Stayed 3 nights

We had 2 consecutive 3 night reservations. They couldn't manage to keep us in the same room for all 6 nights. First room was a shoebox. Second a bit bigger but with two double, not queen, beds---not that comfortable. Neither shower worked properly. Bathrooms not well designed---towel bars situated so towels hung over the toilet paper dispenser, light switch, soap dispenser. Pretty good breakfast which I'd only prepaid for the first reservation. I asked to be comp'd breakfast for the last 3 mornings, given all this, and they grudgingly gave me one free morning. Hardly a sign they value my business. This just isn't a 4 star place. And did I mention the rooms cost more than $400 per night.

Had a great weekend trip with family. Was celebrating kids birthday and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

I think this was a pretty good hotel with decent gym and a pool. The housekeeping was not great as they missed out on two out of three days to clean the room without reminders. The gym towels weren't replenished fast enough during peak hours. Aside from that no major complaints. Would consider staying here again if I visit Toronto.

The location of this hotel is great. Our room unfortunately, was not clean. There was dog pee on the carpet and our room was not cleaned by the time we had returned after a full day out (4pm) and had to ask at the front desk for it to be cleaned.
