Great location, central to most of the sites so very convenient. Staff was great as well. we did have a broken mini fridge in 2 rooms, which they did solve the last day we were there. we had a room on the second floor which pulled in cigarette smoke from the street pretty badly with the window open. There's a tourist locker on the other side of the street and one night we suffered through alarms there every 20 minutes the entire night. second room was on the next floor up and was much better.

A única coisa que salvou este hotel foi a localização! Os Funcionários são extremamente grossos e antipáticos! Optamos pelo hotel justamente porque no anúncio oferecia claramente a opção depósito de bagagens, já que seria necessário, pois somente deixaríamos Paris pela noite, porém, fomos surpreendidas na hora do check out com a informação de que não há espaços para deixar malas no hotel. Diante disso, perdemos horas do nosso dia de viagem tentando localizar um depósito de malas na cidade, um descaso total com os clientes, não recomendo.

let say it, it is not a beautiful hotel, it is old, the rooms are small, but it is very quite, the service is very kind and the position is excellent, and finally everything is there, lift, television, fridge. Depuis des années, je séjourne en hôtel pour mon travail. C'est la première fois que je suis déçu à ce point. Une seule prise de courant qui plus est dans le couloir. Aucune prise dans la salle d'eau, le sèche cheveux fonctionne 15 secondes et s'éteint. La télévision fonctionne en intermittence. Cet hôtel est sombre et demande à être rénové. Il ne devrait pas d'étoiles.

Otel lokasyon olarak çok güzeldi, eiffel e yürüyerek bikaç dk sürmüyor. Güvenli ve personel güler yüzlüydü. Bavullarımız çıkış saatinden sonra saatlerce otelde kaldı ve hiç sorun etmediler. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Recepcionista muito solícita e simpática, nos atendeu super bem! O hotel possui instalações simples, porém funcionais, o quarto estava limpo e muito bem aquecido! Possui frigobar, o que é um ponto muito positivo, visto que muitos hotéis de Paris não possuem. O café da manhã pode ser servido no quarto ou no buffet, por €9 p.p, achei justo o preço cobrado, opções triviais para um café da manhã de hotel, consideraria esta acomodação em outras viagens. O único ponto negativo é o tamanho do box do banheiro, é muito pequeno, pode ser desconfortável para pessoas grandes.

The hotel is very well located beside the Eiffel Tower although quite a walk from the metro. There wasn't any air conditioning which was a bit tough as the day temperature was 30C. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Well got classic room that looks nothing like pictures on websites, very small one bed that’s it, no place to put clothes like 4 hangers that’s it no shelves, safe did not work, fridge did not work told them on day one they never fixed it all week, no coffee or kettle in room, no soap dish in bathroom, ants! all over the floor in bathroom and on carpet in room! So with only one chair no place to put suitcase we could not even unpack! Also they did not tell us that room is right beside there patio! Our bedroom window is facing the patio so early morning and at night people talking and moving chairs snd tables loud! Every day! Also room was very cold at night heater did not work! Shower head fell off as I was getting soap out of my hair! Oh you also have to leave your room key every time you go out at front desk so you have to ask it back when oh come back, oh and if you sleep in they call snd wake you to ask if we want the cleaners to come in? No sign for door that says do not disturb! The only one thing about this place is the location is good that’s it!

Reception staff very welcome and accommodating. The room number 3 was ok, windows that open for a court yard that is used for smoking. Not very private, so you need to keep windows and curtains closed all day if you like some privacy. The room was not very clean, found hairs on the bed and stained towels in the toilet, very little amenities, specially for two. Breakfast I think it’s not worth having in the hotel, not very much interesting choices, very basic options, cheese, coffee, juice, bread, cereals, basically is all we get. Also the breakfast room is located in the basement and very small space. I definitely advise to go out and spend the 19 euros breakfast fee on the beautiful bakeries that have a not far from the hotels and with beautiful selections of fresh French food and plenty restaurants around that serve break fast. The location is good for transport and to go around the area with the Eiffel Tower just 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Läget är väldigt bra, finns mkt runtomkring och man bor väldigt nära Eiffeltornet. Det är väldigt lyhört på hotellet så du hör alla dina grannar ordagrannt. Om man står i duschen/badkaret med duschdraperiet för så droppar det ner vatten på golvet och det rinner ut i hallen på heltäckningsmattan, så sitt ner o duscha. Men troligtvis ett ganska fuktskadat hotell. Sängarna är hårda men det funkade bra. Personalen i receptionen var jätte trevliga. Hade varit skönt om rummet hade lite hyllor i garderoben så man kunde lägga upp sina saker. Bageriet bredvid hade fantastisk frukost. Vi valde att promenera till sevärdheter ca 2km till triumfbågen, Louvren osv

Cons - it is rather sad looking, I do feel the pictures online are deceiving. Our room rather resembled what - I imagine - a low security prison stay might feel like. Hard beds/pillows. Uncomfortable bedding, 0 touches inside that could easily make it feel friendlier or even pleasant. It felt institutional. Throw up some art, a duvet or two…

This hotel is well located and on a quiet street. It is an older hotel and the walls between the rooms are very thin. But the staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. This hotel is "no frills" but it was what we needed for our stay.

It was an excellent hotel with good service. It was close to the Eiffel Tower and Metro / Bus stop. A lot of shopping around it and restaurants. Very nice. A very tight space for the toilet. If you are a tall person, it may be a little difficult to use the toilet.

Location, location, location!! Dated hotel in the heart of Paris. Very convenient to metro station & minutes from the Eiffel Tower. We paid extra for a room with a view - worth every penny! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located beside the Eiffel Tower although quite a walk from the metro. There wasn't any air conditioning which was a bit tough as the day temperature was 30C. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The property is very close to the Eiffel tower. You are surrounded by little shops, cafes and restaurants. I felt safe there even at night. The staff was very nice and helped me plan my excursions. I would stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. Friendly helpful staff. The room was a little small, but was perfect for us as we were out and about a lot. Very close to the Eiffel tower and the subway system was within walking distance.

helt perfekt lokation, lige ved Eiffeltårnet og midt i et hyggeligt kvarter med masser af smukke franske caféer, forskellige restauranter og små butikker. Jeg har givet 4 stjerner pga der lugtede af røg i gangene, hotellets tilstand er lidt slidt, værelset var meget trængt, og da vi ankom til morgenmad var der ingen kaffe og kun 1 stk croissant til deling til 4 voksne. Morgenmad bestod desuden kun af tørre skiver baguette med marmelade samt cornflakes med mælk. Men pyt - der er kun 50 meter til flere vildt hyggelige caféer der er åben fra morgenstunden, og jeg kan varmt anbefale Braisserie Saint Dominique lige rundt om hjørnet. Hotellets personale er super venlige og søde. Jeg er vant til moderne hoteller, så ovenstående er bare min mening.

Reception staff very welcome and accommodating. The room number 3 was ok, windows that open for a court yard that is used for smoking. Not very private, so you need to keep windows and curtains closed all day if you like some privacy. The room was not very clean, found hairs on the bed and stained towels in the toilet, very little amenities, specially for two. Breakfast I think it’s not worth having in the hotel, not very much interesting choices, very basic options, cheese, coffee, juice, bread, cereals, basically is all we get. Also the breakfast room is located in the basement and very small space. I definitely advise to go out and spend the 19 euros breakfast fee on the beautiful bakeries that have a not far from the hotels and with beautiful selections of fresh French food and plenty restaurants around that serve break fast. The location is good for transport and to go around the area with the Eiffel Tower just 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Läget är väldigt bra, finns mkt runtomkring och man bor väldigt nära Eiffeltornet. Det är väldigt lyhört på hotellet så du hör alla dina grannar ordagrannt. Om man står i duschen/badkaret med duschdraperiet för så droppar det ner vatten på golvet och det rinner ut i hallen på heltäckningsmattan, så sitt ner o duscha. Men troligtvis ett ganska fuktskadat hotell. Sängarna är hårda men det funkade bra. Personalen i receptionen var jätte trevliga.
