Concern about lift

Sorpresa piacevolmente...camera ristrutturata e pulita con letto super comodo...Doccia moderna plurisoffioni...vicino al mare che alla stazione ferroviaria Genova Principe...e autorimessa in zona ... quando tornerò a Genova prenoterò sicuramente qui...

I found the staff were very helpful with communication through expedia.. wonderful!! Thank you.. very clean.. great.. the only problem was elevator does not match room.. so you have to walk one flight up or down. But everything else great! Thank you!

When you go to the 4th floor.. you have to walk the luggage down a flight of steps.. difficult

The early morning staff (gentleman) was a bit short and not nice. I am guessing because we arrived at 4:30 am due to flight delays. After standing outside ringing a door bell for maybe 20 minutes. He asked "why didn't you use the bell" I guess that question was because I knocked on a back door or window and it woke him up. The elevator can only hold two people and two small suitcase. I could image during the day, it won't be available. Luckly it is only 6 floors. This place will not work for disabled or handicap people at all. The room was clean but both beds had stained on dust cover or comforter. The window was left open (without a screen) and there were a collection of flying bugs (moths and mosquitoes) The shower was a closet 38 inch (96cm) cube. I am 6'2 (187cm) and 260 (118km). So I could not bent over or raise my arms in the shower closet. The water came out of the shower head has a very light mist. The best part was it is a short walk to the cruise ship docks and the normal front desk receptionist (women) was lovely and nice.

An overpriced hotel near the bus station, train station, and a cruise terminal. Dodgy area around with homeless/strange individuals loitering around the hotel entrance. The elevator won't fit one person. Front desk was helpful, cleaning personnel needs training and stricter supervision.

Edificio datato ma ben tenuto, bagno in camera rifatto recentemente, letto comodo anche per chi come me supera i 185. Posizione perfetta per chi deve imbarcarsi in crociera o se deve prendere il treno a piazzale principe. Parcheggio a pagamento nel park della stazione ma coperto e comodo alla struttura. Abbiamo usufruito solo del pernotto quindi non posso giudicare gli altri servizi.

Struttura allocata in pieno centro cittadino, a due passi dalla stazione di Piazza Principe

buena ubicación, tiene tienda de conveniencia justo al lado y está cerca del metro y la estacion de trenes, desafortunadamente su limpieza deja mucho que desear, cuadros y paredes llenos de moho, baño con hongos, frigobar sin funcionar, amanecí hinchada y enrronchada de alergias de tan terrible ambiente en donde me hospedé

Ho alloggiato una notte a cavallo di sabato e domenica. Pro Posizione: non troppo lontana dal centro, vicina all'acquario e al porto, attaccata alla stazione quindi comoda se si arriva in treno. Se si è fortunati si riesce anche ad avere una vista abbastanza carina; Personale: estremamente cordiale, gentile e disponibile, la ragazza alla reception è stata squisita; Ok Costo: Non basso ma nemmeno alto anche durante il weekend, 80€ in bassa stagione (senza colazione), per una camera per due lo trovo nella media. Contro Posizione: essendo vicino alla stazione, di fronte a una piazzetta diciamo che c'è un po' di degrado a ogni ora del giorno, paradossalmente più durante il giorno, dove abbiamo assistito a una semi-rissa tra due ragazzi con alto tasso alcolemico in corpo; Camera: Sente un po' il peso degli anni, così come le lenzuola e gli asciugamani che, potremmo essere stati sfortunati noi, ma erano tutti macchiati, non sporcizia "fresca", semplicemente molto utilizzati. in Sintesi: Se vi serve un hotel alla mano per l'acquario o zone limitrofe e soprattutto vicinissimo alla stazione va bene, credo che a quel prezzo in alta stagione sia ottimale, in bassa stagione, si possa trovare anche di meglio, soprattutto se si è particolarmente sensibili alla zona esterna un po' degradata.

Sono stata trattata in maniera estremamente gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza 101 ed era rinnovata e pulita.

Rengøring var utilstrækkelig.

Mi è stata affidata una camera con 2 letti singoli a fronte di 1 matrimoniale, in una camera che non era come quella pubblicizzata nelle foto d'acquisto. La camera infatti non è presente tra quelle dell'hotel, ma entrati in camera ci siamo resi conto del disagio. La camera era fatiscente, con mobili largamente usurati, pavimenti/muri/porte fatiscenti e sporcizia e macchie un po' ovunque. Anche la biancheria da letto non è stata risparmiata, mostrando delle macchie che potevano sembrare di sangue. Anche Hotels.com non si è comportato a dovere, infatti, quando contattato alla richiesta di rimborso della notte è stato risposto che questa sarebbe stata corrisposta solo nel caso in cui la camera non fosse stata utilizzata. Benissimo, se non fossero state le 23.30 e mi fosse stato proposto un cambio albergo a quell'ora, con parcheggio auto pagato, colazione albergo pagata, bagagli tutti scaricati e la stanchezza del viaggio. Per questo siamo rimasti comunque in camera, facendo uno sforzo, ma non per questo saremmo dovuti essere stati 'puniti'. Di conseguenza abbiamo pagatouna notte in quella camera fatiscente altissimo! La notte successiva, in maniera criteriosa, siamo stati trasferiti in una camera con matrimoniale, che non risultava fatiscente, e che era dotata anche di un ulteriore posto letto. Ci è stato detto che saremmo passati in questa camera tripla, addirittura senza aggiungere una differenza. Chiariamo: se siete voi a causare un disagio, a voi tocca riparare

The area around the hotel was not the best in terms of feelings and looks. It looked real shady and we did not feel safe walking around. The hotel itself wasn't that great either. We had someone randomly knock on or door around 11;30pm and did not answer back when I asked, "who is it?" The room was musty and moldy in smell. I would not recommend staying here. The breakfast provided in the morning was the highlight of the stay here.

L'hôtel est bien situé près de la gare et du métro c'est son point fort. Cependant le 3 étoiles n'est pas mérité. Les chambres sont très petites et vieillissantes. Le lit a grince toute la nuit et la clim faisait un bruit infernal.

ECCELLENTE Avevo prenotato una camera singola e mi hanno dato una camera con letto matrimoniale, l'addetto alla reception è stato molto gentile, la colazione dovrebbe migliorare

No one spoke English and very very rude when I suggested using translate app. They charged 7 euros for breakfast that did not look very good. I had 2 cups of coffee and a glass of oj for 7 euros. Location was good for us but nothing else was. Would not stay here again.

Arrived to the location from train station. Needed to visit the cruise terminal and the hotel was a perfect distance from train station and cruise terminal to be able to walk to either. The location seemed alot nicer in the pictures.

Muy limpios, el desayuno muy rico, la atención muy amable y está ubicado en una buena zona para quienes tengan crucero. Tiene una estación de metro justo al frente , y está a 5 minutos caminando del puerto.

Me quedé dos días , el primero por un retraso con los problemas de tren, iba a llegar tarde y no contestaron nunca como podía hacer check in , después del horario habitual, por lo que tuve que esperar a las 6 am a que estuviera una persona y ya me dio mi habitación , el segundo día que me hospedé , llegué temprano y todo bien, solo que no me dejaron desayunar , me dijeron que hasta las 7.30, eran las 7 y ya estaba una persona preparando todo y bien me podía haber dejado entrar por algún café o jugo, pero no fue así, muchas veces las personas que utilizamos hotel , dejamos las habitaciones temprano para ir a otros destinos , no es un hotel que la gente se quede todo el día a disfrutar de sus instalaciones , es muy tarde servir desayunos hasta las 7.30

Ratas, ruído, desayuno pobre y sin tener en cuenta intolerancias ni ofrecer alternativas, zona poco segura, aparcamiento lejos cuando decía que había, habitación enana respecto a las fotos... Y más cosas que no vale la pena mencionar...

Camera datata e con segni incuria, incrostazioni di ruggine sui sanitari, box doccia rotto, pareti della camera pitturata maissimo. Manutenzione inesistente. Colazione scarsa come scelta.

We only stayed for a night before going south. Close to trains and busses but I wouldn’t stay for more than one night. Nice staff and clean facilities, breakfast were really simple but tasted ok.

Muy limpios, el desayuno muy rico, la atención muy amable y está ubicado en una buena zona para quienes tengan crucero. Tiene una estación de metro justo al frente , y está a 5 minutos caminando del puerto.
