Excellent proximity to the train straight to Venice. The on-site parking was pretty tight. We were put in an apartment next door which wasn’t what we had booked, it was clean and roomy but cold and with limited amenity. Could do with some general repairs and maintenance and some cleaning of mould in the bathroom. Staff were friendly.

The location is good and the rooms are spacious but the rooms for three people do not offer comfort for sleeping. As you can see in the picture, the third bed is a sofa bed with an inconvenient uneven surface, even if you sleep avoiding the middle, you can feel the springs everywhere. Also if you come by car, don't count on getting a parking spot, they only have like 4 and the parking lot is always full.

Séjour convenable, la chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le réglage de la température de l’eau était délicat, il semblait y avoir un souci avec le débit. Pour le reste, petit dejeuner correct (mais où est le grille-pain ?). Parking payant et très petit. Proximité de la gare pour aller à Venise, c’était très bien…

Booked this hotel as an inexpensive option as opposed to staying in Venice and just taking the train into Venice. Cost wise was a savings indeed. There was onsite parking for 15e a day. The hotel is a block from the train station, easy to walk to. Train staff helped us figure out how to buy tickets, cost was 2.90e for 2 people both ways. Staff at hotel was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very basic, wish I didn't do that upgrade. We were in an apartment like room. It appeared clean on the surface. We found the room actually quite filthy aside from the surface clean. Windows were caked with dust and dirt. Curtains were stained. Water stains on ceilings. Visible mold on ceilings and bathroom. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Shower faucet and track was dirty. The kitchen had no soap and let's just say I would never cook in that kitchen as the items in drawers were questionable it clean. We didn't use the hallway a/c but the fan function worked however this does not cool the bedrooms. Thankfully it was only 20degrees out. We only used the hotel for sleeping. I got sick the two days I was there, maybe due to mold. The area around the hotel is ghetto but I guess that's what you get for staying by the train station. I would probably book a more upscale hotel next time and make the walk longer to train station to just stay in Venice.

Bloodstain on the curtain in the toilet, dusty curtains in the room. Pillows were very flat, bloodstain on cushion. Crammed room. Dirty patch stain in the fridge. Room did not come with bed quilt, so it was very cold to sleep with outside temperature at -3°C. Heater was not warm enough. The shower water will suddenly turn very cold. It was very difficult to adjust the right shower temperature because the mixer was very sensitive to adjustments. Only one supermarket nearby called Ali. Next nearest supermarket is in Mestre city center. Location of this hotel is near to Venice-Mestre Station, but far away from Mestre city center which is 1.2km away.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nur paar Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt aber in dieser Gegend sind auch viele Drogensüchte nachts anzutreffen. Unser Zimmer war für 3 Personen ziemlich klein und in der Dusche befand sich Schimmel an der Fugen.

The staff was very nice. The location is very close to the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable. They had breakfast available. Our room didn't have AC but the heater was working. The surrounding area as far I noticed had no many commercial locations. I will stay again.

Owner/ general manager is very nice and friendly. Night clerk not so much. Facilities vary from room to room. Some rooms have stronger AC, while some barely work. Shower pressure vary from room to room as well and the water temperature can change from cold to hot or hot to cold for no reason. 5/5 for day staff 3/5 for facilities Overall 4/5

The hotel is 2min walk from the train station making it very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even allowed extended checkout as our train was delayed. The only setback is the hotel facility needs upgrading, especially the air-conditioning was rather warm. The walls are rather thin as you can hear from the next room or outside the room.

Forced me to book another room since it’s for two people. Never ever had a rule like this in my life of traveling around the world. We both showed up at check in with our passports and the front desk said, nope , you have to pay for another room for your other guest. Couples, moms and dads, stay away unless you want to pay for an entire room per person

Pleasantly surprised. Locotion perfect for day trips. Right across from station. Good sized room for the price. Breakfast was good. Even prepared a takeaway breakfast for an early flight our last day.

The Hotel Paris is well situated in a small street very close to the Mestre train and bus stations. My room was on the top floor, and luckily not beside a lift ( as I requested). Moderately sized, the double bed with a decorative bedspread was under the window where there were blinds, nets and partial drapes. There was a fridge, key operated safe and sensor lights going on and off when passing the area closest to the door. Small tv with nothing in English. Modern and adequately spaced bathroom, and the shower unit was separate across the hallway. some toiletries were provided. Breakfast had a selection of cheese, meat, cakes, beautiful large preserve filled croissants, sliced fruit, cereals and yogurts. The only bread offered was small crusty rolls and hard boiled eggs and pizza the only cooked. The orange juice was heavily watered down. Limited seating, so arrive early! On day two there was a limited supply of tea and no English Breakfast. I pointed this out to the attendant who said there was no more, and was neither apologetic or caring. If that was true then later arriving guests would have none at all!

Breakfast had a selection of cheese, meat, cakes, beautiful large preserve filled croissants, sliced fruit, cereals and yogurts. The only bread offered was small crusty rolls and hard boiled eggs and pizza the only cooked. The orange juice was heavily watered down. Limited seating, so arrive early! On day two there was a limited supply of tea and no English Breakfast. I pointed this out to the attendant who said there was no more, and was neither apologetic or caring. If that was true then later arriving guests would have none at all!

Very convenient for train to Venice. Only 3 min walk then 10 min ride to Venice. Not the best part of the town. Seemed safe during the day but not at night off the main street. Hotel is fine. Not luxurious but good for the buck.

Small old hotel, staff were ok. The cleaning of the room on second day was terrible. Breakfast was terrible, would suggest to eat out rather than wasting the money here. Only plus was it’s proximity to train station.

The Hotel Paris is well situated in a small street very close to the Mestre train and bus stations. My room was on the top floor, and luckily not beside a lift ( as I requested). The AC units were not working properly. However, the gentleman who checked us in was great in getting a fan for us and placed a workorder for the next morning. After sightseeing, we came back and room was cool. We kept the fan which made it cooler.

A/C did not work first night . Good thing we had portable fan to use after cold shower before bed. Employee at front desk said he left message for owner to repair. Next morning , new clerk offered to move us to new room while we were out. Came back in evening and new room was good. David, morning clerk / desk, was excellent and also helped prepare breakfast room. Plenty food/ drinks to start day.
