Gli aspetti positivi: Camere non grandissime, ma adeguate e ben riscaldate; bagno in camera grande (non tutti sono finestrati, ma comunque con ottimo impianto di areazione); reception aperta H24 e con personale pronto a rispondere immediatamente ad eventuali esigenze; pulizie e cambio asciugamani giornalieri (anche se non era previsto); ottima posizione, centrale, ma tranquilla; letti molto comodi. Aspetti negativi: non c'è insonorizzazione tra le stanze; poco spazio per i bagagli; macchina caffè e distributore bibite nella hall non funzionante.

Ideal hotel for orthodox Jewish visitors to Paris. They provide a hot plate for shabbat, shabbat lamps, and are just in front of the Rue Buffault synagogue. Thank you another warm stay.

First of all, the place may or may not be under construction. There are holes in the wall where electrical work was done and not sealed. There is a room to the side of a sitting area filled with drop clothes and paint. The advertised courtyard has 2 tiny bistro tables and chairs with chipping paint. You can barely note you are outside. There is one elevator which fits only 2 people, and is filthy. The entire property needs to be updated. I seriously doubt that it meets any type of safety standards. The place offers absolutely nothing. We had to ask for tissues and toilet paper. They don't provide soap for handwashing. There are no refrigerators or safes in the room. I requested an iron and ironing board and was told I had to go to the lobby to use . Their idea of cleaning the room is emptying the trash can and replacing your bath towels.on our 4th day, they asked if they could skip cleaning since it was our last full day. We honestly tried to find another place but nothing was available nearby. The area had a lot of restaurants and cafes which was nice, but you will find that all over Paris, in much nicer locations. No I would not recommend this to a friend or an enemy !

Was there for 3 nights, what you typically expect for a Parisian Hotel, a bit small but did the job and had the basic amenities (No Fridge). Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Location is near a couple groceries stores and a lot of great restaurants. There’s a kitchen downstairs as well. Only odd thing was the key situation and returning it to the front desk if you ever leave.

Tout était parfait ! Tout particulièrement le monsieur à l'accueil qui est très agréable et serviable. Très pratique également de pouvoir laisser les bagages dans une pièce sécurisée.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Easy access to metro Cadet. Property was doing renovations so a bit loud in the mornings.

The breakfast menu was very good, but no breakfast was available on the Saturday. The air conditioning was not working, but as it was October, the room was a comfortable temperature. Had I not given instructions to the contrary, the staff would have changed my towels every day, which would have been totally unnecessary and bad for the environment. I would have appreciated having notices to hang on the door to indicate whether I wished my room to be cleaned or preferred not to be disturbed.

Diesen Hotel ist ok und gute Umgebung. Beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Nur unsere Zimmer Badezimmer Badewanne gab keine Schutz Rutsche Mat gab. So gefährlich, da musste ich Handtuch auf Badewanne ablegen zum duschen. Diesen Hotel ist uralt und Lift war so klein.

Staff make you leave your one room key with them when they leave. There is no “Do not disturb” sign provided and staff kept knocking at 9am despite requesting they do not do so. The room smelled musty. There were renovations taking place and loud construction began every day early in the morning. The staircase was always occupied with what looked like laundry bags. This was a bit rough.

Très bon accueil, la chambre est spacieuse et le lit confortable et c’est bien là l’essentiel. La salle de bain était propre sauf quelques cheveux sur la porte.

L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un coup de frais. Ma chambre (38) était calme mais le confort succint et les équipements vieillissants (prises pas clean, sèche cheveux sans puissance), et j’ai retrouvé des cheveux sur la serviette propre Hôtel très bien situé

The room was not cleaned! Stains on the bedding, hair and pubic hair ALL over the floor and bathroom. The extra roll of toilet paper had poop splatter on it. Everything was dusty, stains on the walls and baseboards, even the towels had stains on them. We asked the guy at the front desk if we could be moved to another room and he seemed disgruntled that I was asking. He said he'd have someone clean the room while we were out for the day and when we got back that night, nothing had been done. I ended up having to use one of the towels to clean up the floor and areas where all the hair was. I took several pictures and the white towel after wiping down the floor was black and completely covered in hair. It was disgusting and one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. They had a breakfast area downstairs, which was only open 2 of the 4 days we were there. On our last day checking out, we went down there to see what was being served, pretty much all bread items with some juice. The guy running the breakfast area knew I just checked out and he handed me a plastic baggy and said I could take some items to go. There wasn't a price listed anywhere and he made it seem clear that breakfast was included with the stay. I paid nearly $200 a night for a room that wasn't worth $40. After going back upstairs to leave, the front desk guy tried to stop me and said I owed them $15. I had 1 mini size muffin in my baggy. So I gave it back to them and walked out. Complete joke, dont stay here.

Our stay was terrible. Our room was dirty. There were hairs in our beds towels and pillows when we arrived. There was trashing the trash can in the bathroom and stains on the mattress as well as the curtains. We were told our room would be cleaned after we complained. They took out the trash but merely turned the pillows over as if we wouldn’t notice they were still dirty. There were also multiple spiders in the room. There were no additional rooms available. They brought us additional sheets so we could change them ourselves. The sheets they gave us had blood stains i b them it was disgusting. If we were able to find another hotel in Paris we would have left but nothing was available. We felt so dirty being i the room we could not sleep. We should be refunded our money. This place was gross and i would never recommend it to anyone.

Overall good stat but there were hairs found on the pillow.

Room floor had crumbs and a towel had hair on it. Area is fine and for the price the value is there.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but my room was very dated and very dark with only a window overlooking the interior opening of the hotel which was occupied by the ventilation systems.

Room was clean with parket flooring. No fridge or welcome tray or safety box. Staff are very polite.

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large by European standards. We had black hairs left on our bed sheets and on the floor in the bathroom. This wasn't that big of a deal. But, for us, the key situation was not our favorite. Our door only locked from the outside. There was tape over the door lock. And, you had to turn in your physical key every time you left the property. There is no safe in the room and because of the key situation, we did not feel comfortable leaving our valuables and passports in the room. The lift only held one person and one suitcase. There is no A/C in the rooms and it was near impossible for me to receive Internet/data service (Verizon International Plan) in my room. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, but beware that this is not a hotel room most Americans would be accustomed to.

Je recommande cet hôtel même si malgres ma remarque je n'ai pas eu de chauffage dans la chambre pendant 2 nuits.

Les draps étaient un peu sales et la chambre très bruyante : on entendait toutes les personnes passer dans l’escalier juste à côté de la chambre.

Prettig hotel met behulpzame en vriendelijke receptionisten. Prima gelegen t.o. openbaar vervoer en voldoende eetgelegenheid op loopafstand. Kamer was netjes, bed goed, goed sanitair en housekeeping was prima. Minpuntje was de gebrekkige wifi.

O quarto era adequado, as camas boas, porém o hotel em si um pouco antigo. As instalações do banheiro todas funcionando bem e bem espaçoso. Falta cofre no quarto. O destaque maior fica para o atendimento, todos da recepção foram extremamente simpáticos e auxiliaram em tudo que pedimos. Não solicitei café da manhã no hotel.

Accessible, but the staff is not very good at managing things and they made me pay twice for the buffet when I had already paid for it and they didn't want to let me leave. Accesible, pero el personal no lleva buena administración y me hicieron pagar 2 veces el buffet cuando ya lo había pagado y no me querían dejar ir.

Vous n’y retrouverez pas le luxe des grands hôtels, mais c’est largement compensé par la courtoisie et la gentillesse du personnel. On prend réellement soin de nous en tant que touristes : l’approche est personnelle et s’y sent particulièrement bien. Et que dire du déjeuner ! Grande variété de produits, bon, beau et pas cher comparé aux menus des restaurants. Si vous désirez vivre l’expérience Paris loin des grands hôtels au service impersonnel, l’hôtel Touring est une option intéressante.

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage, Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele schöne Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer nett und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Don't normally post reviews but felt obligated as I booked this hotel solely on the reviews as expedia rated as an Excellent , To begin with the location is terrible, I think there is a school or something in front of this so the entire street is gated.. To get to this place the Uber / taxi will drop you at the end of street & u have to walk with luggage et al & wait in an open street.. We had a 9.00 am flight & had to leave the premise at 5.00 am.. to our bad luck it started drizzling in the freezing cold for 8 mts for uber.. Next this place is a joke looks & feels like a backpackers joint with soiled carpets common kitchen where stuff is not clean & fill your own drinking water from the taps. Was longing for a hot cup of coffee again the machines are just for display none operational & very dirty.. This is an old place with a pathetic attempt to renovate.. All u see clearly is a coat of paint on the shabby doors / walls, no electronic room card entry just a key attached to a brick.. I can go on fortunately we were there for 1 night.. stayed in a boutique hotel a week earlier before our cruise from marseilles that was so much better.. hoping the mgmnt improves conditions or at least can respond if I said anything untrue,.. one thing i must mention if there is a silver lining is that the night clerk Antoine ( Anthony ) was very helpful & a real pleasant personality that made our stay somewhat bearable.. Never ever go by false reviews just book a holiday Inn /Ibis or simila

OK - this hotel is not fancy but clean and the AC worked well. its just north of opera and near bars and restaurants. The street is private and if you need parking there are some garages nearby; we were able to find free street parking. Hotel a little dated, but good value for budget conscious travel in Paris.

This was the perfect little hotel.Not fancy but the a/c worked great and it was clean! On a nice and quiet side street. Everything we needed was a block away, the metro and bus, a grocery, buolangerie and many cafes. The desk staff was very friendly and spoke great English. In addition we had a breakfast option at the hotel but we did not take advantage of it. We would definitely stay again.

Great location for both public transport and walking to some of the sights, plus easy access to airport. Good, clean hotel. Room was a little tight for 3 but we were only resting our heads so it did the job

Hotel Touring in Rue Buffault is highly recommended. I have stayed here several times and keep coming back. The hotel has nice rooms with good bathrooms. The hotel is within walking distance of Gard de Nord. It is quiet and peaceful and is located on a street with no traffic. For a walker like me, the hotel is centrally located - walking distance to most attractions - and if it rains a little, you can just stroll through the Passages down towards the Seine and Notre Dame. The staff takes care of you in the best way both upon arrival and ensures that you have a good and pleasant stay in the city. A good breakfast is served in the breakfast room and in the streets around the hotel you will find cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget.

Clean, safe, and convenient place to stay! Very close to Metro and bus stations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than other rooms of same type in Paris, which was a nice surprise. It was a bit tricky to figure out the heating in the room and there is not much soundproofing, but these were not big issues. Would recommend staying here!

The property was conveniently located, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The hallway carpets need replacement. The hotel is also dated although functional.

Petit hôtel de quartier comme on les aime: il a l’air simple, modeste, mais la qualité de service et la gentillesse de l’accueil sont au rendez-vous. Quand il vous remet la clé de votre chambre, Gilles vous met à l’aise: il se mettrait en quatre pour que votre séjour soit conforme à ce que vous espérez, et même mieux que ça! Et en prime, le petit déjeuner est un délice.

Idéalement placé, hotel propre, personnel accueillant Un vrai regret toutefois de na pas avoir été informés avant le séjour que le petit déjeuner n'était pas servi le dimanche....

Tout nous a plu . L'emplacement, l'ensemble de l'hotel, l'accueil , la petite cuisine à disposition, la chambre cosy, spacieuse , la tranquillité, la propreté. L'ensemble du personnel à l'accueil ,au petit dejeuner est courtois et agreable. Très bon petit dejeuner copieux . On se sent comme chez soi. Nous reviendrons!

La chambre etait bien (confort et propreté). Mais le petit-déjeuner pas du tout à la hauteur : pour 15 euros, une seule viennoiserie proposée, réchauffée qui plus est comme le pain mis à disposition. Le début de service à 7h30 est bien tardif quand on doit commencer à travailler à 8h30 et qu'on doit effectuer un trajet de 30 minutes pour se rendre sur les lieux. Bien déçu.
