Hotel no geral bem estruturado, porém, pelo preço foi muito frustrante! O quarto em si muito apertado e com aspecto de velho, piso todo em carpete e banheiro que a água nao saia direito, tivemos que tomar banho pelo chuveirinho, fora isso, a única opção de estacionamento é ao lado do hotel custando um absurdo de 20 euros até a meia noite, ou seja, se chegar as 14hs e sair no outro dia as 12 hs serão 40 EUROS! Enfim, hotel bem localizado e com opções gastronômicas proximas, mas no geral hotel deixou muito a desejar! Extremamente frustrante!

A very decent hotel located next to the Mestre train station only 10 minutes drive away from central Venice. Good size of room, sufficient amenities and comfortable bed. Room has an espresso machine and free bottle water! Parking just outside the hotel and free of charge! Will definitely return next time! Much value for money!

Bel hôtel moderne, propre et confortable. Bonne option pour voyageurs en transit entre Venise, l'aéroport ou la gare. Personnel accueillant. Bon buffet déjeuner. The area is industrial and commercial. We were unlucky to get a room overlooking multiple train tracks. However the sound proofing was excellent. There are other hotels adjacent and a Super SPAR store nearby. The M restaurant is excellent and the train to Venice is 2 blocks away. The staff was excellent and met our every need.

This is a pretty new property clean and nicely fixtured. I was able to find free street parking at the back, but i visited in November. HVAC worked well and good water pressure. Staff fixed slow shower drain next day.

This property is very close to the Miestre train station to get you to Venice in 10 minutes. Excellent location. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice. Elevators are fast and efficient. Rooms are small but ver adequate. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent, modern hotel with quick access to Mestre train station and airport buses. Safe area. Dining options around the station, and a huge Interspar supermarket that’s a 10-minute walk. Small space in minibar for personal items. Quiet, considering its location. Very good as a transit hotel to/from Marco Polo airport. Nice breakfast buffet … but tour groups may make for crowded conditions at the 7 a.m. opening!

Walking in reception were not friendly, couldn't wait to get those city taxes paid. Room was not the best, bathroom okay but the main room did not fit in with it, very basic and I was a bit shocked how it got the four stars. Was it from a blind person? I stayed in a three star in Italy that was better. The carpets are grubby, most of the room is grubby and they need to replace the curtains. The walls all need a new paint, there are areas of the bathroom that needed a tidy along with door replacements as they also looked bad. Even the bedding had stains on it, just not impressed at all with this dump of hotel. Dinner time wasn't good, I explained to the waitress that I was vegetarian and could she check if the vegetarian burger had peppers in or not as I didn't like those. She said it didn't and I said it mentioned a charcoal bun, could I just have a normal bun and she said yes. Walks out with my OH dish AND a meat burger, then has the cheek to shout at me that i didn't say I was vegetarian. Yeah I did then she blames her English, takes it back and I have a long wait for mine. in the meantime, my OH eating his and we aren't eating together on our anniversary. Mine comes out with the charcoal bun, but can't be bothered to point that out. I should have had the meal taken off the bill due to her error, just find the service has been very poor throughout Italy, but this really takes the cake! She came back much later to apologise, but really what I wanted was it to be correct in t

Excellent location for the bus/train station. Leonardo would have been amazing in its day though now a bit jaded and could do with a deep spring clean. Sheets and towels 10/10, Shower needs a deep clean, breakfast 6/10.

My husband and I are in our seventies and are on a 2 week European vacation . I appreciated the little things. When we arrived after a 6.5 hour train ride, the complimentary water in the room was appreciated. The room was comfortable and there was room to store our suitcases in the closet so we didn’t have to maneuver around them . The bed was firm and the duvet was light but warm. The bathroom was bright and clean. We were impressed.

Location: The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station from which trains to Venice run regularly (a 10 minute journey). Restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are all within 250 metres. It is as close to Venice as possible without staying on the islands. Room: The room was spacious and clean, well maintained, and felt secure. We had a view over the town, and were pleasantly awoken late on Sunday morning by nearby church bells. AC controls were not great, so we resorted to keeping the windows open to avoid overheating. Restaurant/room service: The food is good, fresh, and reasonably priced. Service: Here is where the hotel shines. The staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. As my Italian is basic at best, their mastery of English was incredibly useful. Overall: One of the best hotel stays I've had in years, and at a great price. 10/10.

Hotel was very nice. I did not like we had to pay a little extra to check in a couple hours early. This is just something that’s very different than America. The room was clean. The shower had terrible water pressure and the soap provided was not good. it was meant for your hair and your body, both which did not work out. The bed was okay. It was a little hard. Location was amazing. Very walkable to the train station overall, I enjoyed it.

Only stayed for one night as were travelling early the next day. The receptionist who was working when we arrived at midnight was very helpful and went out his way to try and get us some food at the late hour. The room was ideal, but the bed was outstanding, an awesome nights sleep after a long day travelling. Greta amenities in the room and bathroom and the shower was large and refreshing. Great hotel and certainly a brand we will use again.

Missed the connection flight thus can’t check in on time, called the hotel and confirmed with the front desk staff that I can be checked in the next day morning anytime when I arrive, the room will be ready. But the next day when I was there around the morning, the front desk staff said the check in time is 2pm and the room wasn’t ready. I explained again and told them I paid for two nights and I supposed to check in last night so the room should be ready. But they insisted that the room was not ready and we had to wait so long, kid was tired and frustrated. That is not acceptably since I called the night before to inform them the time I will be in.

Upon arrival at 10:30 right after our cruise. We were told we couldn’t check in until 2:00 pm. Not a problem we walked around a little and then sat in the lobby. Sitting there I watched tons of people check in and get their rooms.. earlier than 2:00 pm. I asked again at 1:00 they told me no rooms available. Then a bus load of people came in and they all got their rooms early, so I approached the staff again and asked. I was told it was still 2 pm check in so I questioned everyone else being able to check in and she finally gave me our room… it was after 1:00 pm by then. The overall hotel was wonderful, I was just frustrated that I wasn’t able to get in early but everyone else was.

Reception was super helpful: we asked for wake up call and booked us private van for airport, also asked them to supply us with breakfast bags before weleft which they had ready for us to take. Hotel very modern and very practical, just 5 min walk to station, which you can easily take a 10 min train to central Venice.

The reviews and pictures are spot on. Walking to the train station & bus is not even a block away. Hotel offers breakfast at a fare price. What made me write my review was the staff. Staff service was below expectations and not very helpful. No ice dispenser in the room so you couldn’t get ice for your water and you had to go down to main lobby to get ice from the Bar and they would only give you 2 small glasses that would last you ONE DRINK!! Absolutely awful….. they don’t provide bottled water except for the first night and after that they expect you to drink the water out your back sink faucet…..NOT GOOD BUSINESS!! Will not use this hotel nor will I ever recommend

The property is new so for sure it looked great. I booked it because it is a very short walk to the Mestre Venice train station. It was easy to get to the canals, and I didn't have to pay crazy high prices. Also, I feel much more comfortable in modern clean settings. I was pleasantly surprised by the good restaurants that are very close to the hotel. Micheles, which was right across the street had awesome food. The surrounding neighborhood was not special to stroll, so that was the only negative. But we were there mainly to visit the canals, so it was perfect for that.

Front reception very friendly. All great. I took 2 pancakes & poured syrup onto it. One breakfast buffet employee came over & said this only for babies. There is no sign indicating that. The fabric of the property is very good although the area leaves a lot to be desired. We had a large deluxe room that was excellent with a great shower. Loved the lift system. Lovely welcome in reception. The big let down was the badly designed bar with ni staff when you wanted serving and the restaurant with a very short and simple menu but some of the worst food ever . Nothing fresh . Pre cooked pizza bases and factory made tart cases. We should have known that a full hotel with only 7 diners all night was going to be disastrous and it was. Would it stop me staying again - yes. As the dining options nearby were not that great. There’s an Irish bar to the side of the hotel that’s mainly open air snd very rowdy late at night.
