We loved everything about this house! The location was great, you could easily walk to Downtown Durham in minutes. The house was very clean and cleaning supplies were available if you needed to clean up a spill or vacuum a mess, which isn’t always the case in rental homes. Loved having a quick, working washer and dryer. Note there is a fire house behind the house, so you will occasionally hear fire truck sirens leaving the station. Other than that it was a peaceful, relaxing stay.

Great house! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious and well appointed. It felt like a little private oasis right in the heart of the city. Next time we're in the area we will definitely rebook this property. We also appreciated all the recommendations from the host which helped us plan our stay.
