Overall property condition was good except for some construction works were going on at the pool area. The hotel has added a night club at the top floor and I was provided with a room a floor below the night club. The sound kept disturbing at night. Further, the hotel seems to have some management issue in handling reservation. I booked the hotel a week in advance through Expedia. The hotel sent me a notification a day before my arrival while I was travelling stating that I should contact them directly otherwise they will cancel my reservation. Pretty strange! I had to contact Expedia and they had to deal with the hotel to keep my reservation effective until my arrival. This is the hotel I used to choose while travelling to Dubai. However, it looks like the hotel is compromising in its services.

Very friendly staff. Always happy to help. The only downfall would be the waiting time for the lifts. As there are only two, the wait to use them can sometimes take longer. Otherwise overall experience was very good.

This hotel is not diverse and I won,t recommend this. You may think you are India and not Dubai. The worst of it all they have 8 nightclubs with load music until 4am. None of these are diverse and all play Indian music. Is great for those who want to explore the Indian culture. The staff are friendly. Be aware that the spa and sauna come at an extra charge. My biggest regret 😪 it was also my first time in Dubai. It was a complete waste of money fell ill after not being able to get a decent night sleep.

My experience at the hotel was so distressing that I would not consider returning, even if offered a stay for free. Initially, I was placed in a room that was both unsightly and foul-smelling. Matters worsened when I had to switch to another room that was in an even poorer condition, and I was forced to settle for a twin bed room despite being alone. The tranquility of my stay was constantly interrupted by loud music from nearby clubs during the night. Additionally, the hotel's elevator service was severely lacking, with only two elevators for a large building, causing long waiting times. The reviews rating was 8.6 ... It is hugely misleading .

What I really like was the transfer pioneer luxury cars llc 24 hours pick and drop! They helped me a lot! Service desk was very nice! I was on the 20th floor to much noise in my room! Sometimes we had to wait 15 min for the lift pfff!

There is nothing to like. 1. It is not a 4 starts hotel 2. There are only 2 elevators and took me 10 minutes to get a ride (up and down). The elevator was always full of people 3. The toilet spred an unbelievable smell and when I called they brought someone with an air freshener. It didn't help at all. I couldnt sleep and had to change to another room. Same smell form time to time 4. An alarm noice starts shouting at random times Daily and after midnight. It woke me up every time. No answer from receptionists on what it was 5. Etc

I have stayed there so many times, but the new staff they are not very helpful especially the duty manager being a hotel.com Gold member they refuse to give me a upgrade as they said only for their own customers booking through their website, plus the small pillows in the bedrooms had really bad stains on them and the towels were very old

Die Reinigung der Bettwäsche war nicht gut, und ich habe einige lange Haare gefunden! Die Kissen auf dem Bett waren sehr alt und rochen schlecht. Die Qualität des Fernsehbildes war sehr schlecht! Sie riefen an der Rezeption an und baten um Geld für den Aufenthalt des Gastes im Zimmer für 15 Minuten, und ein paar Minuten später schickten sie jemanden auf das Zimmer, um das Geld entgegenzunehmen! Am ersten Tag wurde nicht erklärt, wie man dem Gast etwas in Rechnung stellt!!!

I wanted a place that offered breakfast, and was skeptical about what breakfast they offered. I LOVED the breakfast and variety of foods they had. Our room was clean, housekeeping was great, staff was great and friendly. There was supermarkets and pharmacies within a couple minutes walk. Souks within walking distance. The view was and balcony was beautiful. The tub was really nice, water pressure was good. We enjoyed the pool several days, as well as the saunas. There were no microwaves, but everything else was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel. I’m a foodie, and just loved the breakfast. A large variety, I always left stuffed because I wanted a little bit of everything.

My room was at 16th floor 1612 and the rooms next to me were so noisy after midnight which couldn't sleep and the beat music coming from the night clubs in the middle of the night till 3 am couldn't make me sleep . I asked to chmagebthe room but did bot get answer . I asked for ironing machine but didn't get it .

Way above my expectations. Really great stay with excellent comfort! The front office staff during check-in were very considerate and helpful where seeing we check-in early morning at 4am our checkout time was extended by 2 hours which was very helpful for us. I would highly recommend Majestic retreat Hotel for anyone who wants to have a stay in Dubai during their long layover during transit. Great view from the 20 th floor too!

Very bad experience, I have stayed one extra night and paid at reception but at the time of check out staff changed and they said have not paid, they called the staff to check and staff also said no i have not paid. After that they had to check at CCTV and they came to know that have paid. It was so embarrassing. They made me stand at reception for 30 minutes to clear this matter. Room size very small, no staff to handle your lugggae at check out, u need carry your own luggage . Very bad experience.

(leider zum Teil Pappe und Plastik statt Teller und Tassen). Auswahl völlig o.k. Die Zimmer (23. Etage) waren grosszügig und sauber mit tollem Blick über Dubai. Die SUNSET Lounge Restaurant im Hotel (Aussenbereich mit Grillstation) haben wir sehr genossen. Unsere Empfehlung: der gemischte Grillteller. Reicht für zwei. Rezeption und Service sehr gut. Ausdrucken des PCR Tests problemlos möglich. Ich hatte meine Jacke im Zimmerschrank vergessen. Die wurde ohne Kosten an mein nächstes Hotel geliefert. Das ist echter Service. Danke und gerne wieder.

The front reception was littered. The front reception couches are worn down and have no strenght in them. The rooms need repairs. Walls have marks and the TV's are from 90's. I don't recommmend anyone from North America to enter this hotel.

The staff and service workers were all great and attentive, the food was great and there were plenty to chose from, the rooms are spacious and the shower water was easy to control cold warm or hot water, security is top notch, plenty of entertainment within the hotel, and plenty of shops and resturants within walking distance...I can't forget the laundry service it was great as well, I have no cons to give for this hotel its one of the best budget friendly hotels in Bur Dubai.

Will never stay at this hotel again. Smells alcohol and cigarette in the whole hotel. Only 1 lift that takes forever to come. Waited for the lift at least 5-8 minuts every time. Not a family friendly hotel at all. The staff that work as cleaners and kitchen staff is so kind. The reception staff is not willing to help and rude. My worst stay in Dubai so far. Always drunk people coming for the dancebar. You can even hear the sound from the bar up to the room. It was times where drunk people even called our room bell and ran away.

Hôtel trop loin des principaux endroits à visiter (Mall et Burj Khalifa, la Marina, Emirates Center et .). Proche de la vieille ville et du Frame mais ça se fait en une journée. Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas très qualitatif. Belle chambre avec vue sur dowtown! Métro à 300m. Bon accueil.

Seul bémol le personnel de la réception ne sont pas prêts à répondre à aucune question à propos des info qu'on peut poser comme sur le test pcr, taxi ou autres ... programmés comme des robots .. le prix du petit déjeuner est cher.

The worse hotel I have ever been .smells was like……! Food was very bad and low quality. The rooms smells very bad and old. Don’t even go to this hotel even if you have to. So disappointed!
