Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean, especially for the price. Great location, right next to Montparnasse station.

Nettes kleines Pariser Hotel, direkt an der U-Bahn in Montparnasse gelegen, die Straße mit vielen Lokalen ist um die Ecke. Zum Flughafen geht der direkte Zug nur 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Nettes Zimmer, bequemes Bett mit angenehmer Matratze und ein sehr großes schönes modernisiertes Badezimmer mit Fenster. Alles sauber und sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Es un hotel cumplidor y nada más. Cuarto pequeño con un escritorio y armario. Cama cómoda eso eso, pero el baño es incómodo y se nota algo viejo. La limpieza diaria de la habitación es deficiente. No barren el piso y al hacer la cama solo acomodan las sabanas que incluso encontré papeles dentro (que eran míos). La ubicación no está mal y tienes una estación de metro a menos de 15 metros pero es una linea con pocas conexiones.

El hotel es antiguo, pero tiene baños y habitación reformados, con cama muy cómoda. Parada de metro nada mas salir (M13), y comercios y restaurantes cerca. Adecuada insonorización entre habitaciones; sin embargo, el pasillo sí se escucha mucho. Eso hizo que en nuestro ultimo dia el servicio de limpieza nos despertó a las 8:00 am con bastante ruido al limpiar el resto de habitaciones cercanas. Por lo demás bien para pasar un par de noches en Paris.

Leider wurden unsere Zimmer nicht, bzw. nur nach Aufforderung gereinigt.

Bonne réception. Chambre très propre . Mais un bruit d’eau dans les tuyaux de la chambre jusqu’en milieu de nuit nous a empêché de dormir . Très désagréable .

Very clean boutique hotel less than 5 minutes walk to train station. Friendly and helpful staff.

A small hotel as expected in Paris, our rooms were tastefully decorated and the bathroom in ours was very recently renovated and beautiful. We struggled with our stroller and luggage as the elevator was quite small but we managed. Breakfast left some desire and would recommend going to one of the restaurants in the area instead. Breakfast attendant acted put out by the fact that we were there and there wasn’t much for options. Overall a great stay but again would just not include breakfast at 12E pp.

We chose this hotel as it was a 3 minute walk to Montparnasse tgv station. So easy to get there in the morning to catch an early train. Despite being a Friday night and close to lots of bars and restaurants, we found it quiet and comfortable. Quite a small room and tiny 1 person elevator but this is fairly normal in Paris and easy to accomodate

WiFi didn’t work the first day which is a big deal traveling abroad. VIP included free drinks which were water, soda or OJ.

This hotel was close to the train station, which was important to us. Our room was very small, and the Wi-fi was not working when we stayed there.

Helt ok rom, til en billig penge. Rommet var lite, men hadde det en trengte. Litt hard seng, men behagelig puter og dyne. Det var veldig lytt mellom rommene. Veldig bra beliggenhet.

Hôtel rénové avec des salles de bains bien agencé et propre. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables.

The room was small but very comfortable and clean. It had all the necessary amenities including air conditioning. The only downside was the sound isolation. You can hear the sounds from the next room over.

The elevator was inconvenient but otherwise fine for a one night stay

Cliente régulière de cet hôtel, j’ai été très surprise et déçue d’apprendre la veille de mon arrivée que ma réservation (pourtant confirmée via Hotels.com) était annulée pour un soi-disant « imprévu », avec un transfert déjà organisé vers un autre établissement sans m’avoir demandé mon accord. Après vérification, les chambres restaient pourtant disponibles à la réservation sur la plateforme, ce qui rend l’explication donnée, peu crédible. Ce n’est qu’après un mail ferme et la production d’une capture d’écran que l’hôtel a finalement « trouvé une solution » et maintenu ma réservation initiale, dans une chambre située juste à côté de l'ascenseur et en face de l'escalier de secours : je n'ai quasiment pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit, en raison du bruit infernal causé par les autres clients lors de leur passage dans le couloir qui prologeait l'ascenseur. Je trouve la manière de procéder regrettable, voire méprisante, et le traitement des clients très "discutable". Un établissement de cette catégorie devrait faire preuve de davantage de professionnalisme et de respect vis-à-vis de ses clients, surtout lorsqu'ils sont réguliers comme moi et qu'ils lui occasionnent donc un bénéfice financier considerable. Je ne félicite guère le Manager de cet hôtel. Heureusement que l'équipe de réception, dont Hoa, Ivanka et les receptionnistes de nuit sont très sympathiques, que les chambres sont agréables et joliment décorées. Un devrait faire preuve de plus de transparence et de respect.

We had an excellent stay at the Arcadie Montparnasse over New Years Eve. Cant speak highly enough about the staff on reception. They were all really helpful and very friendly. Room was great. We had no issues with it at all, very clean and was perfect for what we needed. We only had breakfast on the first morning, as we left early on both other days to beat the queues at Notre Dame and the Louvre. But the breakfast was wonderful, and it set us up perfectly for the day ahead. Excellent little hotel. Is perfectly located to nearby trains which connect you to any part of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

I accidentally booked one week early and contacted them within 5 minutes of booking, asking to move the reservation to the date I actually needed it for, even being willing to pay any price difference. The hotel refused to do so.

Great stay! Everything was super convenient, lots of places to eat nearby and quite a few metro stops on different lines. Great vibes walking around the neighbourhood at night. Front desk staff were beyond friendly and super helpful with everything!

Os funcionários da recepção são rudes e muitas vezes mal educados… impacientes. Também não falam espanhol, diferente do que se diz no anúncio do hotel. O quarto é bem pequeno e o chuveiro não é bom. Eu não me hospedaria novamente.

Knus hotel, vriendelijk personeel, nette kamers, vlakbij tour en station Montparnasse. Bruisende wijk, om de hoek Rue Gaité met theaters en veel restaurantjes en aan de overkant een groot winkelcentrum. Cimitière Montparnasse en Jardin du Luxembourg zijn ook heel dichtbij.

Ótima localização , metro , trem etc.

Paris est toujours une ville magnifique. C’est une hôtel bien sympathique et bien situé.,les déplacements sont devant hôtel bus ou métro parisien. Le quartier Montparnasse est une excellente pour manger en plus on pourrait marché le boulevard de saint germain ou saint Michael a pied si on veut.

Struttura con ottima posizione, vicinissima alla stazione di Montparnasse e subito sopra la fermata della metro gaité. Nonostante questo, la stanza assegnata era molto silenziosa (dava sulla corte interna). Camera mini, una volta aperta la valigia non si passa più. Bagno abbastanza comodo. Colazione non sufficiente.

Un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel , très bien situé à côté de la gare et des restaurants. Personnel super accueillant , les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le petit déjeuner très copieux tout était parfait je recommande et j’y reviendrai ☺️Merci à vous Mme Moriceau

Bodde 1 uke på hotellet i august 2024.Ansatte i resepsjonen er smilende og behjelpelige med alle spørsmål.Hotellet er rent og ikke nedslitt,og det ligger veldig sentralt ift metro (Gaîté stasjon rett utom døra).Eneste minus er at frokosten ikke er verd prisen,men å få en fullverdig frokost i Frankrike er vanskelig uansett.Kom også en pussig borre-lyd ut av AC med ujevne mellomrom,som om noen brukte en drill i ett sekund av gangen.Merkelig,men ikke stort nok problem til at jeg klagde til resepsjonen (rom 22). Totalt sett et veldig bra og rimelig opphold.

Basic hotel, convenient to the montparnasse train station. 24-hour front desk and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, mediocre breakfast. No complaints.

The people are very kind and professional, property was very clean, and delicious breakfast.
