This was a very nice hotel in a great location. The lobby area is really fantastic. Staff were okay - could be friendlier, and the gym equipment (especially cardio) really needs to be upgraded and connected to the wifi. The rooms were good, but still felt a little older than the lobby.

I will start with positive- the woman who helped on last day deserves a raise. 2 electors/lifts down was running between 14-16th floor checking for guests to take them down service elevators - then carried my very heavy luggage down those crazy steps to ground floor- promote her! Great location, close to shopping Eurorail and all tube lines. friendly staff, temperature in rooms could have been better. I think it’s suppose to be hip modern hotel but was in business trip and maybe I am not that hip- the room did nothing for me. Curtains didn’t keep out light which when you take late train from Paris and do have option to sleep in- and can’t…. Finally- I was there on a weekend when unfortunately two of three lifts broke. My heart goes out to the staff!

Right smack at a really great location which was easy to find restaurants and things to do. Transportation via public transport was also really easy. We stayed here also due to the close vicinity of the St Pancras station for the Eurostar. It had an amazing gym with smith machine and also a really good restaurant at the lobby one of the best i ever tried. If I were visiting king’s cross again this is definitely my first choice.

Fredy, Antonella, Maria, Dennis and wish I could remember more names bc the staff at Pullman were so excellent. The rooms we very quiet and exceptionally clean. The gym was great for a hotel gym, and while I would have been happy if we were able to turn the heat up a lil’ more in the sauna, it was such a blessing to have a 6-or-more person sauna to use from 6am to 11pm every single day. Yes, I love the sauna and gym.

My husband and I stay at this hotel when we visit London. This was our first stay with our kids and it was fine. We had two rooms that fit 6 of us (3 kids, 3 adults) which worked out well. The staff is always friendly and there are plenty of food options around the area. Also took advantage of their gym (which was nice and clean) and we like that it is close to the train station.

What a wonderfully eclectic and creative space. From the outside a standard London hotel. But from the first greeting from the wonderful Concierge helping with my luggage, you are thereon constantly surprised by the vibrant colours and atmosphere of the lobby, reception and bar area. The front desk were lovely accommodating my request for a high floor with a City view. Later on, the Bat team were so genuinely willing to offer the best service. Room was good and had some great quirky additions to what would otherwise be a boringly bland hotel room. I'll be back for sure.

Overpriced, broken furniture and scruffy room decor. Service and breakfast were nice. However, it was a busy weekend and two of the three lifts were broken. Kind of ruined what should have been a lovely family weekend. Wish we had spent less money and stayed somewhere better value.

Booked this hotel as a base for an early Eurostar departure the next morning. Great location for St Pancras station - only a 5-10min walk. Staff were friendly & helpful, room was a decent size with comfortable beds. The restaurant & bar had a great buzzy vibe & the cocktails / food did not disappoint.

Fantastic location if catching the Eurostar. Also has heaps of food options close by. I marked the hotel down slightly as there was a bit of mould in the shower and I couldn’t get the aircon to be cool enough. You could open the window though which is a bonus. Very helpful and attentive staff. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The room was extremely outdated, with a clogged sink drain and a toilet that clearly hadn’t been flushed. The more I think about our stay, the more gross it feels. On top of that, none of the hair dryers worked — and I stayed here three separate times over the past month, with the same issue each time.

The hotel is tired, my room had a noisy AC and there was only 1 bottle of water in the room. Carpet was stained, and i booked a king but they gave me a double. Never again, expect so much more when paying extortionate amounts.

Love staying here - hotel staff are always friendly and professional, excellent service and lovely to see lots of different nationalities which adds to the relaxed and international feel. Facilities always excellent, gym very well equipped and restaurant for breakfast lovely. Only issue this time was the drain in my shower smelled - assumed it was perhaps because the room hadn't been used recently but was bad again in the morning. Told reception on check-out who apologised profusely and sent someone to sort it.

Very close to major transportation (King\'s Cross/St Pancras and Euston) which made getting around London easy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. On the downside, the "classic" rooms are very small (bathrooms are tiny) and the "air conditioning" was really just blowing the air around during a hot and sticky week in London (rooms are advertised as having AC). We did raise the AC issue with front desk and they provided a fan which helped a little. Though the area was very busy, we found our room to be quiet which helped with sleeping a little given the lack of proper AC.

I paid for a room that is supposed to have a king size bed. İnstead we got a small bed that barely fits 2 people and was not comfortable at all. The pillows, the mattress was far from comfy. The room was joint and you could hear everything that is talked in the next room. One night they came back at 4am and turned on the music and it was all in our room. No storage space, very little cupboard and very small room. The shower drain is not cleaned properly so if you decide to stay a bit longer in the shower, the water starts flowing on the bathroom floor. I am pregnant and that’s why i paid more than i usually do but this was nowhere near getting what you paid for.

The Pullman is in a former office block on the Euston Road. It's in a good location for connections to the three major train stations in the area. It's also close to the British Library and the British Museum. There are plenty of connections by Underground from Kings Cross/St Pancras station nearby.The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint is about loud noise/music in the late afternoon/early evening from somewhere nearby outside the hotel. The hotel's claim to be puzzled by this wasn't really convincing as it seems like a regular occurence. I was there early in the week and I suspect that this would be a more serious problem at the weekend. I didn't eat or drink at the hotel but the whole reception/bar/dining room area looks a mess with some sort of jungle themed decor. There didn't seem to be anywhere to have a quiet drink or meal.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome and valued, from the attentive doormen to Tyler on reception who upgraded us to a Deluxe King room and gave us a voucher for a free cocktail. The room was exceptional with everything that we might need. We would recommend the Pullman to anyone.

The entrance looks nice. Check in was unacceptably slow. Some areas such as corridors and some bits of the bathroom looked tired. The corridors also had a stale odour. The towels are very thin.

The staff was excellent and I was allowed to check in early due to an early international flight arrival. The room was clean and spacious and quiet despite the busy street below. Im from Brazil, and really enjoyed the stay with Pullman St Pancras, the location was great very close to Euston and St Pancras, King Cross Station. Dennis from the reception was the highlight of our stay, he manage to help and please us in every way and really made a difference on a vip treatment. Denis forever thankfull, you are such great person and very professional. Looking forward for the next day.

The hotel is conveniently situated from Kings cross and rooms were nice however found night staff extremely rude and intimidating. We returned to hotel after a night out and they started to question number of people staying in the rooms booked and would not let us go to our rooms. They were very threatening. It was made worse as i had my cards stolen in London then came back to be greeted by an obnoxious doorman.

The Pullman provided a very comfortable room for my short stay near Kings Cross train station. The staff was exceptionally helpful, including the reception managers and porters. This is a well run mid-level hotel with premium prices based on location. My only issue is the lack of clarity from the hotel about how to get to the front door. My taxi drove past it twice, unable to figure out how to get there legally and misled by the map app. This added over 30 minutes (on a fixed price) and caused me to miss an event.

Loved everything about this property. Two blocks from Euston Station with train service across England plus several Tube lines. Two blocks the other way is Kings Cross/St Pancras which has more Tube lines and a 2 hour train direct to Paris. Hop on, hop off bus access nearby. To say this is an excellent travel hub would be an understatement. The hotel itself is beautiful, an excellent bar and restaurant, nice large rooms, bathrobe and slippers, great customer service and economically priced to boot. Would never stay anywhere else but here when in London.

Tyler on reception was great and our experience started really well however the restaurant is terrible. Didn't prioritise us as guests and couldn't fit us in to eat before our theatre trip at 5pm so then we came back to try at 10.30pm to be told it was room service only. The room service menu after 10.30pm is limited to about 6 things which we ordered for the us and the children. We were told we then couldn't order until 11pm so we waited 25 minutes, ordered and then waited over an hour until 00.10 for the most disgusting food I've ever seen to arrive. It wasn't just cold, it was all stone cold. Waited another 25 minutes for a manager to call which didn't happen so we didn't touch it and went to bed very hungry and fed up. I would avoid, there are much much better hotels in London. Overpriced, tired and very poor service.

Very convenient for Eurostar. The interior design of the restaurant and lobby is inspired and a pleasure to experience. It made for an exciting start to our holiday. Surprisingly the restaurant food didn't match the interior. The dinner was average and the buffet breakfast sausage and bacon poor quality. We loved everything about the Pullman except for the food.

Hotel and room was good but the food delivered to the room was shockingly bad. I didn’t know it was possible to make an inedible Club Sandwich. Really really poor. Shame because it let the rest of the hotel down. I wouldn’t stay here again on the basis of the poor room service food.
