Everything was fine just parking was coming with €25 per day and this was unsatisfactory.

Formidable mini séjour dans un hôtel bien situé entre la gare et le centre de Bruxelles. Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Le gérant nous a indiqué les sites essentiels à visiter à Bruxelles et a été très arrangeant sur les horaires de départ et d'arrivée (nous sommes arrivés bien avant 14h00). Hôtel moderne et vraiment très propre. Ascenseur en excellent état. Chambre très propre, très fonctionnelle et très calme. Sanitaires très propre. Petit déjeuner simple mais complet. A coup sûr nous y reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Bruxelles. Je recommande fortement.

Hay muchas tiendas alrededor del hotel. El comedor es muy bonito y tiene una máquina expendedora. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y atenta.

Bom hotel!! Estávamos de carro e não tem estacionamento mas pode deixar o carro na rua (um ppico difícil de achar vaga). Localização excelente, vimos boa parte de Bruxelas a pé.

Location is perfect, close to central, walking distance and a lovely patisserie across the road. Parking is terrible. Off road parking isn’t available unless you’re lucky as it’s very busy. Hotel advertising is misleading as it mentions hotel parking yet they charge 25 euros per night and you are bound by contract to park the duration of your stay. Hotel parking was small and ceilings very low so be careful when opening boots as you will damage your boot! Beds were too soft, pillows were flat. Bedroom TV was limited with choice. Positive was bath towels were changed daily. Be careful with the shower, you’re likely to drench the whole bathroom as it’s not strong to hold the power of the water jet. Check in and Check out were seamless.

La ubicación y el trato del personal muy correcto. Por contra a nivel de limpieza de la habitación dejaba que desear. Había pelos de anteriores huéspedes. Nos tocó el primer piso y al estar en una plaza se escucha todo, tuvimos la suerte de que ese dia tocaba la recogida selectiva del cristal.

Awful place!! Looks like they have not cleaned well for years. Everything looks old and it smell like dirty. Don’t go if you respect yourself

This Hotel was the ideal location for the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to family.

We stayed 2 nights on a short family visit. Amin at reception was great and very welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in time and were offered bag storage so we could start exploring the city until the room was ready. The room offered was basic but very clean with crisp white linen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The next day, while we were out, the room was again cleaned, beds made and the towels replaced with spotless fresh ones. We slept well and didn't notice any excessive noise from the hallway nor outside. The road and square outside can be busy and loud but, with windows closed, we hardly noticed it. On check out, we were again offered bag storage as our train wasn't leaving until the evening. All members of staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. We would certainly stay again due to the above and because this hotel is very close to the Grand Place and the Midi/Zuid train station (about 10/12 mins walk to each) and has excellent public transport links with metro, buses and trams right outside the door. Great value for money too!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Top marks. The bedroom did the job, though the bathroom very small, indeed the toilet position near the sink...extremely close, made it difficult to even have a pee. Though it did the job. Slept well.

For the price I paid, the room was tiny, TV didn't work (no instructions on how to use), and though bathroom was reasonably clean it was ergonomically quite similar to camping. The only redeeming feature of this hotel was the ready-made breakfast of croissant, baguette and coffee+OJ... but should have been included, not an extra 8 Euros.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a good location. Walkable to train stations, major attractions, shops and restaurants. The room was very basic, not even a cup in the bathroom. It was cleaned and serviced each day though. Was very dark and no natural light. But the shower was hot and wifi worked very well. I didn't have the breakfast.

The room is noisy as hell. There’s a laundrymat next store and the washer and drier noise penetrating the room badly. Also every single Hotel room door close loudly. I couldn’t sleep the first night. However, you cannot beat the location and the price. The location is perfect. There is a subway entrance around the corner Take you anywhere Brussels. I use Brussels as a hub to visit to nearby cities every day, This hotel is To subway stop away from Brussels midi (which is one of the main train station.) And the hotel is walking distance to the main Plaza of Brussels. I works say overall the money and time I saved was worth it. I enjoyed Belgium a lot. But if you have extra budget, there are better options

Good Things: Location, walking distance from city center, and cleanliness However: The room is really small, during the night there is a lot of noise from the street, the shower is uncomfortable, there is no closet, neither AC (in summer is really hot). The pictures to promote the hotel show the spaces something bigger, proably due the angle of the picture.

Service was fine but the room was next to dryer exhaust from next door laundromat, keeping the room quite warm. Dryers made quite a bit of noise. Mgmt. did provide a fan which provided some relief.

All a solo traveler needs. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Very well located. I stayed for six days. The staff was very friendly and willing to help me with everything, despite my language skills. Excellent service.

Unfortunately, we have no choice but to rate this hotel as two stars. All of the staff were incredibly kind, except for the older gentleman who was a bit abrasive. Upon entering our room at 11 AM, we found that the heat was not functional, as the room was ice cold and did not warm up after an hour with the heat on high. We immediately informed the Front Desk and the older gentleman was quite argumentative with us. We assured him it was broken and he said he would check the pipes downstairs and resolve the issue with maintenance by the time we returned. We returned to the hotel around 8pm only to find the issue unresolved and a freezing cold room. Once again, we had to take it up with the front desk and a very kind gentleman encouraged us to move rooms. We did so and had heat the rest of our stay. The next day, we returned to our room to find the door completely unlocked and open, which we assume was a housekeeping issue because the doors lock automatically when closed. That’s the main reason why we had no choice but to give two stars, as leaving a room with all of our valuables and belongings wide open is completely unacceptable. In terms of hotel amenities, there was no safe for valuables (which was extra worrisome given our door was left open) nor blow dryer. We had also asked for extra towels one evening, and they were never brought to our room.

The other staff member was very unhelpful when i asked if i could use the wifi to find a place i needed to get to. He insisted I couldn't use it until i checked in at 2pm. I need not have worried, as you can get free wifi in most places. But, just goes to show how stubborn and unhelpful he was. On check in later, i was given a "standard " single room. My booking says twin room..when i questioned this, they insisted my paperwork was wrong. The bed was not even a standard size single bed, pillows were hard, and TV was not working. As i was there for only 1 night and leaving early, i decided to put up with it. I definitely will not stay there again and not be recommending this place. The surrounding area is not so clean. The tram line is opposite, also its about 15mins walk to midi station in one direction, and 15mins to grand place in the other.

For the price paid, definitely the highest price / quality ratio. Convenient metro stop just seconds away.

Hotel Barry is a great hotel, we booked for 5 people and it had everything we needed. Room is clean and spacious. I highly recommend this place, close to Bruxelles-Midi train station and a quick 10 minute walk to downtown Brussels.

Small room - 15 min walk from midi train station, 10 min walk from Grand Place. If all you’re looking for is a place to sleep and conveniently located to main attractions and the train station, this place will do what you need

Bonjour à tous Personnel de l'hôtel très souriant et accueillant. Belle hôtel très bien entretenu. Petite chambre très simple avec le minimum en mobilier. Chambre propre. La seule critique que je pourrais faire c'est la chaleur. Trop chaud pour trouver le sommeil. Manque une ventilation ou une clim. Idéalement bien situé. Le métro se trouve à côté de l'hôtel. Le centre historique est à deux pas a pied de l'hôtel. La gare centrale de Bruxelles Midi est à 10/15 minutes à pied. Vous trouverez un cabinet médical à côté de l'hôtel. Très bon séjour. Merci à toute l'équipe. Si vous souhaitez vous rendre dans les quartiers historiques de Bruxelles cette hôtel et très bien situé

Hotel is in a great location but the breakfast was only plain croisant and bread. I really would like to recommend to the hotel that please put something else into breakfast rather than only plain croisant and bread with butter. Otherwise nice stay and clean rooms.
