Perfect for our BST Hyde Park event, very short walk to and from event. Lovely and friendly reception staff who also arranged early check in. I would definitely book again

There is no restaurant There is no Room service We did not have a deluxe double room despite it was booked and confirmed moths ago and i notified them we would be late checking in. I have given the gotel chance to respond but honesty i dont think they care. The staff were good e
