WARNING: The hotel was absolutely disgusting. I got a room with a used bed full of spots and pubic hairs. At first they tried convincing me that I was wrong, but then I pulled the duvet off more and that revealed a huge yellow spot, not until then he stopped trying... At first he just offered to change the sheets but the whole vibe of that room was that someone had been in it and used it so I got to move rooms. In that room the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the elevator didn't work, carpeted floors weren't vacuumed. I don't get how this hotel has a 3 star status. Total rip off.

Tiny single room but very very clean, congratulations to the cleaning workers. The curtain of the shower is a little too short so it floods the bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpfull. On Baker street, this is a good location to visit London.

On arrival we was told lift was out of order and we was on the third floor, forgot to say it 5 flights of stairs top floor, so make sure you asked before you check in, entering the room only one light out of three working, beds very very basic and hard, price wise is average but slightly to high for the double room I would expect to pay no more then £100
