Very very long walk to end of airport. Very very small pool of lukewarm water, not a hot tub. Super expensive breakfast. Charged for minibar which I didn't use, had to many many calls to get money back. Room was nice. Nice gym.

Great stay for a layover. In the airport and great customer service. We were travelling with dogs, and the staff were very helpful and provided all types of amenities and treats for the dogs. Vey clean and comfortable room with a coffee and bar amenities provided. The hotel has a 24/7 convenient shop with lots of good stuff, you will need a credit card to purchase.

Everything was perfect! The hotel and room were very clean. The food was amazing. Getting from the airport to the hotel was all undercover and about a 7 minute walk. The executive room with lounge access was superb and the complimentary food and drinks from 5-7pm were fantastic. The staff are brilliant especially in the lounge area. Very easy access to the centre of Amsterdam. The only negative is that someone had set the alarm clock for 05.30 and we didn’t need to be out if the hotel until 11.30 so it was an early start…..if you stay here, check your alarm clock in your room.

The hotel is physically handsome but our bathroom sink would not drain (you would think the housekeeper would notice this) and the bar in the closet collapsed when I hung just one sweater on it. It made quite a clatter as all the clothes hangers crashed down! I think Hilton can do better.

I stay at this hotel prior to flying home with an early flight. It is walkable from the train station. The design is gorgeous. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. When you book a room with 3 persons they will give you a larger room with a comfortable pull out couch made up prior to arrival. Their breakfast gives many options, the most I have seen in the Netherlands.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful - especially the lighting inside at night. Staff were lovely - especially the manager who did try his best to get the temperature issue sorted. However, the walk from the airport was very long with children, which is not how the advertisement made it look or sound. Also, the temperature could not be adjusted (it allows it to move by three degrees, but didn’t actually change the temp and registered temp number never changed), so we were VERY hot because temperature was set at heat on 21.9°C!! All food within the hotel was prohibitively expensive (sandwich €25 type expensive). So for families with children, it was not affordable. We got one kids salad €5, (which was a few pieces of lettuce and cucumbers, a couple of mozzarella pearls, and a couple of grape tomatoes), and a pizza for €12 which we were told by room service staff answering phone would be 18 inches. It was not even 8 inches!! Plus they charged €8 for a service fee to deliver the food and wouldn’t allow the option of us walking downstairs and collecting the food to not be charged. TV didn’t work properly - even after manager came to our room to try to fix it and the temperature issues. The room had a foldout bed for our third person, but it wouldn’t lay flat and springs could easily be felt through the thin mattress. We would never stay here again, and do NOT recommend it for families - especially on a budget. For nearly $300 for one night, I was sorely disappointed.

Air conditioner did not work. Non standard air conditioner control. Only had 0.5, 1, 2,3 degrees centigrade as control. Room temperature was stubborn at 23.5 degrees. Other than that Room was super clean. Breakfast was very good. Access to airport was easy.

The Airport Hilton Schiphol Hotel is a beautiful, modern facility that is perfect for travelers who are arriving and leaving from Amsterdam airport. The rooms are first class and beautiful, with airport views. There is a in -room small refrigerator, a coffee maker, and good quality soaps and creams in the bathroom. There is also a large desk for business work in the room if needed. It is connected to the main terminal directly via a walkway, so you can move to and from the airport terminal easily without hiring transport. There are numerous luggage carts at the front entrance of the hotel that are no charge to use to carry large bags to and from the terminal. I was there for a one-night stay before my departing early flight, and while I did not visit the lobby bar or restaurant, I did order simple food from room service, and it arrived quickly and was hot and well made. When I return to Amsterdam, I will book this hotel again without hesitation.

Hilton er dessverre ikke et hotell jeg ser for meg å komme tilbake til. Rommene er fine, og badekaret er absolutt noe man kan glede seg til. Dessverre trekker kvaliteten på renholdet ned helhetsinntrykket. Det manglet både toalettbørste og nødvendige toalettartikler, samt morgenkåpe og tøfler. På rommet var det kun pulverkaffe tilgjengelig, noe som også trekker ned – et hotell i denne klassen burde investere i en liten espressomaskin. Frokosten var derimot nydelig, med stort og variert utvalg.

Extra charges for an early arrival was extremely out of normal as the hotel directly next door, The Sheraton Schipol has never charged me an early arrival fee. Very disappointed and was not disclosed at the time of my booking. I am a member of the Hilton loyalty club and they still charged the fee... i travel regularly to amsterdam, but will be sure never to stay at the Hilton Schipol again

Hotel was convenient to airport. Unfortunately our flight was delayed. Most hotels will store luggage for a bit to help with the inconvenience. Hilton couldn’t help us because we didn’t have a reservation that night. Personally I thought that was pretty crappy.

Poor service in the restaurant. We ordered cocktails, first and second course. It all came out at the same time. I complained and was told that the kitchen help wanted to go home. It was an hour before closing. I also am disappointed that to access WiFi I had to sign up for a Hilton Honors account. I will not stay at a Hilton hotel again.

We had called ahead saying we needed an early check in due to having a broken foot and just flying from the US. We had to wait many hours with very little help from the front desk staff. They watched me struggle to push my girlfriend’s wheelchair along with our baggage cart by myself until I finally said, “would you please help us??”. Seemed odd that they watched, did nothing, and I had to ask before they would help. The room was terrible. The bed was hard as a rock. It was stuffy and hard to breathe. The shower did not drain properly, leaving the entire bathroom floor and many of our belongings soaked. Never staying here again. And I would advise against anyone else staying there. Oh, and there was the racist remark about the Turkish taxi drivers to my girlfriend, who is Turkish. It may have been covert in the way it was said, but as two people who are educated in behavioral analysis, we knew what they meant.

At check in we were given keys which did not work. We went back down they recharged the keys and it worked but we woke up someone sleeping! Went back down, they apologized profusely and give us a voucher saying we could order anything from the bar. In our room, the curtains did not close completely. Fortunately we had clothes pins with us and solved the problem. Curtains had black marks left from previous guests who used black tape to close them. We stayed at the same hotel 3 weeks prior and had concerns. Beds were comfortable and clean. Location is very good if you do not mind the 10min indoor walk once in Schiphol terminal.

A convenient option at Amsterdam Airport. Not quite as close to the terminal as the Sheraton, but still an easy undercover walk. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious and exactly as it looked in photos. We were disappointed with the service and the extra fees - specifically being asked to pay EUR50 for an early check in (12.30pm, so not really that early) when our room was ready. Not something I have ever found at another Hilton or comparable hotel.

Für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen Schiphol eine empfehlenswerte Adresse. Das Hotel ist interessant designt mit einer netten Bar im riesigen Atrium. Der Weg zum Terminal ist schon relativ weit, aber generell muss man am AMS lange Wege gehen. Der Preis ist für ein Standardhotel schon ziemlich hoch.

If you are trying to be located as conveniently as possible to the airport, book the Sheraton. This Hilton is a 7-8 minute walk but the Sheraton is diirectly connected. I wish I had known that. The bed was comfortable and the shower is huge. They provided us 2 bottles of water but they had caps that required a bottle opener and there was no bottle opener. Kind of weird, had to drink warm tap water but we will live. It's just ok basically but not great.

Very clean and organized. The biggest surprise was the restaurant. We had some of the best meals of our vacation here. Dinner was top restaurant quality! And the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very unexpected but totally appreciated.

We stayed here the night before our travel from AMS. Was definitely convenient as it’s literally connected to the airport. Room was comfortable, clean, wonderful shower. Restaurant was good with wide variety of choices, albeit pricey (100 for two people). Biggest issue was that the TV was not functioning due to a loose cable. Problem was resolved but it took 3 calls and 35 minutes.
