We had a very nice stay here as always. Rooms was of a very good size and extremely comfortable - only negative was that the room was on the lower ground floor directly beneath the library which was very noisy every time someone walked above so we were woken up very early. Apart form that it was lovely.

The location was perfect. Quiet, near Harrods and Hyde Park, and we had a well apointed room. I gave it 4 stars as the elevator was out of service while we were there. Fortunately we were on the 2nd Floor.

A disappointment. Luxury Room was smaller than expected and so poorly lit that it felt dingy, almost depressing. Climate control was 'locked' so any adjustment had to be via the front desk (the room was unpleasantly warm on arrival). The absence of a small in-room kettle/tea/coffee was odd. Staff advised that the drawing room/eating areas become congested so we felt a bit of an inconvenience. On the plus side, the decor is great and the bed was very comfortable (in contrast to the room chairs). Wifi and digital access were good. Minibar had some reassuringly good stuff in it although we chose not to indulge.

As always, the Knightsbridge was excellent in every way. The staff - friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms, both public and bedrooms, are exquisite little works of art, while still being so comfortable and cosy you don’t want to leave!

The firmdale hotels chain is one of my favorite chain of hotels, I stayed in almost all their hotels in London and one of their properties in New York . Unfortunately this time we were given a room in the basement and they put the blame on our reservation being made through Expedia, the room is nice except the bathroom had a bath tub which was very high , and you can injure yourself getting in and out. Once I told them about the issue they said we have other room with a walk in shower? But since day one we were told we will try to accommodate your request but without getting back at us. I didn’t like the service and made sure to tell them. Once again i complain because I do like the hotel, but didn’t like the service this time.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom stayed warm and comforting so you never had to walk into a cold bathroom. The shower was very good. I was upgraded to a larger room. I truly enjoyed my stay and I look forward to going again.

Lovely hotel and service, but unfortunately they use dated/uncomfortable feather pillows that can't hold your head properly so your head ends up against the mattress and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Neither I or my partner got more than 4 hours sleep a night because of this. We asked at the reception desk each day if they had any firm pillows. On the first day they gave us some foam pillows (the ones they must have for hypoallergenic people) and these were equally poor quality and terrible to sleep on. The other days they simply said no. For the price they charge I would absolutely expect them to have a "pillow menu" for guests to choose from. Even Premier Inn offer this service nowadays.

great room, great staff, great breakfast experience. My only complaint was they put me on one of the below-street-level rooms. Windows do not open (which is a must for me) but they quickly offered me a 3rd floor room which was great.

The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding - fresh fruits and a variety of cooked to order choices were all beautifully prepared. Our room was smallish but very tastefully decorated, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. This hotel is on a quiet street close to Harrod’s, Harvey Nichols and other high-end shops, and easy walking distance to museums and South Kensington.

This hotel is perfect! Everything is designed by Kit Kemp and the rooms are amazing! Comfortable beds, plenty of outlets, beautiful fabrics, quiet street with easy access to Knightsbridge and Harrod’s. The staff is charming and bends over backward! I would stay here again without any hesitation!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are amazing and location hard to beat. Got 2 rooms for a family of 5 and was perfect. Staff helped us with transportation and the English Breakfast was spot on.

great room, great staff, great breakfast experience. My only complaint was they put me on one of the below-street-level rooms. Windows do not open (which is a must for me) but they quickly offered me a 3rd floor room which was great.

this is a wonderful boutique hotel and a beautiful section of town rooms were large and comfortable. Bathroom and showers were excellent. Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious all in all a wonderful experience.

Exceptional staff at The Knightsbridge Hotel went out of their way to make us comfortable, including a complimentary continental breakfast when we arrived from our international flight before check-in time. Love this place! I have stayed twice now and I don’t think I will stay anywhere else. I’ve stayed at other hotels in London and just love how quiet and set aside this one is. The breakfast is delicious and the aesthetic and ambiance is perfect. The staff is wonderful and they give you a little gift in your room a candle or pillow spray with a hand written welcome note.

Our check in was easy and everyone was friendly, as well as helpful. The lobby, is beautiful and fun, and is more like a living room, than a lobby. Breakfast was delicious with pastries, fresh fruit and juices, as well as a hot breakfast menu. Plan plenty of time if you’re ordering off the menu
