff after that who it was a struggle to get a bonjour/bon soir from. Room was basic, bed was comfortable but the cleaning wasn’t the best. We had a contact lens left next to the sink on arrival, lots of the fixtures were loose and in need of fixing (light, sink tap picture on the wall had condensation and mould spots on). Bath was small but the shower was good. Lots of dark spots around the sink area from water - it needs a good steam clean. Location is good, with Blanche metro just around the corner and also a good bus route. Some nice bars and bakeries nearby and it’s a simple stroll to montmartre. Overall an adequate hotel, not luxury but the price reflects that. Don’t go with high expectations and use it as a base and you’ll be fine. Free coffee and hot chocolate machine in reception is another plus point.

À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et avec le sourire par le personnel de l'hôtel. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, le cadre était très agréable. Le balcon avec vue sur le moulin rouge était un gros plus. Tout s'est très bien passé pour nous, le retour depuis le centre de Paris en ayant les yeux sur les ailes éclairées du moulin nous a fait oublier la pluie qui tombait. Seul bémol à tous ces points positifs, le confort des oreillers qui n'était pas à notre convenance. Nous recommandons!

O hotel é muito bom, com acomodações confortáveis e uma excelente localização. No entanto, durante o dia, havia muito barulho devido a uma reforma em andamento, o que comprometeu um pouco a tranquilidade da estadia. O que realmente tornou a experiência positiva foi o atendimento dos funcionários, que foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Um destaque especial para o recepcionista Fradj, sempre muito atencioso e pronto para ajudar em qualquer necessidade. Seu atendimento fez toda a diferença na nossa hospedagem!

What a disappointment. We stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon and arrived to discover stained bed sheets with several hairs inside the covers. The door number was also hanging on by tape. Upon discussing this with the friendly receptionist he informed us there were no other rooms. We had arrived at 10pm and were too tired to find somewhere else to stay. He gave us clean bedsheets for us to change the sheets ourselves... There was also ongoing construction work which began at 8am. I found the receptionist the following day rude and unhelpful. No effort has been made by management to make it up to us after our complaints. It was our worst experience in a hotel ever and would advise everyone to stay away.

The staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was a nice perk, but overall, the hotel did not meet our needs. Originally, I booked two rooms for four people—my partner, myself, and our mothers. Unfortunately, after booking, my partner's mother passed away, and our plans changed. Location was very good. The hotel was a little outdated , but served the purpose. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was non existent…needed to find street parking or garage. Neighborhood was a little sketchy at night (after 11:00pm when restaurants closed and streets became dark).

Hotel is in a great location for shops and transport links. 2 minute walk from station, bus stops and taxi rank. Great if going to see Moulin Rouge show as it finishes late and hotel is just across the road. Alot of sex shops and lap dancing bars around, so not ideal if you have children. Hotel is clean, friendly staff, nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was basic but enough and also catered for gluten free. Room was okay, no complaints, shame there wasnt a fridge though. Bathroom was a modern wet room style but water gravitated towards door and had to make a makeshift towel barrier or it would flood the bedroom. All in all it did the job for a few nights.

Hotel is a great location, only half a block away from Metro station (Blanche), convenient to travel anywhere, incl walking distance to Sacre Coeur basilica. It was also very convenient to get there from CDG airport, by taking RER B train to Gare du Nord, then transferring to La Chapelle on 2 line to Blanche. Hotel is very clean, and breakfast spread is good with lots of bread, ham/turkey/eggs and the usual cereal options. Bonus is the cappuccino machine and various fruit drinks. Friendly receptionists. My only gripe is the weak shower and hair dryers that get overheated and stop working after only 1 minute of use. Also strange that you have to leave the hotel card with reception every time you go out. But the location beats all these inconveniences and hotel room itself is fine. Can get a little loud at nite from street noise since it’s in the Moulin Rouge district, which does seem seedy on the outside with a few sex shops nearby, but it never felt unsafe.

The Hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from both the Moulin Rouge and the Metro Station Blanche. We had a balcony that viewed the Moulin Rouge even though it was quite tiny it was still adequate

The hotel is in an ideal location for Moulin Rouge, but about a 45 minute walk to the Louvre, and down to the river. Staff very friendly. Street is very busy with takeaways and bars so i imagine it would be very noisy, but we were around the back in a newly renovated room but looking at a brick wall. I was fine with this though as we were out all days. The room did have a problem with little ants arouns the skirting boards and on the bedding.

Ottimo servizio deposito bagagli prima del check in e dopo ceck out. Stanza accogliente, servizio cortesia bollitore e tisane in camera ok. Stanza confortevole e pulita, peccato vetrata doccia poco ampia x contenere acqua. Colazione continentale di buon livello , varia ed abbondante.

Can get a little loud at nite from street noise since it’s in the Moulin Rouge district, which does seem seedy on the outside with a few sex shops nearby, but it never felt unsafe.
Hotel is a great location, only half a block away from Metro station (Blanche), convenient to travel anywhere, incl walking distance to Sacre Coeur basilica. It was also very convenient to get there from CDG airport, by taking RER B train to Gare du Nord, then transferring to La Chapelle on 2 line to Blanche. Hotel is very clean, and breakfast spread is good with lots of bread, ham/turkey/eggs and the usual cereal options. Bonus is the cappuccino machine and various fruit drinks. Friendly receptionists. Søndag morgen, tog min kæreste en skål műsli..den var fyldt med små myre som lystig kravlede rundt og prøvede at komme op😳 vi gjorde opmærksom på det til personalet, men intet blev gjort😳 Om mandagen var der så sat tape på műslien...men ikke fjernet.. det er ikke en fantastisk oplevelser..beliggenheden er super...men det er så også det.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, really can’t find anything bad to say about it. Price is right, location is great, clean modern room but with charm still. I’ll be back if I’m ever in the area. Staff polite and welcoming.

The hotel is centrally located and has easy connection to transport. The rooms are extremely small and replenishing bathroom supplies is sometimes hit and miss. However the staff are very helpful and friendly.
