Chose this hotel for proximity to the main train station for our onward journey. Not as close to other options I previously stayed at but walk is doable and the hotel is in a nice, quiet and safe area. Not too many dining options nearby but found a good pub that served wholesome English food. Hotel was clean, staff very helpful, and room was standard for a family of 4. All in all, I'll stay here again as an option if I need to be near one of the train station hubs.

Room was great with air con and breakfast choices were really good, the tubes were a bit further than expected with young children on a hot day but still close enough

An awful stay that only lasted 10 hours. Ineffective air conditioning (warmer inside than out). Pestering staff who asked 5 times if I wanted to add breakfast despite explaining that we as a family were tired and just wanted to get to room. Insufficient control on elevators leaving long waits for many guests. No cold drinking water. No fridge. No coffee machine. Provisions (glasses etc) for 2 people in room rather than 4 as per booking.
