Hotel insgesamt sehr abgewohnt was eigentlich kein Problem wäre, wenn die Sauberkeit gepasst hätte. Dusche schmutzig, Duschkopf spritze in alle Richtungen. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar, aber in Ordnung. Parkplatz kostet pro Tag 15 Euro!!!

Hotel viejo cerca del centro de Salzburgo. Como llegué tarde a las 11 pm. ya me habían dejado la llave en un locker. Me habían comentado que al día siguiente en el check out pagara 15 euros por el estacionamiento. Al hacer el check in como a las 10 de la mañana no me cobraron 15 euros, me cobraron 19 euros por el estacionamiento, dejé el auto ahí para ir a dar una vuelta y cuando regresé unas horas después me habían puesto un papel de que estaba estacionado en un área de carga y descarga y que moviera mi auto. Había estacionado ahí porque era el único lugar disponible. No me gusta que los hoteles se anuncien con estacionamiento disponible y que llegues y no haya lugar. Con respecto a la habitación fue como un viaje a los años 90, todo viejo con muebles de madera muy desgastados, incluso un mueble para el frigobar al abrirlo sólo tenía la tapa de un frigobar antiguo pegada y estaba vacío. La verdad no me gustó nada, solo lo usé para dormir y estuvo bien

Super Lage, in 10 min. im Zentrum von Salzburg. Zimmer sind herunter gewirtschaftet. Zum Schlafen reicht es. Zusätzliche Parkgebühr am Hotel war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Zwar günstiger als im Parkhaus, aber trotzdem wüsste man es gerne vorher.

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Le pommeau de douche était brisé, l’eau allait partout dans la salle de bain. Il est écrit qu’ils ont des machines à laver, mais en fait c’est une compagnie extérieure qu’il appelle. Quand nous y sommes allés la dame m’a expliqué qu’il n’appelle pas la compagnie, car cela coûte très cher… Sinon, l’emplacement est parfait! Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Le personnel est très gentil.

Clean enough, but the rooms need a refurb especially the bathroom. Poor service from staff and charged for drinks we didn't have. You can't even get a coffee in the evening and although they have what looks like a vast array of spirit's we were told the were mostly empty bottles. The breakfast was poor value and the car park costs 15 euros per day with a 10 euro deposit for a plastic card to put on your dash. We have used this hotel twice before, but don't think we will be back

The first night that we checked in, we found a USED bath towel hanging on the rack and there were no new towels for us. So I went down to the reception to explain the situation and the receptionist said she will send someone. There was no apology for whatsoever. We also found the room very dirty. There is a walnut and a piece of plastic on the floor. The next day morning, I made a specific request to the reception to clean our room probably. But when we came back to the room in the evening, the beds are made but they didn’t clean the room. The hairs are everywhere. I went down and told them that the room is not clean. They came up with the excuse that I left the card on the door to not clean the room! It’s absurd! Why did I have to leave the card on if I specifically ask to clean the room. And I told them that someone came in our room for sure, because the beds are made and the towels are changed. Only that they didn’t swipe or vacuum the floors. And they came up with another excuse: they don’t vacuum the floor everyday. EXCUSE ME?!? Isn’t it the basic thing to do to run a hotel?!? So I ended up calling the cleaning team to vacuum the room in front of me!!!! Never seen a situation like that! Needless to say how rudes the staffs are!

The place is more hostel than hotel. There are few to no amenities: no fridge, no laundry services, no ice machines, and we couldnt get an extra fan when we asked. Cleaning services were poor. They left the sheet and floor uncleaned. The place itself is more gloss than content. The day staff were nice enough, but the night "manager" was as lazy as he was useless (think: Basil Fawlty without the humour). When asked we got either incorrect or inaccurate information The breakfast (food, price, and staff) were quite good. Its basically Fawlty Towers without the irony or comedic talent.

Erster Eindruck: recht nüchtern! Ungemütlich Täglich frische Handtücher, sauberes Bett Frühstücksraum, wie eine Herberge Wurst und Käse machten keinen frischen Eindruck, Rest ok. Staubige Möbel und kein gesaugter Teppich, so schade!

However, the staff were not friendly or helpful, the room does not have any air system aside from a noisy stand up fan in the corner, and the walls are paper thin. The rooms are also very outdated and the beds are old and uncomfortable. If you stay here, don't expect to be able to ask for anything extra such as a pillow, as they will tell you no. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere as this hotel is not even cheap.

This hotel is at excellent location. Walking distance to downtown Salzburg (5 minutes), yet there is parking in the area. I don't think you can drive to hotels situated in the old town. I was little worried because of some negative reviews here, but the hotel was fine. If you are travelling in summer make sure your room is not facing west. It was very hot in our room in the afternoon and summer is only beginning. I don't think there is AC or fan there.

Very, very dated property. This should be mentioned in the description. It seems like a 80s hotel that has not been updated a wink. The carpet in the rooms seemed like out of The Overlook Hotel from The Shining, that old. Scratched and old furniture. Extremely dated bathrooms. Unfriendly and cold staff. We were a group of five and had three rooms, each one more ancient than the next. Otherwise, good beds and duvets. Great location and nice vicinity.

Hotel was ok, no AC very warm in the room. Opening the windows on street side was loud and bright lights made it hard to sleep. Was offered breakfast - thought it was included untill check out. My own fault for not asking. Overall, ok.

The hotel is in very good location, The bed was very new and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice as it was renovated. My room was one floor up from the ground floor ( 1st Floor) the carpets in the hallways are very badly worn and torn. The carpet in my room looked awful. I did not feel comfortable walking in the room with bare feet or socks on as the carpet is so worn out and old. All trim-work on the floors and doorways in very poor condition can could look so much better with a little bit of paint

the room needs cleaning more . no regular cleaning done and supplies toilet paper towels not supplied regularly . the hotel location is excellent to the places planned to visit . the front reception male staff (indian ) was not helpful at all . he forgot to reserve our taxi when we left . we waited for one hour the taxi did not show up . called uber immediately to take us to the airport .

The hotel is located in a walkable area and was overall clean. However, the staff were not friendly or helpful, the room does not have any air system aside from a noisy stand up fan in the corner, and the walls are paper thin. The rooms are also very outdated and the beds are old and uncomfortable. If you stay here, don't expect to be able to ask for anything extra such as a pillow, as they will tell you no. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere as this hotel is not even cheap.

Having travelled for the last 2 months I can honestly say we have never experienced such disinterested and unhelpful reception staff. While not rude they just had no people skills at all and clearly did not enjoy their job. The hotel itself is in a perfect location to see the old town and while dated and in need of a new bed it suited our needs. Just would just have been nice to be greeted with a smile and maybe even a reply to our greetings when we returned in the evenings.

The location was so good being able to just walk through the tunnel to the old district was great. The bed was comfortable the roadworks that were happening outside distracted quite a bit from a peaceful stay but again the location helped us have a great experience of Salzburg without having to invest in taxis or other transport

The place is more hostel than hotel. There are few to no amenities: no fridge, no laundry services, no ice machines, and we couldnt get an extra fan when we asked. Cleaning services were poor. They left the sheet and floor uncleaned. The place itself is more gloss than content. The day staff were nice enough, but the night "manager" was as lazy as he was useless (think: Basil Fawlty without the humour). When asked we got either incorrect or inaccurate information The breakfast (food, price, and staff) were quite good. Its basically Fawlty Towers without the irony or comedic talent.

Hotel was ok, no AC very warm in the room. Opening the windows on street side was loud and bright lights made it hard to sleep. Was offered breakfast - thought it was included untill check out. My own fault for not asking. Overall, ok.

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Le pommeau de douche était brisé, l’eau allait partout dans la salle de bain. Il est écrit qu’ils ont des machines à laver, mais en fait c’est une compagnie extérieure qu’il appelle. Quand nous y sommes allés la dame m’a expliqué qu’il n’appelle pas la compagnie, car cela coûte très cher… Sinon, l’emplacement est parfait! Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Le personnel est très gentil.

The breakfast was poor value and the car park costs 15 euros per day with a 10 euro deposit for a plastic card to put on your dash. We have used this hotel twice before, but don't think we will be back

Erster Eindruck: recht nüchtern! Ungemütlich Täglich frische Handtücher, sauberes Bett Frühstücksraum, wie eine Herberge Wurst und Käse machten keinen frischen Eindruck, Rest ok. Staubige Möbel und kein gesaugter Teppich, so schade!

The beds were comfy and really enjoyed the breakfast. Although the rooms were a bit Dusty and unclean in places. Ended up needing to move room during stay due to shower flooding the room for no apparent reason. The 2nd room was cleaner. In the first room could see through the sheets the mattress in first room was heavily stained. When the issues with the shower happened had someone come within less than 30 mins to move me to another room (the reception is not manned 24hrs)
