Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war hervorragend, absolut empfehlenswert!! Beim Frühstück gab es keinen Scheibenkäse, das fand ich sehr schade, ansonsten aber auch sehr gut und vielfältig! Saubere Zimmer, tolle Bar auf der Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick auf den Eiffelturm. U-Bahn Station wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

The room we stayed in was spacious and we loved the water machine in the hallway where we could get fresh sparkling or still water! The rooftop bar had excellent cocktails and views. We enjoyed the coffee shop connected to the lobby, as well. Close to a few metro stops but we mostly walked everywhere. It was a lovely hotel!

Wir sind als Familie insgesamt vier Nächte geblieben. Angereist sind wir mit dem PKW und mussten erst nach der Einfahrt der Tiefgarage fragen, da die eigentliche Einfahrt umgebaut wird. Das ging aber flott, sodass wir in die angeschlossene Tiefgarage des Hotels parken konnten. Zimmer waren ausreichend groß für drei Personen. Super war die Minibsr, die täglich mit Getränken aufgefüllt worden ist. So konnte man man nach dem Sightseeing erst in Ruhe was Kaltes im Zimmer trinken. Die Bar ist eine Macht, ein absolut schöner über die Stadt und auf den Eifelturm. Hat aber auch seinen Preis, was in Paris aber nicht ungewöhnlich ist. In Summe sehr zu empfehlen, preislich OK.

Guy was exceptional and his care made it worthwhile to stay at the Novotel Rue de Vaugirard. The closing of the local Metro was inconvenient. Elevators were not working regularly. Thermostat broke once in upgraded room (electrical short circuit) and locked out of thermostat in initial room.

The rooms are fine, and the view from the hotel rooftop for the Eiffel Tower is great. We enjoyed the breakfast, but we felt the staff in the reception were arrogant and not interested in helping us out. Our room was not ready when it was supposed to be, and no one came to tell us when it was ready while we were waiting for it to be ready for us.

I would recommend this hotel. It was conveniently located close to the metro & buses. Had supermarkets and shops close by. The hotel rooftop has great views of the Eiffel tower.

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de bar op de eiffeltoren. Vanuit onze kamer konden we nog net de top zien! Prima kamer. Fijn dat het toilet los zit van de badkamer. Badkamer had enkel wel wat schimmel(?) en een kraan vol kalk. Verder echt een fijne kamer. Heerlijke rituals badschuim ook!

Front desk staff were very rude. After checking in, I stopped by to let them know that my room was made for two people and not four, as listed in the reservation. No apology or anything just an annoyed response that they would get it done. Came back to the room a couple hours later, the couch was converted to sleep two additional people, however no additional towels or cups were provided. The room overall was not in a four star state. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, and black mold in the corners of the shower. The hallway area on our floor had a very strong smell of bleach and feces, disgusting! The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the restaurant staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the value for the rate charged is not there. Front desk needs to seriously improve on customer service skills.

Var her for en langhelg i mars, fin beliggenhet og nærområde. Metroen er nærme. Det står at hotellet ble renovert i 2021 men det virker som det kun var fasaden. Rommet var ikke renslig, det var flekker på gulvet og badet var slitt. Toalettet og badet var adskilt som var litt upraktisk. Restauranten hadde god frokost, men ville ikke anbefalt å spise middag her da maten ikke var særlig god. Utover dette var personalet veldig hyggelig. Jeg tror ikke jeg ville bodd her igjen på grunn av rensligheten.

While the property is nice and the breakfast was quite good, the hotel restaurant had a limited menu and also served as the in-room menu exclusively, which was disappointing. Finding the hotel was a challenge as the entrance is prominently branded with the restaurant name and the word “Novotel” appearing behind plants or in very small font size making it unclear that it is, in fact, the hotel. The “executive suites” are converted former conference rooms. The view was amazing; however, our room had the distinct odor of sewer gas emanating from somewhere (despite the bathroom doors being closed), requiring the balcony door to be opened throughout the day and night. Unlikely to return.

PROS:Excellent hotel, great location, safe place (in front of a Police statio), near many stores, restaurants/bars, metro station. But police station at night may become noisy. CONS:There is zero option to get a slightly earlier check-in there. and for a reason hard to understand, the AIR CONDITIONED is set centrally by the hotel. The control in the room only allows you to raise the temp, never to lower it. In summary: we spent 3 nights complaining of feeling hot, and the summer heat was only about to start. I can't imagine staying there late July to early September. When checking out, a couple more clients were at the front desk asking what was wrong with the air conditioning.

This property has one major flaw, NO Air Conditioning. They advertise it having AC, but in no way is it actually AC. Read other’s reviews, they say the same thing. Never were we able to get our room temperature below 82-85 degrees Fahrenheit. They sent two different technicians on two separate days and it was the same lies, “it will cool down soon you just checked in and turned it ON.” Or “we turned the hotels AC down to a cooler temperature and now your rooms air will be colder as well.” Lies, lies, lies. Same story different day, again read other person’s reviews. To pay $500 a night and not have AC, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, but here. I’m a pilot for the airlines and fly all over the world. My company puts us in Novotel hotels all over Europe, they would never approve this hotel based on the AC not working properly. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. However, it can’t make up for the miserable experience with the AC not working and 90 degree temps outside.

Not impressed with the hotel room for the price paid. Family room was very small and with very bad lighting. No proper ceiling lamp. The location of the hotel was perfect though. All staff were nice and helpful. Delicious coffee in the place downstairs and also very tasty food in the hotel restaurant.

We stayed 6 nights. Place was mostly close to where we wanted to go for touristy attraction. Close to catch the Metro. We requested a fan several times since the a/c wasn’t operational in our room the time of our stay. Our request were acknowledged but never fulfilled for it. Overall, decent place to stay.

The room looked nice but was a bit dark; we would’ve appreciated a bit more lightning. The room was a bit cozy for a family of four but we liked the trundle bed for the kids. The bar at the top floor was nice for relaxing and watching the Eiffel Tower.

Overall a terrible experience. First of all it has 1 star too many. The quality of common areas, service, food, etc is way below the european 4-star-mark seen in almost every country in Europe. Ando also pricewise. Never pay more than one hunded euros a night to be in this hotel. It's not worth it. Second - One day I had to withstand drilling and hammering for many hours while I was resting in my room. When I complained to reception, their answer was: "it's legal. We are doing it in legal hours". So that means I'm paying almost three hundred euros a night for hearing drilling and hammering? Not a single apology, not a single compensation for the damaged caused. Unbelievable. Third - In order to get a city tax invoice emailed I had to send more than four emails to the hotel plus contacting them through my travel agent. The only positive side? The housemaids were very kind. As I said, not worth staying at this hotel at all.

The service from the staff at the reception desk was excellent. All staff members we encountered were very polite and helpful. The hotel location is great for travelling via Metro into Central Paris. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in 25 minutes from the hotel.

I was overcharged for taxes and charged for breakfast we never had. I’ve been emailing to get things straight and they have yet to credit my card. I attempted to tell the attendant I had already paid and I was dismissed and told I owed MORE taxes. I’m forced to make a claim with my credit card company.

Hospedagem razoável, porém região não é turística. Apesar de ter metrô próximo, é necessário fazer baldeações para chegar aos pontos turísticos. Região com poucas opções de restaurantes, contudo há um restaurante no hotel e um bar no rooftop que não experimentamos para podermos opinar. Banheiro precisa de renovação. O que ficamos tinha banheira mas sem acessibilidade. Para crianças e idosos com dificuldade de locomoção, não é seguro. Bom café da manhã, porém são as mesmas opções todos os dias.

The food was not to the standard I expect to be with the Novotel name, this let down the hotel other good stuffs. During breakfast not enough plates waiting for a while, food not re filled quick enough empty dishes. The same with bread/ pastry counter. Poor service.

Great breakfast, helpful and friendly front desk staff. The family room was a good size and the sofa bed was big enough for our 9 and 12 year olds to comfortably share.
