Fantastic hotel. Everyone was so friendly. Great view! Perfect way to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday (wonderful touch with the bottle of sparkling wine, cookies and the balloon). My boys loved the pool.

Lovely greeting with very attentive door staff, check in was simple with a welcome glass of sparkling wine. Rooms were very comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the Bar too with its stunning views. Would have been nice to be able to access some snacks or food in the bar a little later in the evening.

Excellent location, walking distance from waterloo and Westminster tube. Our room overlooked parliament. Indoor Pool and gym was clean and modern. Free WiFi. Staff friendly and went out of their way to help. Nespresso machine and tea facilities in room, Everything we needed in. Will be back

We had a wonderful stay in the Marriott Couynty Hall and highly recommend it to others. The location is outstanding right beside the London eye and all main attractions. The service and standard of the hotel amenities is excellent and my family loved the pool.We were disappopinnted the sauna and steam room were not available due to construction work but overall a fantastic place to stay.

It was a good hotel. At first the hot water did not come out, but then later on it did and there were no issues after that. The location is amazing. The staff was nice. Wish they had more food options at the executive lounge though.

Location for tourism is ideal and yet you don't get the noise from the attractions outside which I was a little worried about. They have a nice pool although limit the hours that kids can use. We had a "family room" which just meant two queen beds which was fine but a little snug for a family of four.

Location is perfect. Waking up with Sound of Big Ben was very nice. Good bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Good walking distance to public transportation. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. We will come back. Guests from UK and Switzerland.

The cleanliness of the room was appalling for a five star hotel. Our first room was dirty with unknown debris on the toilet. We asked for a different room only for the front desk to try and sell me a more expensive room stating no equivalent was available and that we can wait to have to room cleaned. After much discussion, an equivalent room suddenly became available. Then day by day we were left w poor services with rooms poorly cleaned and minimal towel replacement. They even rehung a stained towel and robe that we had placed on the ground for replacement. The floor also had construction which we were not notified of at all with loose nails on the floor that we alerted the construction staff to without much action taken. I dont usually stay at a Marriott in the US and I will make sure I avoid staying at a Marriot internationally for this reason.

The hotel is amazing, staff could not be more helpful, hotel kept beautifully and breakfast was perfect! The room was spotlessly clean, decor was perfect and bath products smelt amazing, however as a family of 4 we all found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable, therefore we did not sleep well, woke the next day all exhausted and this was so disappointing. This did impact on our next day in London as we all felt so tired we actually cut our day short. The hotel was lovely but unfortunately we would not stay again due to bed comfort.

The Marriott County Hall is a great hotel located next to the London Eye and just steps from Big Ben. I have there twice and highly recommend. Prices are great, staff is very friendly, and rooms are spacious. Great for families too!

Fantastic old building with character and charm. Very nicely decorated with London wallpaper etc. very large room overlooking the London Eye and river yet extremely quiet. The staff were amazing. So attentive. The Christmas decorations made us feel very festive. Absolutely loved it, made our trip even better. Will stay again and highly recommend.

My family fell in love with this hotel. From checking in to checking out it was phenomenal. Tavin was wonderful assisting my family. The staff took our bags and they were in our rooms upon arrival back to the hotel. Our room had a view of the Thames, Big Ben, Parliament, and London Eye. My sons love The Grand in Fairhope, AL but this has topped the list.

The staff went above and beyond for us. This was a bucket list trip for my youngest daughter who is terminally ill with Leukemia. Coming to London was a dream come true and having a warm and family like staff to make her feel special was so comforting to us all. We loved everyone especially the front desk manager. She was our favorite.

The location is amazing, walking distance to the Big Ben Tour, the parliament and the Westminster Abady, I didn´t like that when you arrive, they try to sell you more, also the Concierge did not give us the best recomendations on how to spend our time, you call the Bell boys to pick up the luggage and 30 minutes later we had to get our own bags downstairs.

Despite the protest and the rail strike, we had a great time and made the best of it. The staff at the Marriott was friendly, so helpful, so kind and genuine. They made the stay exceptional. Elena at the Gilray was amazing.

The Marriott County Hall is a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Right on the river Thames, and at the Westminster bridge, it is centrally located to the tube, London Eye, a short walk to the West End for theaters and wonderful restaurants! And the staff was super!

The property is very nice and clean. The bellmen are amazing and are so helpful. We ate at Gillrays twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfast was excellent, although the bill was incorrect, the dinner was not good. Both food and service were lacking, skip for dinner.

We enjoyed the room and services provided by the staff. But the breakfast was very disappointing including dry and floury cake, super salty and undercooked bacon… Then our travel case got some indentation probably when the staff transported it. After our complaints, the manager helped us to book a taxi (we paid for it) when we leave as an apology.
