We had a wonderful stay. The only issue was the elevator... it's tiny and there's only one. It will only hold two people if they have luggage, maybe 3 without. We chose to climb 5 floors of stairs instead of waiting for probably 5 minutes.

The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was as advertised. The hallway to the room was a bit dated (carpeting was old). The associated restaurant beside the hotel was not impressive in terms of its service.

The hotel was very clean, and nice. The bathroom looked recently renovated and it was really nice, and the room had air condioning which was nice because it was hot in London. Only negative was the lobby area was a bit cramped and the lift was very slow.

Had a family room for 4 which was located in the basement with a fake window. There are 4 family rooms served by a locked door and a hallway. The noise from all the doors was really bad. It shook our door and sounded like someone was trying to get into our room several times a night. Housekeeping also knocked on our door at 9am on our last day, then again at 11am even though checkout was not until 12. Felt like we were being harassed to leave. No dressing gowns as in the description. Cleanliness of the room was fine but the stairs leading down to the bssement rooms didn't look like they'd been vacuumed for a while. There was the end of a silicone nozzle on the stairs when we arrived on the Friday that was still there when we left on the Sunday! The bar is very limited, not the place to have a nightcap, no draught beers. Great location but avoid the basement family rooms if you want any sleep while you're there.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The underground was a 3 second walk from the entrance of hotel which was great. Location was very quiet so was guaranteed a peaceful night, and opposite Hyde park. The hotel restaurant was lovely but menu very basic could do with more variety. Unfortunately the hotel bar was closed the evening we stayed so can’t say anything regarding that. The room we stayed in was very basic and very expensive for what it was. We didn’t attend breakfast in the restaurant but had breakfast in our room which was lovely but a little on the cold side. All in all the hotel location was perfect for what we needed, bed very uncomfortable. We unfortunately would not stay here again.

The hotel is situated in a historical building, thus you have creaky floors, old wooden windows (no issue with the cold) and a single elevator. Standard rooms are rather small and you won't find a working desk there. Breakfast is quite ok and location is quite good with underground lines being just around the corner and paddington train station 15m away walking

It's a great location and the staff was absolutely fantastic!! Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet with lots of choices and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Unfortunately, we were there during "carnival" and it was loud and quite a few drunks right outside the property openly drinking right on the sidewalk. Loud well into the night.

The carpet was stained. The area under the bed had clearly not been vacuumed. We had two cockroaches in the toom. I told the front desk at checkout and messaged the hotel on the Expedia app but did not get any attempt at service recovery. Save your $450 and spend it elsewhere.

We stayed in the dungeon 1001-1004. The room had no fan or window in the bathroom. Mildew apparent in bathroom. Room smelled like mildew. Noisy due to the hotel’s public restroom located very nearby on our floor. Although we could get a sliver of outdoor light there was only a view to a wall. The provided breakfast buffet was nice and the servers were lovely. Before arriving I was very displeased with the manager of reservations. I booked through Expedia and chose to pay on arrival. I received many emails stating my room would be cancelled if I did not pay now. After several long distant calls to the hotel amassing $186.00 US dollars. I was assured that the reservation would not be cancelled. However the next 2 days I received an email from Belen stating pay or cancellation would be made. Yikes! I was totally stressed out until we finally entered our room.

On checking in we got room 203 and we normally check bed and room for cleanliness. Bedsheet had worm crawling on it. We were put off by this. They gave us another room 103 but that time no hot water. We got there just before 11 am but check in was. 3pm so had to wait The staff at thr breakfast were very good. Thanks to Josh. Breakfast was very good quality

My husband, myself and our 5 year old stayed at this wonderful hotel. Staff were very helpful. We had a large room with a bathtub (I requested this for our son and they were very obliging), overlooking Hyde Park. The room was not noisy at all. Great restaurant. Great food. Fantastic location with two tube stops within spitting distance. Will defintely stay here again!

For a Hilton in London, I figured it would be a little dated, however our room was muggy and hot. The air did not work in our room. The bed was also uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here for the price.

The bed was really comfy and the pillows plush. Bathroom was a bit small but clean and I liked all of the soaps and moisturisers. The view was fantastic. The location was amazing for getting around attractions since the underground was right next door but you wouldn’t know it from inside the hotel.

I stayed here for the location. The photos online do not line up at all to what the rooms actually were. We got a "Family Room" because we were three people. This "Family Room" was in the basement with NO WINDOWS. It was clausterphobic, smelled bad and was downright scary. The decor was dated, dusty and just awful. The WORST room that I have EVER stayed in and I travel a lot. The Bathroom had been updated with a nice tub so I can give a shout out to that but the rest of the room was not worth it. You would be better off staying at a Hostel. I asked the front desk if we could move and they said that there were no rooms available. I would have checked back out if it was not so late at night. Thankfully, I was only there for one night. Please do NOT stay in these basement rooms.

We had a family room and it had no window. We were in the basement and a fake window was installed to make it look like we had one but it was stuffy and very weird not being able to see outside at all. We only stayed 2 nights. Had it been a longer stay I would have requested a new room.

Stayed in Queen room with view over (the road) to Kensington gardens/hyde park. We found the room was very clean. Bed size was okay for smaller humans.. not the stretch out space that larger beds have.No bath but had an 'eco' shower which was a pain to get the correct temperature.Nice shampoo, body wash etc. Would like to see the two bottles of drinking water in glass bottles not plastic. Room decor was tired, as was the carpeting but often find this in London hotels.We ate locally for breakfast and not at the hotel. There are many places to eat in the street around the corner from the hotel.We like this hotel despite it needing some updating and have stayed a few times but would recommend an upgrade to a King room if your budget allows.This is our 'go to' hotel when going to The Albert Hall which is a pleasant walk across the park in front if the hotel.Photo is view from our window on the 5th floor.

Reception clear of guests when arrived and totally ignored by 6 front office staff including duty manager and had to ask if one of them could check me in. First room (614) had no working air con so moved to a downgraded room (106) which had no outside view and no curtains to block the early morning light coming in through opaque windows. Hotel in general is shabby, beds are uncomfortable as other guests have commented and you can feel the springs - I had paid for a premium room - the standard rooms are awful. The location is good which is why I booked to stay for a second time on this occasion. Hotel refused to change my booking despite all my prior business and the prospect of future business. Expedia not much better despite being with them from the beginning of their business and poor customer service. Care factor from both organisations as bad as it gets. Given how poor both companies really were and the fact that I have provided significant business over the past 25 years, I have decided to withdraw from any future stays via either company.

Hilton London Hyde Park is the perfect location. Easy access to buses, two metros available, walks in the park, shopping and restaurants in the area. The Hotel staff are excellent..Always willing to help with directions, assistance and information to just about anything. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I felt safe in the hotel and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent Hotel and Service. Well located.After a weary journey across London on Tube in sweltering weather Mohammed immediately replenished us with fresh water and ensured we had a rest as we were early in our checking-in. Excellent service from all staff and the room was exceptional. Top notch

Nice location only being a walk/cycle away from a large amount of things. Location is directly on top of a tube station and next to a strip with some okay food/coffee options. Overall would stay here again but would look at other comparable pricing locations to see if we could get more centered into the hub of activities

Great location, near tube, nice dining options near by and a beautiful park just across the street. Very walkable. Neighborhood felt safe day and night. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Staff was very helpful. I would gladly stay here again.

As Hilton’s go … it was Ok .. clean a bit tired … could do with modernising . Bed was very comfy … facilities were ok … abit basic . Staff were attentive on reception .Breakfast was a shambles …. Ran out of hot food…. Broken syrup pot ..but kept being put back … syrup dropped at least twice… all over people!!! Think that needs to be addressed .. total nightmare all over other peoples clothes. Bad management in the restaurant. Shame.

Very conveniently located, one underground station is just next door, another is a few minutes walk away. Lots of dining options on Bayswater road. Had a family room which is pretty big and comfortable, the only thing is that such rooms are only available at basement level. Loved the shower as the pressure was excellent. We heard the breakfast was good hence tried it one morning… you’d be happier with Mac Donald’s which is a few minutes away. Overall we would still recommend this hotel.
