Hôtel de la Tour Eiffel

The hotel was nice and easy to get around the area of the Eiffel Tower. The A/C in our home wasn’t working property and dripped all night. We were lucky however for nice weather and having the window open was fine. Room was cleaned daily, sheets and fresh towels also replaced. Location is great for walking to the Eiffel Tower or grabbing a taxi, ride share or public transport. The big red bus tour also passes through this area.

Overall it was okay. I didn’t like that you have to give your key every time you leave the hotel and there is no do not disturb sign to leave on the door. We got cold since they leave the window open after cleaning and we got back late so the room was super cold and gave my husband issues when asked to him an extra blanket and then up the heat. After that no other issues and we got to use the extra blanket for the rest of the stay

Great little hotel that oozed charm and had facilities that worked better than some bigger hotels (eg. Water pressure in shower, air con). Small and compact but our adjoining rooms worked well. Friendly staff. Can’t fault anything. Recommended if you’re looking for a base for a short stay close to the Eiffel Tower.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, train station and all the restaurants. Rooms and bathrooms were small but met our needs. No refrigerator in the room for medication, but staff were extremely helpful to provide access to staff refrigerator.

Overall good hotel with nice location. Bad stuff was mold located at roof in bathroom. A/C didnt work as it should and extremlyhard beds with hole here and there.

The location was perfect! What I did not like is the photos leave you to believe that the exterior of the hotel, is that. It is not. It the end of the street. Also, the breakfast that is available is at a restaurant off site. We were disappointed that the hotel did not have one on site as we thought it was the other way around. Nice staff, clean, but very very small. Typical Parisian hotel where you leave the key with the front desk. The toilet paper was very scratchy and the soap and shampoo very small. Our last night we had an infestation of tiny ants all over the floor. but, had to get up so early for our flight that we did not let anyone downstairs know. We also booked a connecting room for our kids. the rooms were not connected. They were across a tiny hall. I did not like this very much, but thankfully I have teenagers. If they were small and in a completely separate room with another door and key I would not be happy. They didn't give me a hard time about decorating the door for my son's birthday which was nice. You couldn't beat the location.

Great hotel tucked away near the Eiffel Tower. Staff was super kind and let us store our luggage before AND after our stay. Well priced. Clean simple good rooms. Definitely the best affordable option for staying in the heart of Paris.

The location was great. Loved walking to everything in the area. I would consider this a 2 star property. A/C was broken but luckily we could crack open a window. We asked if they could fix it and was told to open a window.

Small rooms, the elevator didnt work the last day. Friendly staff. Conveniently located. The rooms need upgrading, same as the bathrooms. But the beds were small but confortable

The hotel was perfectly situated near the Eiffel tower within a short walk along which is an outstanding bakery. The rooms are but cozy, comfortable and very clean...shower pressure was a pure delight!! Staff very friendly!

Hôtel mal isolé. La fenêtre donnant sur une petite cour intérieure était restée ouverte après le passage du room service. Après leur intervention, nous avons constaté que les draps fournis étaient sales, avec des taches ressemblant à du sang. L’insonorisation entre les chambres est également très mauvaise. Le prix est élevé pour un établissement de cette qualité. Seul point possitif est l emplacement.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. When I got to my room, it was a nightmare. The cleanliness was below par, floor was disgusting and bed linens, and the bathroom had a moldy smell and was really unhygienic. The furniture looked outdated and in poor condition. The advertised pictures are totally misleading. Overall, my stay at the hotel was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, the room we got had mold in the shower. When we advise the front desk, they tried to tell us that they would clean it. We said it was not a matter of cleaning it, mold needs to be be removed and it would take more than that. They switched us to another room, where the AC was dripping water. Just a not ok experience.

Sadly this wasn’t great. The room couldn’t fit both me and my suitcase at the same time! Upon entering, I was hit with the smell of mold. The bedding was stained, the bathroom was covered in hair (of all types), the shower backed up and overflowed (front desk says “it’s ok, not your fault”. You think? The walls were dirty. Power plugs in the bathroom were over the 6’ mark, and the bathroom door was some DIY disaster. The location is great, and was very walkable to all the “must see” destinations. Staff was friendly even if the guy who checked me in didn’t know how to turn off the lights in my room (the switches didn’t work). Has the potential to be great, just needs to be cleaner.

The Hotel was clean but the bathroom had some mold. Also didn’t like the fact that we had to return the after we would step out.

This was probably the most expensive hotel we booked in Paris at $250 a night. The room was extremely small and had mold in some spots. There was ripped wallpaper and dents in the Sheetrock. Bathroom was barely big enough to fit 2 people and was fairly dirty on the ceiling. I don’t think these rooms have been touched (other than cleaning) in at least 10 years. Of the 4 hotels we stayed in while in Paris, this was by far the worst as well as being the smallest.

Location, location, location! This hotel is in a great location on a quiet street. It’s a no frills hotel- beds are comfortable enough and they do have AC but it’s very old and you will hear every noise and footstep from you neighbors. Fortunately, only 4 rooms per floor so there aren’t a lot of neighbors. Staff was helpful when asked but not friendly- like everyone we encountered in Paris. If you’re looking for a Marriott, this is not it but if you’re just looking for a good place to get some sleep, we found this hotel to be suitable.

Can’t beat this location for the price. Older property but had a great elevator. Stayed on the 5th floor and could see the top of the Eiffel Tower, which the kids loved.

Very nice hotel close to Eiffel Tower. Small rooms, of course, but they all are in this area. Easily accessible, friendly front desk staff (and allowed us to drop off our bags prior to check in). Supplied wine glasses for some in-room night caps! Quiet and with a balcony - a rare treat!!

Hotel tour Eiffel is a 2 star hotel in a really great area of Paris It is quiet and clean and walking distance to many sites Wonderful restaurants in the area However if you book a room there the double room is only big enough for one person Spring for the larger rooms in the front Tiny shower no drawers Bigger rooms may have more space Staff nice/great location

This was a very enjoyable stay as this hotel is walking distance to main attractions such as Eiffel Tower. Our only surprise was that the rooms and bathrooms were much smaller than as advertised in photos. It felt crowded for 2 people, but if you’re looking to just come and sleep after all day sightseeing, it is very convenient price wise, and distance wise. We were pleased with the staff and manager who are very friendly and accommodating. And a plus is that they have universal outlets in case you forgot to bring an adapter.

Room was small but clean and tidy. It is a comfortable place as a base for exploration. Easy walk to Eiffel tower. Wiod floor was damaged, could not close bathroom door.

While the location and staff were fantastic, the bathrooms are incredibly small - as in you cant close the door if you are on the toilet small. The beds were comfortable but the exposed pipes were noisy and HOT to the touch. Pick your poison lol.

I checked in and the receptionist was rude, the elevator was not working, once I walked up the four flights with two bags as my suitcase had to stay in the lobby until someone could fix the elevator. Once in my room, i noticed multiple stains on the bed sheet, once i flipped it over I noticed more stains. They tried to change my room, but it was dirty yet again. The receptionist actual gave me a tiny sheet and advised me to use it to sleep between the dirty ones. After this I am still fighting to get my money back because of course I could not stay there.

It is was possible to give 0 stars I would. DONT NOT STAY HERE I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE . They demand to leave the key before leaving the hotel, noticed they went thru our stuff (wife’s underwear) Not only that but their doors aren’t to proto call because I got stuck in their restroom , the lock wouldn’t open it took nearly 1 hr to break myself out nearly gasping for air. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE LOOK ELSE WHERE . I was not the only one with these issues, they have other reviews saying similar. Unfortunately we booked thru Expedia and which I didn’t see there reviews. After calling them out on why wife’s underwear was moved this guy in the video that’s the manager/owner pretends to be an employee and all he said was it is mandatory to go thru the room to “clean” when we clearly asked for our privacy. DO NOT STAY HERE . I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE . I’ve never done a review on a hotel but this one definitely deserves to close down the way they run their business. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel is in a good part of town. The room was comfortable but very small. Elevator is also very very small. Morning attendant did not want to unlock the door when it was time for us to check out and catch our Uber. This was a bit weird and unnerving. Easy walk to Eiffel Tower and many resturants.

The staff was not helpful or friendly. They spoke only basic English with a heavy eastern or middle eastern accent. We could not communicate effectively.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying here last week. The staff is amazing and willing to go the extra mile for anything you may need. We will definitely be back!

En arrivant, nous avons demandé un code pour rentrer tard. il nous a été répondu qu'il y avait toujours quelqu'un de présent pour ouvrir, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 1h du matin, nous avons dû attendre plus de 7mn dehors sans personne pour nous répondre, ni à l'interphone, ni au téléphone ... Dans notre chambre, le dessus de lit chaud avait été enlevé et nous n'avions qu'un tout petit plaid d'été sur le drap. Nous avons donc eu froid toute la nuit, avec le chauffage bruyant et peu efficace. De plus, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'une de nos valises avait subit un choc et était cassée ... Nous aurions pu attendre un geste commercial de la part des gérants, mais rien ... Nous n'y retournerons pas !!!

I’ve been around the world and as a very experienced traveler, I have to rate this hotel a 10. Was here for 8 days in a couples trip that included Paris and London. A bit pricey, rooms smaller than regular in the USA, but location alone you got your money’s worth. A 10 minutes walk or less from Eiffel Tower, pharmacy, markets, cafes, restaurants, laundry place 15 minutes walk from Invalides, metro stations, Concordia plaza 40 minutes walk from Arc of Triumph, Lafayette shopping, Louv Museum (You can get to those easy on metro too if don’t like to walk) All staff members smiled to me at some point or another and for me friendliness is something I value a lot. From the girl that does the room to the man in front counter all seemed friendly and helpful. We arrived first day early and my gf was sick from the long trip and they gave us an early check in (I did not asked for it) so she could get some rest. The day of check out they watched over our luggage after check out while my gf did some last minute shopping. They also arranged the taxi to the airport when we got back to hotel. Overall: small sized hotel, best location and friendly employees that worries about your needs and experience. A very good stay and if I go back to Paris this gonna be first hotel in my list to book again.

Excellent location at a good price. Tons of restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro and the boat docks for river cruises. And, of course, just a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower!

Excellent location close to the Eiffel Tower, shopping, dining and public transportation. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Smaller rooms/bath and lift, but to be expected in historic building. Updated bath and building still has charm. No breakfast or amenities to speak of but staff was available 24/7 and was very friendly and even was able to find us glasses for the room when we had a bottle of wine. Would definitely stay here again.

My Stay was terrific because the Hotel was Quiet at night and it did not stop me from Resting and Sleeping. The Hotel was near many places. Stores, Restaurants, Train Stations, Boats and the Eiffel Tower.

This was a great location for my family of four (two adults and two teens) to stay. We were given 2 rooms on the top floor which were connecting. This was great as we had two bathrooms. It is close to the Eiffel Tower but a little distant from other Paris attractions. There is a metro station close by and an RER line by the river(which was closed for repair). We often ate breakfast at one of the local boulangeries and dinner at nearby restaurants. Our favorites were La Fontaine de Mars and Les Bistrot des Fables. The desk staff were always helpful with our needs. And the rooms were clean but cramped. If you are planning on being out touring most of your time the room size is manageable. Also the had AC which was nice in the August heat.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION…Loved this quaint hotel. The Eiffel Tower and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are on the smaller side, but we were out most of the day and only came back to sleep. Very clean and quiet. Will come back again.

Quaint hotel itucked away in a busy section of Paris. Delightful Coffee and Pastry shop right down the street. Easy walk to restaurants,Harrods etc.

The hotel is clean well staffed and in a great, safe area. The rooms were clean but very small, not a problem if you just want to sleep, but just an FYI. The location of the hotel was very safe, close to the Eiffel Tower and lots of great places to eat. The staff were friendly.

Fue buena! Era una familiar ya que éramos 6 personas, cada habitación con su baño y cómoda muy cerca de la Torre Eiffel, Lo recomiendo. Lo único es que no hay desayuno pero cerca hay panaderías y muchos lugares para comer
