Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We arrived early for check in and they found a room ready for us within a few minutes so we could get straight in and settled in. Aircon was ice cold which was fantastic on such a hot day. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed for one night as we were going to BST Hyde park so didn’t spend too much time at the hotel but the time that we did it was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

The room was ready even though we arrived several hours early (our other hotel was in terrible shape and had no AC). Check-in was very easy, and our room was spotless. Our stay was excellent, no problems to.report, and the staff were helpful with any small issues we had. Highly recommended!

We always stay at this Hotel when visiting Kensington gardens and concerts at the Royal Albert hall. The staff have always been first class..on this occasion Muhammad was excellent and this review is for the room and not the fabulous staff. We usually have a king room with view. This time we had room 320.The 'view' looked out onto Queensway..we mainly had a big building to look on with only a side view of trees in Hyde park...previously our room with view looked out onto Bayswater road and the trees opposite. The side road was very noisy even at 3.00am as cars kept speeding off from the junction out to Bayswater road really loudly..like a competition. We could hear talking from outside through windows. The bed was really creaky every time you turned over. The fridge was not cold enough and the cupboard it was in got very hot as not enough air circulation for it. The 2 x complimentary water were in plastic bottles. The kettle and tea bags etc were on a tray on a pullout shelf above fridge. You had to lift up the tray and use it elsewhere as plug was not long enough in situ (power base of kettle was fixed to tray). There were 4 x coffee pods. Two were decaff (no thanks) and two others (one strong and one medium). If you both want strong coffee you would need to request extra but they shouldvbe more on tray.Shelf in bathroom (no bath just shower)was on top of toilet cistern back.Extra towel rail needed if using door hanging hooks for dressing gowns.TV remote worked poorly.
