Nous venons de sejourner dans cette hotel pour une nuit avec 2 chambres triple. L'hotel est en cours de rénovation et malheureusement cela se voit. Une de chambre était au second étage et la rien à redire. Très propre, bien décorée, top. La seconde chambre était au 3eme étage et la malheureusement, ça n'a pas été la même chose. La moquette est tachée de peinture, il manque des plinthes au sol, les joints de la baignoire sont noirs. Pour une chambre à presque 200€ la nuit, je trouve cela dommage. Après l'emplacement est top, proche de tous les lieux incontournables de Paris et dans un endroit très au calme. Le personnel aussi est très agréable, toujours dispo pour répondreànos questions. Très bon petit déjeuner rien à redire. J'y retourneai sans hésiter mais quand les renovations seront terminées.

Overall, a good stay. Definitely a tight fit in the small elevator, but that’s pretty common in my limited France experience. The shower in my room was definitely not meant for anyone taller than 5’ 10” (178 cm), but luckily I’m exactly that. Room was quiet and neighborhood was quiet as well.

We paid for the convenience and being in the city center, but boy was this room small would’ve been fine for a single but a queen size bed took up 90% of the room. The bathroom was extremely tiny and the carpets could’ve used a good cleaning prior to our arrival. The staff was amazing each one of the front desk personnel were extremely accommodating and friendly even to us Americans.;) no real amenities, other than its location, small area for breakfast a two person lift and a spiral staircase for the five floors of this hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is very close to the metro station. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff is extremely friendly. However, there is no elevator to the top floor, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs.

Well placed in the center of the city. Tin hotel (3-4 rooms/floor), typically Parisien. Unfortunately the building on the other side of the street is under refurbishment… noisy during the day but quiet during the night.

It depends on the rate you are getting. We definenetely overpaid with some nights being close to 0.5k. Plumbings is in bad shape, dirty carpet, no complimentary water. When we arrived, elevator wasn’t working, hotel has steep staircase.

Avoid Room # 74. On the first night, I noticed 2 bed bugs on the bed. On the second night, I noticed 16 - 18 bed bugs crawling on the surface of the bed while I was working at the desk between 11 pm and 1 am. I informed the reception staff and I was moved to Room # 75 that morning, then Room # 35 in the afternoon. Also, I may have been bitten by the bed bugs.

Je suis vraiment triste que cette moisissure s'installe dans les toilettes comme un brouillard épais avec un odeur nausatre. J'ai du dormir avec des fenêtres ouvertes car cet odeur était tellement écœurant. Une rénovation serait souhaitable pour certaines chambres et salles de bains.

Great and safe location. The room was small, but that's typical for the area. Our main issue was with the temperature control in the room -- the heat/AC is controlled by the front desk, and the AC kept turning off so our room became hot and uncomfortable throughout the night.

The room was ok- but the bathroom was way too small- it's not good when you have to almost do acrobatics to get into the shower! The lift was also tiny, had a gap in the internal doors which could trap fingers between floors and tended to bounce on downward journeys. The staff were great on arrival and departure and the kitchen area was good- but it was not really the room that we booked- that shower entry/exit will stay with me for a long time- don't take a 7th floor room!

Calm, clean room serviced daily. Very close to the Louvre and Opera house, very close to metro stations and bus stops. Only reason for 4/5 is that the room was very small. Hardly any floor space outside of the footprint of the bed. Could barely open our suitcases on the floor. Not a big deal, but be prepared to be somewhat cramped.

This hotel offers small rooms with a tiny elevator (squeezing two persons max) and very small showering, washing and toilet space. For comfort seekers you won't get it unless used to small spacing. The location is very close to the Opera and shopping places, also convenient to get to subway trains. Overall, one can save some money but not so comfortable.

Rooms were VERY small but for a short stay doable. The area was great and convenient. Lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Right next to the opera and about a 10 minute walk to the Louvre.

Excellent location. Staff really nice and helpful and spoke English well. Really helped answer my many questions and plan trips during the day. Elevator and room service if needed were great. Accommodated early check in which was appreciated. A bit old but expected in Paris and definitely good value for location. Rooms are small but again expected in Paris. Rate was really good for location which made it possible to get 2 rooms for our family (which we usually like to do 1) and it was still better rate than others. Would definitely return.

Malheureusement la nuit d’hôtel est trop chère pour le service proposé. La personne a qui nous avions eu à faire était modérément désagréable et ne fait vraiment pas preuve de compassion envers sont client. De plus le service et l’accueil proposé et glacial. En ce qui concerne les chambres, attention à ne pas dépasser plus d’1m90 car le plafond est très bas, les chambres sont très petite, les lits pour deux places à peine ainsi que les douche qui ne sont pas comme pour le reste confortable. C’est bien dommage pour un hôtel à 200€ la nuit

We arrived at this location to find out they had cancelled our reservation due to some unknow issue ( never told us the issue) and where given 2 options either move to a sister location( which was to be the same level or refund) at 3:30 in the afternoon with elderly parents in toe. so i opted for the sister location which upon arrival was a complete dump very unclean, moldy washrooms and very small compared to the other spot and now they will not provide a refund or discount just ignoring. the staff in both locations tried to be accommodating but we have taken advantage of and Expedia cannot help either. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY!!! this is my 5th time in Paris and all have been great experiences and have travel all over the world and have never had this happen to me before.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel, at which Oscar Wilde also stayed at years back. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but renovated. We got fresh towels daily which was nice. The room was a bit small but it was adequate. Breakfast was continental with great tea and coffee. We walked everywhere from our hotel which was nice and it felt safe. I would definitely book here again.

This stay was quite disappointing. I booked at Lourve Marsollier Opera specifically because it appeared to be a good quality hotel, centrally located, and very near where I needed to be within the city. However, at 7pm on the evening of my check-in I received a message from the property saying by reservation had been moved due to overbooking. I was moved to a hotel over an hour's walk from Lourve Marsollier Opera. This new hotel could not have been more than a 2 star hotel. It was very basic. It lacked the auto check-in features promoted by the hotel via WhatsApp. The message stated I had been "upgraded to a triple room". I did not need 3 single beds as a solo traveller. And to add insult to injury, the place had bedbugs and I was bitten 7 times, resulting in angry welts that itched like crazy. I would definitely not stay here again and I would never book with Lourve Marsollier Opera again because I cannot trust them to honor a reservation.
This stay was quite disappointing. I booked at Lourve Marsollier Opera specifically because it appeared to be a good quality hotel, centrally located, and very near where I needed to be within the city. However, at 7pm on the evening of my check-in I received a message from the property saying by reservation had been moved due to overbooking. I was moved to a hotel over an hour's walk from Lourve Marsollier Opera. This new hotel could not have been more than a 2 star hotel. It was very basic. It lacked the auto check-in features promoted by the hotel via WhatsApp. The message stated I had been "upgraded to a triple room". I did not need 3 single beds as a solo traveller. And to add insult to injury, the place had bedbugs and I was bitten 7 times, resulting in angry welts that itched like crazy. I would definitely not stay here again and I would never book with Lourve Marsollier Opera again because I cannot trust them to honor a reservation.

What a fantastic Hotel.. Small, cosy & quaint. Very clean, easy walking distance to famous sites. Small cafe’s, french eateries around the hotel. Staff very very helpful and speak great English & nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel for location and kindness shown to customers. Excellent!!

Located close to a Metro station and many good bars and restaurants. Off the Main Street so it’s not very noisy. Elevator is tiny but spiral staircase works well. An excellent value for its location!

Calm, clean room serviced daily. Very close to the Louvre and Opera house, very close to metro stations and bus stops. Only reason for 4/5 is that the room was very small. Hardly any floor space outside of the footprint of the bed. Could barely open our suitcases on the floor. Not a big deal, but be prepared to be somewhat cramped.

The location is perfect! The room with two twins are a little small but everything works well and during the trip, basically the room is just for sleeping. So, the size don't matter. The staffs are friendly, so many dining options around the hotel, anywhere to go is convenient. It was a great stay for mom and son's trip.

Great location for this compact hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy distance from the metro and well located to get to the many tourist attractions nearby. Highly recommend if you are happy to walk. Felt safe to come back to at night.

El desayuno estuvo excelente, nos cobraron solo 14 euros por persona pero el café, jugo y pan eran ilimitados todo el día, la habitación limpia y muy espaciosa, justo como en las fotos. Los alrededores del hotel eran seguros, muy cerca de ópera garnier, el personal muy amable y atento.

Bed was really comfy. Breakfast option was great. Only criticism the hotel room could do with a mirror in the bedroom. Overall the stay was great. Location was brilliant & we felt very safe walking back to the hotel late at night.

I did not bother to take photos, but the shower was just a 30” square pan enclosed in glass, tiny! The breakfast lacked substance, primarily lots of bread, the staff re used the same un eaten breakfast for next day so things were stale.

A hotel in a very good location. As is common in Paris, size is a premium and the rooms were quite large but the bathroom was very compact and tricky to use. The juices and coffee machine could be drunk/used all the time which was very good.
